I liked the location and the staff. The breakfast was good and plentiful. The hotel was spotlessly clean. They need to install a ramp in the lobby for handicapped guests. The closet in the room was very small and oddly laid out,

Situated in elegant area of London. Quieter location . Regents Park on doorstep. Good transport options within 2 minutes walk …. And only 20 minutes walk from main shopping and theatre districts. Staff welcoming and The level lounge best executive lounge experience we’ve had at a hotel.

For the price we paid for this hotel, the experience was truly terrible. To start, there were only two working elevators which meant that we were forced to take four flights of stairs several times a day with two children, bags, and a stroller in tow. The breakfast at the supposedly VIP “Level” area was pure chaos with way too many people. And to top it off, the concierge failed to order our van to the airport despite multiple requests which caused a total nightmare on our departure day. I will never stay at this property again and plan to submit a complaint to management.

Hotel state it has parking and it doesn’t. Also hotel doesn’t have an wheel chair or pram access when you enter it just has stairs which lead to the lobby. The room we booked was £400 per night and it wasn’t cleaned properly so we checked out early and left. Definitely a 2/3 star hotel at best.

The breakfast was delightful, so much choice. We had anjoining room, of which one room had a cracked shower glass partition, only a couple of lifts working. The other room had a flashing head light,,, we could not keep it on. The staff could be more friendly and personable. Most of them looked so miserable, apart from the lady who prepared my omelette.

Really modern hotel with good amenities. Slow check in and staff seem really slow and not very well informed. Busy hotel where no one seems to have time to actually do what needs to be done. No one answers on housekeeping or reception. Amazing gym. Like the modern lifts/room. Just poor customer service but really like the hotel facilities and room.

The walls are thin and people kept slamming doors in the hallway. If you didn't hear slamming doors, the hallway swinging doors would disturb your sleep. The shower glass was also cracked. Okay stay, but the hotel needs some maintenance.

The bathroom had no ventilation which is a health hazard as the heat and moisture can create moulding. The bedroom smelled damp likely due to the lack of ventilation in the bathroom. so we needed to leave the windows open. The door hinge also was broken. The door wouldn't close all the way, it needed to be manually pulled shut. The gym was lovely! I loved it and wish there were more to it. The lobby is very nice and smells nice. The corridors to the rooms need to be repainted and the carpets changed.

I arrived at the hotel for a pleasure visit and since it was my wedding anniversary, I wanted to make it a special occasion and comfortable in every aspect possible. Unfortunately we had a bad experience inside the hotel room assigned to us. All sorts of bugs and insects started popping up everywhere including the bed. I immediately complained to the front desk but the staff was in. Denial or seemingly hesitant. After a strenuous conversation the front office manager was consulted and it was decided to upgrade our room which I appreciated but that upgrade turned out to be just average surprisingly. I’m utterly disappointed by the hotel management which failed to provide the hospitality I was supposed to be provided. I have taken pictures on my phone showing bugs and insects which I will upload soon. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Thanks and have a good one.

While initial impressions were high on the junior level suite I quickly was disappointed by a few things 1. This was a mid March visit and the room was so cold that one the first night I slept with the robe on (the robe provided by the hotel). The next day I spoke with someone at the front desk. I explained that my room was freezing last night. They did not seem surprised by the complaint. They quickly stated that a housekeeper would bring a heater to my room. So obviously they had heard this before if you have a heater readily available then you have heard this complaint before. handy to send to the room. 2. The heater brought to the room had a missing wheel and therefore would not sit straight and wobbled. 3. The thermostat in the room even when set to its highest temperature left the room cold. 4. The feel of the bed/mattress. It was a slab of concrete and I woke up sore every morning. 5. I ordered room service one night and the food was marginal at best. 6. Not much of a selection in the mini bar so I left it alone. 7. I left my room card to unlock the door in my room and went to the front desk to ask for another one. I was uncomfortable with the fact that they simply asked me to verify my name in order to get another room card that fell a bit unsafe because anyone could verify my name. This is something that I think of as a female traveling alone. If I return to London I will not use this hotel again.

The property is old and doesn’t have good soundproofing, I could literally hear the guests next door as I’m sure they could me. Shower raider was broken, no vanity kit in room. Also no cast option on TV which is ridiculous in 2025, who wants to each terrestrial TV!

The staff was great, very accommodating. Hotel is adjacent to lovely Regent's Park. The glass wall between the bathroom and bedroom allows no privacy. Also, there was a floor to ceiling crack in that glass wall that should have been repaired. Motion sensors in the ceiling regulate the air conditioner. If you are up and moving around, the room is comfortable, but once you go to sleep and there is no movement, the room gets too warm. Very annoying! Only one tiny trash bin was an inconvenience. No washcloths are provided.

Rooms are clean and comfortable and quite spacious. My issue was with the noise from outside and that I had one of those interconnecting rooms which I actually said I don’t want at check in. I have stayed here many times and hence the request otherwise you can hear everything from the room next door, they need to sort this out as it can be very unpleasant. There was a lack of amenities in the room, no vanity kit or face clothes which is actually a big inconvenience! The hotel is nice it’s just the little things that need sorting out. Please add casting to the TVs as I know in the level rooms it has this, but this should be a standard feature in every room now.

The lady on reception was very rude upon check in. We had 2 rooms and she couldn't find the other booking but was rather ruse when we were trying to give other names for the booking. We eventually found the correct name for the 2nd booking. We had originally booked twin rooms but one room was a double with a cot. We were told that this would be sorted but it wasn't so 2 males had to share the double bed.

Terrible bar service, awful check in service. We waited over 2 hours to check into our room. Which means we missed our anniversary dinner reservation. No apologies from any of the staff or manager even though he took my details. Room attendant walked into our room twice in the morning while we were still in bed! She would of known if we had checked out! Our 10 year wedding anniversary was ruined.

This hotel is centrally located and has a modern appearance, as well as amenities. I found that the staff at check-in were not as hospitable, even to accommodate an early check-in or recognize a room upgrade due to Expedia status. There were several trips made to the manager to confirm my requests. I was made to wait for my room where I saw other guests granted early check-in. The rooms lack proper acoustic treatments and so I could hear conversations in the adjacent rooms clearly. The rooms however were very lovely and clean.

On July 5 I came to the desk to check in at 6:30pm after a long day of travel, hours after the stated check in time. I was told the room wasn't ready with no ETA and no prior communication on the delay. Not only that, but the employee helping me seemed distracted and like I was not a priority despite not having a room available for me as I'd booked. The employee proceeded to give me four free drinks at the hotel bar as consolation while I waited for my room. When I went to apply one of the drinks, the bartender told me they couldn't apply one and I had to use all four at once which is unrealistic given I was alone. When I shared this with the front desk person they barely acknowledged it displaying total lack of empathy. I then checked out of that room the next day, left my bags and went out for the day with a second reservation to a city view/levels room for July 6-8. When I checked in the room yet again it wasn't ready at 7pm despite check in being 3-4pm. The room stated it would have a city view and had zero view. The person who checked me in told me nothing about the levels lounge and appeals, one of the primary reasons I paid significantly more vs. the standard room. The door didn't close without force while leaving and returning and the room had one towel but three pairs of slippers. In the middle of the night the ceiling started leaking which made for a terrible night of sleep and a soaked floor.

Generally it was a good hotel although the staff were not very responsive and unless a manager was chasing them, they tended to disappear! This was most evident in the level lounge area, where I felt nobody was in control

Great location with 3 tube stops writhing a 5 min walk so you can’t pretty much anywhere in the city without too many train changes. Rooms are quite nice and the staff is very friendly. We were able to preorder box breakfasts on the days we had early departures for excursions. Will stay here again.

Situated in elegant area of London. Quieter location . Regents Park on doorstep. Good transport options within 2 minutes walk …. And only 20 minutes walk from main shopping and theatre districts. Staff welcoming and The level lounge best executive lounge experience we’ve had at a hotel.

Very conveniently located right around the corner from Great Portland Street tube station and Regent's Park. Our rooms were nicely decorated, comfortable, and quiet, although our room seemed to be missing a few things (bedside lamps were missing lightbulbs, not enough handsoap or toilet paper), but was otherwise fantastic. The breakfast buffet is absolutely phenomenal. Staff are very welcoming and accommodating to our family. Would absolutely stay there again!

This is such a beautiful hotel. It's clean and fresh and the rooms are well appointed. It's just off the main road but still incredibly peaceful and there are several tube stations very close by. The staff were wonderful and couldn't do enough for us and the breakfast was fantastic! So much to chose from. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent happy hour and reception area for the level upgrade. The staff were amazing attentive and happy to help in any way. Excellent made to order fresh omelets every morning with fresh fruit and unlimited drinks and snacks until 1030 pm

Room was super clean but wasn’t as big as we thought it would shower was slightly uncomfortable because you could see who over is in shower. Breakfast was nice until I got hair from mushroom section. Staff was very slow at the reception and didn’t gave even a discount in regards the hair in food even I showed a manger . Breakfast had many options, but I lost my appetite since that incident

The lobby of the hotel is beautiful. Not sure if the “Bar” just opened but the staff did not know how to make drinks (dirty martini) the service was also pretty slow. The walls in the hotel are extremely thin. You can hear everything in the hallways and your neighbors. No wash clothes will be given so bring your own.

This is such a beautiful hotel. It's clean and fresh and the rooms are well appointed. It's just off the main road but still incredibly peaceful and there are several tube stations very close by. It was my third time at the hotel. Everything was perfect until the last night (October 1st), when me and my wife decided to have dinner at Arado Restaurant and we saw a rat close to the tables. We spoke to 2 waiters and they simply told they would speak to the maintenance to remove it. We were very bad impressed about this and concerned about the safety in terms of hygiene.

Very clean and good size room for price paid . Breakfast awful, go out ! They had ran out of jam , no milk I. Coffee machines and just not a nice experience. Completely self service with food under warming plates. Very functional hotel, good area, impersonal.

Excellent hotel, great location, super lovely staff and amenities. We did the Level up package as an add on and were really impressed with the lounge facilities, terrace along with the included food and drinks. Breakfast was literally a veritable banquet.
