Firstly, the most important point: I would be very happy to stay here again. The location is superb for the museums and the Royal Albert Hall and conveniently situated for the Gloucester Road underground station for those that want to get into central London. We booked three rooms for two nights and the beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean and fresh. If you want good value for this part of London, you would be hard-pressed to do better. That said, make your booking with your eyes open. Like many London hotels in this category/price bracket, it is showing its age. Cracked bathroom floor tiles, loose light fittings, interesting plumbing (slow drainage meant a shower lasting longer than 3 minutes could have resulted in a minor flood) and marked carpets all require some attention. However, I stress once again that it is perfectly comfortable and adequate. If you have booked on a room only basis, make sure that you order any breakfasts you may require for your stay AS SOON AS YOU CHECK IN. Asking after this time will result in a much higher price being charged. There are limited alternative options locally before 9am. The bar facilities etc are probably good, but they were closed throughout - only open Tuesday evening to Saturday! So, if you want hotel social facilities, check before you book. The staff were excellent. Very engaging and friendly and keen to help where they can. Ultimately, it is the people that lift this hotel above the standard London offering.

A good London hotel for a short stay, rooms are small but comfortable. We were in a room facing the main road so couldn’t leave the window open at night but the AC in the room was so noisy we couldn’t leave that on either. There are 5 floors and only 2 lifts, as one of those was out of service there were very long waits in the morning

I understand it is not a new building but everything else is in tip top shape, for example breakfast has a wide variety of foods, even the pastries are excellent, the gym equipment is the top end quality, staff are kind and helpful, there is a lift to help us get around up and down

Property was overall misrepresented - the was no business center, the restaurant/bar was permanently closed and there was no laundry. All these things were listed on their website including pictures of the bar. Also, absolutely no workspace except the lobby or small area in the room. Rugs needed replacing, showers were stained and gym needed a thorough cleaning.

There wasn't a ramp for handicapped people. A ramp would also help people with rolling their luggage. A handrail is needed for the front door. People were using the flower planter.

The room was in the basement it was cold and the heating didn’t work properly. The window didn’t shut properly so we got maintenance to sort it out but it was still cold in there. The bar was closed on Mondays which didn’t help. The breakfast had cold plates and was very meagre and quite honestly we won’t be returning. We like a decent room and a decent breakfast the hotel failed on both accounts. The staff however were very nice. 😊

This property didn’t look anything like the photos. The rooms are basically falling apart. Borderline unsanitary. Carpets that haven’t been washed in years. The smell of mold in the lobby. Front desk staff were great though.

As other reviews indicate, this is a very tired hotel and one that is not worthy of its 4 star rating. Our room was tired, with the bathroom door handle hanging off; and a sparse, uninviting room. Awful smell of damp/ mould as you enter the guest rooms area from the lobby. On the plus side, the staff were all very friendly and polite.

The entrance to the hotel was extremely clean and welcoming. Once in the room, we realized the floor was stained and not clean, the shower had noticeable mold. The air conditioning was not working and we were unable to open the windows. The staff informed us the widows can only be opened by maintenance for a few hours a day. Overall price was not worth the amenities.

런던 중심이라 위치는 만족. 트리풀 룸에서 묵었는데 더블룸에 침대를 억지로 넣은 듯 비좁음. 창가로 가려면 몸을 비집고 들어갈 정도. 복도 소음, 거리 소음도 대로 들림. 침대 밑에는 두 개로 이어진 받침이 있고 그 위에 매트리스가 올라가 있어 매트리스가 고정이 안 되고 움직임. 매트리스가 단단하지 않아 자고 일어나면 허리가 아픔.

We'd stayed at this venue a month earlier and all was good. However, this time we were allocated room 58 and it is small!. It honestly felt like a cell. Way too small for two people to comfortably use or move around without the other having to either lay on the bed or go into the bathroom to get out of the way. Couldn't even use the tiny chair provided as to pull it out meant it was resting against the end of the bed such that no-one could then get past. You couldn't have suitcases or bags on the floor as again you'd have to step over or move them all the time. The Bed was possibly the smallest double bed I've ever used and too small for two people to sleep on comfortably. A Nice Hotel and nice staff but can't see I'd use them again for fear of getting stuck with another room like #58.

Hotel is in a fab location. Rooms we had was very small, which I understand due to building age and dynamics. Staff were nice, breakfast. Was average, food was hot and tasted fine. Typical English breakfast, no real complaints. Found it strange there were no usb plugs in the room. ( minor for me). Most hotels do have them installed above plugs. Overall. A nice stay.

Posh area of London but very reasonable room prices! I only stayed one night in a twin bed room but I would absolutely book again in the future. The bed was comfortable, the room was small but sufficient for a night. Bathroom and shower were very clean and good water pressure in the shower. The hotel is very nice and I enjoyed my one night stay.

This is an example of a boutique hotel being very overwhelmed by the amount of bookings and traffic that they are experiencing. They are simply too busy, and the front desk staff is very frustrated. Be prepared that they cannot accommodate early check-ins or late check-ins. I arrived at the hotel at 9:30 am on a Monday, and they couldn't support me. And on my day of departure, they wouldn't give me an extra 45 minutes. The hotel is generally old. I saw stains on the walls and floors, and the gym was old and dilapidated. The bed and linens were generally uncomfortable. They will try to upsale on the breakfast, I feel the restaurant was barely open, if at all. Upon check-out, I had to sit in the lobby because they wouldn't allow me 45 extra minutes. In fact, at noon, my key card was deactivated. Not best practices. I watched staff argue with check-in customers about an early check-in. The customer said lower your voice and you’re not being nice. Someone should teach you hour how to speak with people. Management was unavailable to help, and at some point the staffer said that she refused to give someone service because they were being so persistent about checking in early. I watched another staffer argue with a family of three with a young girl who was told they couldn’t stay in a double room together. They were being forced into getting a separate room and the girl couldn’t have been more than room 10 or 11. I wish I'd stayed at the Doubletree across the street.

The property was in serious disrepair. The property is obviously old. That’s okay and even expected in that part of London. But it was unclean and very smelly. The carpeting in every area was highly stained. The front desk staff was inattentive. There was no fell off being welcomed but rather we were processed in. It seemed like no one was trained in hospitality. It just wasn’t worth it.

Excellent location for everything you need in London. And its directly on the Picadilly line to Heathrow. The staff are excellent as always, especially Anita and Angelica on the front desk. My preferred hotel in London.

The check in was great, I got into my room a bit early and that was really nice. The staff were great and very accommodating. The carpet did have a bit a a musky smell, they did try to get rid of it but the carpet is old. I stayed for 6 night they never changed the sheets (wish they would have at least once) but I did get fresh towels each day.

What a dump. This place should be avoided if you can help it. Unpleasant experience from the start. Staff urgently need customer service training. Rooms need renovation. Line of people complaining for one reason or another in the morning. Aircon heater so noisey you cant sleep, but room so cold you must have it on. 2 extra blanekts required as glass so thin, you can feel the breeze from outside. Go somewhere else

Location, location! Good room, with queen bed (not a tiny double), working AC. Hotel has a surprisingly good paid breakfast, with much better meat and pastry options than many. What really makes it though is just a wonderful location in Kensington, walkable to the park, tons of restaurants, and only 2 blocks to Gloucester tube station which is on 3 main lines.

Best location, walking distance to tube station within zone 1 and direct line to Heathrow airport. Several dinning options, from eco-budget friendly to refined. Supermarkets (several!) within walking distance. Rooms are a reasonable size for a longer stay, the fridge in the room is super handy to have to keep food and drinks. Bed was VERY comfortable, room was very quiet at night, we had wonderful sleep.

This is our second time staying at Park International, and we just love it. It is perfectly located (close to Gloucester station and in a very walkable area) and the staff is always so helpful and kind. We also enjoy the Orchid Room breakfasts.

Hotel was very conveniently located and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The full English breakfast was delicious, consistent and well worth the cost. My only complaint would be that neither of the sinks in the bathroom drained well which made shaving difficult. I understand that the section in which we stayed will be closed for remodeling soon so hopefully that issue will be resolved. Despite the drainage issue I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Excellent breakfast room at reasonable price. Staff helpful and efficient. Nice, updated bathroom. Hotel is close to the Underground and bus stops. Walking distance to a number of museums, restaurants and pubs. Room is a little cramped, and heating/cooling system requires instruction book.

The park international hotel is in an excellent location. We were two blocks from Gloucester Station, which took us anywhere we wanted to go in the city. There were several restaurants across the street and within two blocks of walking. There was a large grocery store, one block away. The breakfast at the hotel was wonderful, large selection, and fresh. Staff was very friendly and helpful. It made our stay perfect.
