Great location for the Tower Hill underground and Tower Gateway DLR line. Ideal for access to Tower Bridge and The Tower of London. Hotel was very quiet. Staff were friendly and kept out luggage before and after check in and check out so we could sight see. The restaurant was nice too. We didn't eat breakfast but had lunch one day and the pasta was very nice. Room was spacious and clean. Bonus of having a mini fridge and water dispenser just outside the room. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others visiting London and a great deal on Expedia!

Great location. First time in London. This place is close to a tube (subway). A few pubs and restaurants nearby. Tower of London is a 3 minute walk. Restaurant /pub inside the hotel is very good.

We had an excellent seven night stay at this hotel. The front desk staff were personable and extremely helpful particularly Zainob and Ola. The breakfast in the attached restaurant Keepers was excellent with many options. The greeters and waitstaff provided friendly and competent service. The rooms were clean and well appointed. Location was a five minute walk to the underground tube system. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Five minute to the Tube, it’s literally right on you front door and no matter where you stay in London you’ll need the tube to get everywhere. The Novotel has a very nice restaurant, Keepers, food is excellent, reasonably priced and honestly if you visit the London Tower you’ll find it the best comfort food around. I liked the fact they have breakfast daily. Rooms are clean and comfortable (for Europe) lol . Have fun

Good dining options within walking distance although the hotel restaurant service was quite slow. The breakfast had standard hot and cold breakfast options to suit all tastes. Nice room, very open concept with plenty of space for 2 people.

This hotel is in a great location to explore the Tower Bridge and the Tower of London within steps. It is right at the Tower Hill tube station so transportation to other parts of the city is also quite easy. There is a great on site restaurant and bar and easy walking distance to other many fine restaurants including the amazing Indian cuisine of Brick Lane. I will definitely stay here again!

We had a really lovely few days but we thought the staff should have warned you if you ordered a drink at the bar and they asked you to sit down!!! They should advise that a service charge will be added to our bill and were not told until another couple questioned this! Also, sunday morning, we did not get our room cleaned, and drinks were not replenished. We did put our sign out when we went out in the morning..

Came to London for concert - was advised had to change rooms half way through our stay. second room had no air conditioning. rooms here vary greatly despite being told they were relatively the same price - so why did we have to move? Not cool. Staff were friendly though. Rooms are far from 4 star. avoid.

The room was very spacious and the bed comfortable. It was warm sleeping, however. The air conditioning worked but did not cool the room. We were given a fan and it helped. Breakfast was plentiful but did not change daily. There was no French toast, pancakes or waffles. Dinner was good at the restaurant. The hotel offers a good location within walking distance of Tower Bridge.

The location is super convenient, just a few blocks from a tube station on lines that hit all the major tourist destinations. Our room was comfortable, quite roomy (for London), bathroom, linens, towels, etc all good quality. Front desk staff helpful and friendly, and the restaurant was good for drinks or a quick meal.

On arrival the staff were friendly and very helpful and this continued for the remainder of our stay. The double room was excellent, a good size, well equipped and clean. Breakfast was first class. Meals were reasonably price and the service was excellent. The bar restaurant was informal and welcoming. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in for a weekend break in London. Location was in super easy access to the transport network. Would definitely use again.

We had a nice stay at Novotel Tower Bridge. However, we would like to comment. We could not understand why there was no phone or a way to directly contact reception or room service.? We put down £100 at the front desk in case we wanted service to our room. We ordered a few simple things and it took nearly an hour to get to us. My husband had to go and search for a way to contact the room service. He eventually found a whats app. Not having direct contact with reception is a major step backwards. Overall good, but this particular problem should be addressed.

What I don’t understand about the hotel is that they are totally trying to minimize costs thereby minimizing service which is the very essence of why one would choose a hotel in the first place! It is impossible to find service because they don’t have any phones to call the front desk! Let’s hide and not provide service!?!? Oh and the internet being a public system is useless to any business person. Why don’t they provide a decent internet where you can log in privately. I had forgotten why I don’t normally stay there on frequent visits to London. Now I remember!!!!!

The hotel was fantastic, the staff were amazing and they couldn’t have been more helpful. Our hotel room was spotless and so comfortable we looked forward to staying there. When we checked out we didn’t want to carry our luggage and our train was booked for early evening, but the hotel staff offered us storage for our luggage until we were ready to go to the station, so we could go out and look around the area before heading home. My husband is diabetic and they even offered him a room for him to carry out his insulin medication injection which was brilliant, we can’t thank them enough for their help and their support during our stay.

Didn’t like having to load and access an App to ask for anything. No phone in room and had to use App to talk to reception. Had to order toilet paper on App!! Sheets never changed in 5 day stay. Had to pay forty pounds to check into room early and another 10 pounds for a later checkout (only 2 hours extra). Unannounced fire alarm drill had us walk down 6 floors to be told it was an unannounced staff exercise!!! No comms over public address system. No lotion, toothbrushes or shaving equipment in room and had to refer on App if wanted. Response to any App requests could be several hours later. Room was noisy when posted as sound proofed and Black out curtains did not fit properly so didn’t work. Breakfast was very expensive. Arrangements made in person at reception were not passed on to next shift. Won’t be staying here again.

Great hotel with friendly staff. We arrived around 2p after 10 hours flying overnight and were told it would be an extra 40 pounds to check in an hour early, I think exceptions should be made because it’s only an hour. We left at 730a this morning and I wasn’t offered a refund to leave early…. There should be and needs to be more flexible to travelers!

Room good and very clean, Shower great. Room temperature just right. Breakfast choice good but hot food only Luke warm, coffee machine makes a good coffee. Reception excellent. Complaint made about bar staff which was resolved by reception. Expensive for 1 night but like most London hotels you have to accept it.
