Exceptional service and staff. Requested and was granted early check-in after arriving early in the morning from Heathrow Airport. My deluxe room in the main building was phenomenal. Spa, pool, sauna, and steam room were also an added bonus of this hotel.

loved the beds, and the concierge floor bar and restaurant, special shout out to Luis, Ace, and the fellow who works most nights, and is in charge, they are all great. The gym needs a stationary recumbent bike (0ne with a back on the seat) and they close the bar too much for private functions so guests are forced to sit in a brightly lit restaurant ...not the greatest atmosphere, but overall very good, but upgrade to the concierge floor!

Generally very good. Staff polite and courteous with 1 exception. But many went out of their way to help. House keeping was superb except missed one night. One night ice service very sub par. Did not have place to store clothes (no drawers/dresser) and fridge was filled with minibar. But many nice touches: complimentary fruit, towel warmer.

five star in some respects. two stars in others. Beautiful lobby and pleasant, well lit rooms, wonderful room service. Housekeeping and concierge awful. Housekeeping missed cleaning our room on second day, then tried to blame it on us. we had doublechecked that we had put on makeup room light. they tried to insist we had put on do not disturb sign. Concierge told hotel driver that our flight out was from Heathrow when their confirmation form plainly said Gatwick.

Loved our deluxe size room and the folks assisting with the bags, being shown directly to our room and the size, amenities and qualities of all products picked. The blissful bed delivered and was the comfiest of all beds we've stayed at and the noise level was so quiet (assuming there was good noise reduction techiniques in place AND also thenstreet its on is not overrun like some hotels we stayed at closer to victoria station area) that we often slept in numerous days and didnt realize how late it was.

Overall amazing but the bed was amongst the worst bed I’ve ever slept on. It felt like a water mattress. They were great as far attention to details and overall very nice. The room we had it was probably the most abandoned area of the hotel and I didn’t feel too welcoming from anyone at the hotel. To be honest I didn’t even bother to ask to change the room.

Have stayed here a lot on business this time it really let me down. First room had the housekeeping closet outside with a door that banged every 5 minutes. Second room had a lift shaft vent that kept me up all night. Was a lovely spot and I don’t mind paying a premium but I expect a good night’s sleep for £900!

The Langham is a very well-kept property, and very clean. The staff is attentive. This was a "treat" stay for me celebrating my 70th birthday, so I was a bit let down that such an expensive hotel had such tiny rooms and horrible views (an neighboring roof). I quickly found neighborhood alternatives to the not-great restaurants on-site. BUT BEWARE. I was robbed while there. And the room phones were difficult to use (my cell phone was stolen). You have no idea how we rely on our cell phones--and how little the hotel phone tech has kept up. If I were to treat myself again, I would not pay so much attention to price as an indicator of how much of a "treat" I was getting. This was just expensive with a lot of over-the-top personal service when I was looking more for a luxurious room and amenities.

We attended the New Year's celebration in the Artesian bar and restaurant. What a fun way to see in the New Year. The waiters and bar tenders made the night. I love this hotel. The lobby is just what you want from a big London hotel, the rooms are lovely, even the smaller ones, and the location is as good as it gets. The staff are superb too. Properly good hotel, no 5* complacency at all. Everyone genuinely interested in making sure your stay is perfect.

I'm not usually into the luxury hotel scene but wanted someplace safe and quiet as I was traveling alone with my teenage daughter. This checked all the boxes, super safe neighborhood and although I was disappointed by getting an inside room without a view, it was super quiet. BBC headquarters is nearby which means even extra security on the street. The hotel was luxurious and beautiful. Our room was cleaned at least 2x daily. We had a daily fruit platter in our room and shortbread cookies. Lovely tea, coffee and water service in the room was complimentary. Easy walking access to Oxford Circus, shopping, etc.. Some good dining options in the area. Easy to get anywhere in the city or to airport from here. Recommended for peace of mind.

The most comfortable quiet rooms with everything you may need for an overnight stay. The doormen, check in and concierge go the extra mile; check in, check out and parking is a breeze due to the staff. Breakfast is another matter. The menu is inaccurate. I ordered creamy wild mushrooms on sour dough toast. I am not keen on spinach and so was disappointed to find a quarter of an inch of it between the toast and the 'creamy' mushrooms (not much cream). Ate it, it was ok if not what I ordered then asked for white toast, marmalade and a second Cappucino. Toast and marmalade turned up within 5 minutes. No sign of the coffee after 20mins, so left to check out. Exactly the same thing happened last time I stayed here. Trivial gripe maybe but not in the context of the bill.....

One of the best hotels in London! My wife and I stayed in a Junior Suite which is very spacious. The breakfast at the Club Lounge is fantastic! The location is great! A few minutes walk down Regent St and you are in the shopping area along Oxford St. We shall definitely return next time we are in London.

Fab hotel, 2nd visit. Room very nice and very comfortable, bathroom exceptional, our outside view not great but room made up for that. Meal in Palm Court (The Good Front Room) amazing food, service was just ok. Had breakfast one morning in Palm Court but decided against it the next, food nice enough but not worth £40, service poor to say the least. Reception staff amazing and so helpful. Hotel is in a great location, 5 mins walk from Oxford Circus tube station, Carnaby Street etc. Not perfect, but near enough Palm Court service let the side down. Look forward to our next visit!
