Wry well located hotel with good parking underneath. Friendly and accommodating staff, restaurant was good too. The hotel rooms in general are a little tired and in need of a makeover but would not be put off by that and would stay again

Old hotel. Underwhelming experience. Everyone had to leave from 10 am (all day) because power was turned off. Only got told the night before… when it was too late to move elsewhere. Awful breakfast eg croissants tasted like they had been frozen in plastic. Ordinary breads. Missed opportunities to provide good food. Breakfast area very crowded. Our room wasn’t available when we checked in late at night.

Great location for central London . 15min walk to oxford str and 10mins to Harley street clinics . The rooms are very tired and badly need updating. No bedside lights and limited power options near the beds. Clean room , hot water was fine and staff pleasant . Good parking below the hotel was the reason for booking .

Clean, practical hotel. Friendly, helpful staff. Slightly disappointed couldn’t use the stairs rather than lift. Not all of us need, nor want to use the lift, but stair option was tricky to find and use. Shower wasn’t particularly powerful, but adequate for our one night stay.

This hotel is a great location for central London. It looks a bit dated on the outside, but the rooms were updated. The beds were quite firm. They need to retrofit the bathrooms with pocket doors as it's so difficult to get in and out, especially with two people. The tub needs a curtain to prevent water going everywhere when you shower. In general the room was clean. The hotel was quiet despite being able to hear people in the next room at times. I wish there was recycling (but I still separated my bottles in hopes there is). I would definitely stay again.

Absolutely not a 4 star hotel - they show only the pictures of the “renovated” rooms but first they gave us an old room with cracked paint on the walls, holes in the bathroom door. After complaining about the room, they moved us into a renovated room - newer furniture but still an old room. The wifi is not working at 5th floor, sometimes the elevator card reader doesn’t work, the bathroom was not too clean.

This property is in need of some major investment. The 4* rating is hard to believe when the carpets in bedrooms is ancient, dirty and stained. The bathrooms are outdated and shabby. There were none of the little extras you would expect in a 4* place - no water in the room, empty fridge, no slippers, no laundry bag, no body lotion or bars of soap, NO power points in the wall behind the bed (except one that would take a round holed plug, not a UK plug!). The breakfast room was well stocked but the room itself is in need of a major clean - you only have to look up at the dust and cobwebs on all the light fittings to see that a deep clean is urgently needed. The bright and spacious reception area and flowers outside are a little misleading to the dour and unloved rooms. This was a very convenient location but holds no other draw to return. What a shame when there are so many similarly priced hotels offering a more updated and cleaner space to stay. Its a 3/10 from me.

Great stay with superb service and friendly staff. Rooms and general cleanliness of hotel was first class. Only problem was over bath shower which was extremely difficult to get in and out of because I have arthritis in my knees and unfortunately there was not another room available with an accessible shower. Lesson learned to book accessible roo in future.

For the price you don’t get quality and value sadly. Check in was chaotic, lots of people no orderly queue but staff were approachable. Bit of a labyrinth getting to the room. The room itself was quite clean but it was cold, the radiator was not working and I didn’t want to call someone to look at it at 12 at night, no spare blankets in the room. It was a bit noisy but I was able to get some earplugs from reception. Bathroom was a bit small which isn’t much of a problem but it was mouldy in the corners. Breakfast was decent, good selection of products available.

The perfect location to explore Oxford St, SoHo, Tottenham Court road with all the shopping and restaurants. It’s so accessible by foot and we walked a lot. The room was sufficient for our needs but a little hot as AC didn’t work so well but it was nice a quiet, no noises in the corridor. Breakfast was also plentiful. Would stay again.

It had no heat installed had to get a portable heater. Bathtub was not comfortable you had to raise your feet to high to get into it not shower curtain Bathroom needs refurbishing.

We stayed here for 6 nights -- 3 at the beginning of our trip and 3 at the end. Our room at the beginning was awesome -- fresh, updated, new to new-ish carpet, USB charging ports built into the nightstand. The room at the end of the trip needed new carpet; it also had a really deep tub that was problematic, but we need to specify that we prefer a walk-in shower. Additionally, the USB ports were on the dresser, and one sconce by one bed and one light above the other bed had dead lightbulbs. However, the staff was great -- they went above and beyond to help us with some things -- and the area was quiet and not congested, yet accessible to the Tube and Regent's Park. We plan to stay here again on our next trip to London.

Upon arrival front desk staff acted like we were a nuisance to their day. After checking in, we went to the 'all day' restaurant at 1430. The entire area appeared closed. When I asked staff in the kitchen, I was told 'Lunch Over's. We went out in the rain to find a place to eat. Once in our room we tried to do some work via wifi. As IHG members it has always been available. This property has the worst wifi I have ever encountered. It would drop every 5 minutes, take several minutes to reconnect, and many time returned an :Out of Range' response. We stayed here for two nights, and the wifi problem continued 24 hrs a day . Unable to get any useful work done, unless I wanted to sit in the lobby. Hotel staff simply shrugged their shoulders and walked away. Also, when we arrived we wanted to pay cash for the bill. We were told it is a cashless property, which is fine, just put that in your reservation documents. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel property to any IHG members. Go to a Premier Inn instead.

My stay overall was good. Breakfast was also good. However, I had several pieces of luggage and was offered no assistance. Also, the accommodation floors were carpeted which made moving with my luggage a nightmare. If there are no bellhops at least offer a luggage cart. That would have made a big difference.

Overall stay was outstanding with excellent staff, housekeeping and easy in check in / check out. Though I did not get anything in lunch ( all days of stay) which can suit an Indian vegetarian. However I got good variety in breakfast thanx to Indian staff working there.

For the price near Euston Station and being close to Regent and Oxford street a fairly good deal. Must add also the staff at checkin in the evening time...after 6 pm not very customer friendly at all. The day staff were extremely helpful/professional. I would recommend this hotel for a couple of nights. There is a small super market a 100 yards from the hotel. Very expensive, but that seems the norm for London.

Great locationn.near local subways and easy access to public transport. Easy accessible with car parking facilities. Walkable to local shop and amenities. Booked at local to intented venue restaurant with Regent Park. Great hotel as usual reputations of Holiday Inn still maintain and still reliable. Great stay highly recommend would definitely return. Lovely breakfast friendly staff.

We chose this hotel based on location. Easy walk to Oxford street and hyde park. Nice central location in a quiet street, and we've found holiday inn's to be very reliable in terms of price and comfort. This one didn't disappoint, will stay here again on our next london trip.
