This place should be closed for a complete refurb!! Not just fixing. The first thing is at the counter...they provide you with a key and medallion so large you can only and they insist you give it back to reception every time you leave out ( I thought this policy went extinct ages ago). Next, i got in the room as soon the door closed I realised the knob to open it is broken, took me a while yo wrestle with the tiny part of the lock going into the frame with my home keys to open it,place a basket to make sure it didn't close again before I got my bags to get ghe hell out. Reception response ( no care whatsoever!!) Most useless hote receptionist ever, Handed me another room (smaller) ok but at least the door works. Water tap...u get super hot and luke warm...if you want cold water, Nope! The things is also half broken. Towels.....not really clean with marks of because probably need replacing being so old. Window open, great. Aircon they claim they have is none existent ...so deal with the loud noise of cars as its on the main road. TV, Hairdryer...checked by an electrician ( 5 years ago!!!) These must be checked for safety every year I thought with a stamp detailing electrician and date of check, but hey who cares, right! Did I mention the worms I killed with my slippers Point is...go elsewhere ...I really hated my experience there mostly the reception that claims hes alone and cannot do anything to fix or check anything. change the policy please and refurb the whole place.

Very friendly and helpful staff but unfortuneatly, poorly managed with respect to safety. The affect on Fire Safety unacceptable. I hope the owners respond to my critisism. A pushbike was left at the very bottom of main stairs overnight, firedoor wedged open permanently and huge laundry bags blocked passsge through the hallways. If this area of managment is improved then I'd happily return, as location is excellent and the friendly staff made it a pleasure to stay. Price very good. Included Breakfast very well recieved.

Decent hotel for the price in Earl's court which was convenient for Olympia. Bathroom a little run down. Breakfast options limited but did have toast, egg, ham slices and cereals.

The location is good but the hotel is very tired. I stayed for one night for business which was more than enough. The single room was very small with a strange bathroom set up, this can only be entered by turning side on. I noticed the TV remote control was missing from the room , I checked at the desk to discover a £10 deposit was needed! Not the best experience although the staff on the desk where very helpful and friendly.

Perfect hotel for our 2 night visit to London. Arrived at 9.30pm and greeted warmly and shown to our room. We were in 108 which is in the basement looking out to a courtyard. Wonderful and quiet. Bed so soft and comfy with crisp clean sheets. Amazing location and we enjoyed our continental free breakfasts both mornings. We would definitely stay again. Thank you all.
