Great location, the gym is solid, the hotel is very well serviced. The dining options are very good - the breakfast buffet is what we enjoyed, and it was excellent. We did have some hiccups. I had prepaid for our rooms which were not immediately available when I arrived at the appointed check-in time. There was also a gaff with breakfast - I had paid to have it included, and my children were turned away b/c somehow the dining room wasn't in sync with the front desk. The folks were apologetic and worked in earnest to make up for the gaffs. Would definitely recommend, especially for families (they do offer adjoining rooms). Will def stay there again when we next come to London.

The lobby is pleasant and inviting. The rooms are decent sized for this part of London. We arrived very early in the morning and no rooms were available for early check-in, but the staff offered complementary breakfast, an ample and well-chosen buffet. We experienced some serious construction noise above us toward the end of our stay. It would have been nice to be forewarned, but it was a relatively minor inconvenience.

Lovely room, in a great location. The room wasn't quite as nice as the pictures suggested it would be, but it was still very nice. Service was great and the gym had some great equipment for a little workout to start the day.

The hotel itself was lovely but i encountered a few issues that staff didnt help resolve after several requests. Most important, there was a window shade in my room that didnt have a cord, which meant i could not lower it even at night. I was on Floor 1 so everything I did in the room i was visible to the street. I may have even mooned passengers on a double decker bus this morning. I inquired twoce about this and was told theyd send someone up. Afterwhile, when no one showed, I tried calling the front desk but the phones were out in the hotel as well. Also i didnt have a key to my room until the evening bc the machine to make them was broken. It could have been a really lovely stay eith better service.

Hotel is in good condition and in the heart of Bloomsbury right off Oxford St. But two issues: some construction there so noise during the day and only one elevator worked, plus main stairs was blocked for construction. Also, we got a Deluxe room, but it had no table or chairs so had to eat or drink tea on bed. From pics on site, appeared to be a Standard room

I can honestly say that for the price, this is one of the worst hotel rooms I have stayed in. The bathroom was in an awful state with holes in the walls, terrible attempts at maintenance in the tiles and mirrors hanging off the walls. The ‘deluxe room’ was tiny with barely any floor space around the bed, no desk space and a tiny wardrobe. The carpet in the hallways were dirty and had holes in several places. I travel regularly for work and a premier inn plus room is far more ‘luxurious’ at a third of the price

The place was old and dirty, website indicates this property had AC but when we got there the AC was not working, cracks on floor . After complaining They did move Us to the Radisson on covent garden , the location and staff was great!!!!

Overall, a bit of a shoddy experience. The pictures don't match the room type - ordered a premium room and got matched with a standard but the reception staff - one gentleman in particular was very accommodating. He did compensate for the issues that we faced however we saw two rooms and both were not very clean. The location is, of course, great but I wouldn't stay here again. Thank you.

We were pleased to be upgraded upon check in.However, the Air condition in our room didn't work so it was very hot in the room. We couldn't have the window open since it was a lot of noise from the cars outside. We told the receptionist about the problem, and they said they would fix it. However, they weren't able to fix it so we got an electric fan instead. It was an okay solution, but hoped we could get a different room instead. The location is great since it's close to the metro station, Oxford Street & Leicester Square. Everything is just walking distance. The hotel needs a glow up. The room and the shower are worn, so to keep its standard it should be renovated soon. Parts of the tiles in the shower were broken, and there were a lot of black spots in the shower.

A less than average hotel which we should never have stayed so many nights at: Room had stains on the carpet. Musty smell. Room cleaners were inconsistent (toilet paper and wash cloths are some kind of premium service.) Never replenished coffee options. Called for laundry service (in their service window) and they said they would be up in ten minutes. Never showed. When we called down they told us we couldn\'t get laundry service for that day and did nothing to compensate for their failure. We had to make our own arrangements. Hotel restaurant (which is why we booked this hotel) is beyond sub-par: waitress took so long to take and fulfill a drinks order that members of our party left. Watched a "bartender" cork two bottles of wine because he didn\'t know how to use a corkscrew. Pretty much a joke. The only bright sparks were the subsequent bartender (personable and surprisingly efficient) and the early morning front desk attendant that got us a cab at the crack of dawn. Certainly not the level of sophistication or quality that they advertise. Lobby perfume and techno music doesn\'t make this a hotel of quality in any way, shape or form. Moreover, this hotel is DEFINITELY over-priced for the service, amenities and quality. Look elsewhere.

Property is so close to the British Museum! That's so convenient! We had 3 rooms, all were very clean and comfortable. Staff was amazing, we came in very early and they went out of their way to hold our bags and get our rooms ready. Walked to all of our meals. Lots of restaurants within a short distance of easy walking.

We booked a deluxe room for over $600/night. The initial room they gave us was on the first floor and had a broken central air unit. Instead, there was a portable air conditioning unit in the room. The hot air outlet hose of the portable AC unit was not connected to the outside window nor was the outlet hose frame the right size for the outside window. A manager told my wife to put the frame in the window when I was at the front desk. I went to the front desk and they said they have "other deluxe rooms available". The nice agent moved us to a 3rd floor room where the central AC worked and everything else was fine. Why give us a bad room when there were others available? Did they expect us to blow the hot air into the room? This cost us 30+ minutes of our time, no offer to comp anything, etc.

The location was not bad as we could walk to many nice attractions. Front desk staff was average and only did the minimum (couldn't even get assistance to get a cab called). The two free drinks on arrival was a nice touch, however, the value of the vouchers left off many options at the bar. The room was cramped and tiny; the view was across to another dilapidated building and was partially obstructed by a stair. We stayed in a number of hotel on this trip, this one was definitely in the bottom two.

Breakfast was brilliant. The communal areas of the hotel were lovely. The standard room itself was incredibly disappointing. Bed size was a small double (not a standard double, as suggested). We barely slept for the two nights we were there. Space around the bed was very limited but the wooden bedframe overhung the mattress, meaning it was easy to bang your leg every time you walked round. Given the price I would not stay here again

Once moved to a better room with real AC then it was a bit better although it wasn’t the best at cooling. The room before only had one little chair and table and no room to put two suitcases. Stairs couldn’t be used and there was only one ‘not very fast’ elevator. Bath slip mat was moldy, faucet was very wobbly. At least there was a king size bed.

I did not receive the vip benefit that was advertised at this hotel. I also booked a premium room and was put in a standard room. When I notified the front reception, the response was very careless and I was told nothing they could do until the following day. The staff who on the following day were much more helpful and they moved me into the proper room that I booked, on the 2nd day.

It has been a few years between stays at this hotel and, whilst the look and feel of the hotel has been maintained to a high standard, the same cannot be said for the service. Arriving early, our room was understandably not available. So, we went through the check-in process and left our luggage with the receptionist. Upon returning later, staff could not initially find our luggage and it took a while for them to be located. Furthermore, when completing the check-in process to collect our room key, the receptionist took a substantial amount of time, remaining silent throughout. Not until I asked if there was a problem did the receptionist state she was having problems finding our reservation, despite the fact we had gone though the check-in process earlier in the day. The whole process of collecting our luggage and being given our room key took nearly 15 minutes, with no explanation and no apology. As the bedroom, the king room was a good size and the bed was comfortable, although we had to request additional pillows as there was only one per person in the room on our arrival. The en-suite was a very good size, however, the shower head was so low that as a 6ft man I had to crouch down to not hit my head on it. Also, the crazy position of the towel rail means you can reach towels from the shower. Breakfast was very good with a wide range of choices and of a high standard.

Hotel is great. All staff are very welcoming. The front of house manager Zubin Lobo was great and met all customers by name. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff. Highly recommended.

We stayed in the deluxe room and the bed was extremely comfortable! Good WiFi and easy to connect to it. Easy 5 minute walk to the central line. Very nice lobby and the staff were all really welcoming.

The property is located within an easy walking distance from the Tottenham Court Road station, one of Elizabeth Line stops and also steps away from British Museum. Piccadilly Circus and Covent Garden are also short walk away. The staff at the hotel is very courteous and helpful. Its clean and airy restaurant is filled with light and plants and is a wonderful place to start a day. I truly enjoyed my four-night stay.

The Radisson Blu is very centrally located (a short walk from the Tottenham Court tube station). The staff was efficient and checked me in quickly. Lot of public spaces and a side lounge had a large table perfect for work. The room was very clean and also quiet. It's also quite close to the British Museum. I'm a solo female traveler. In the evening, I felt very safe walking back to the hotel after a night out. Also Tottenham Court is a stop on the Victoria line, so it was easy to get out to the airport. Will definitely stay here again.

This Raddison Blu is conveniently located and has a good breakfast. It is steps from the British Museum. The Bloomsbury Kitchen has good offerings. We staid in a studio suite and while it was a larger room, the furnishings were tired. The bathroom is large but the shower is small and slippery. The TAS Restaurant which is kitty corner has great Turkish food!

Great location, the gym is solid, the hotel is very well serviced. The dining options are very good - the breakfast buffet is what we enjoyed, and it was excellent. We did have some hiccups. I had prepaid for our rooms which were not immediately available when I arrived at the appointed check-in time. There was also a gaff with breakfast - I had paid to have it included, and my children were turned away b/c somehow the dining room wasn't in sync with the front desk. The folks were apologetic and worked in earnest to make up for the gaffs. Would definitely recommend, especially for families (they do offer adjoining rooms). Will def stay there again when we next come to London.

Great customer service. Excellent breakfast. We also had a very good experience dinning at the hotel, the tapas and Mediterranean food at the onsite restaurant were great. Good location, very near the British Museum. We arrived early to the hotel, before check in time, but we were promptly offered a room that was ready. The first room offered was of small size although it had a king bed. They were able to change us to a larger room that we enjoyed. The only thing I did not like on this hotel was the bed mattress, it was too hard for me, but I understand that many people preferred it like that and it was only for two nights. Overall our stay was very pleasant.

Great location. Lovely smelling reception area. Really clean everywhere. Premium room on 7th floor was great size & had all amenities you could want. Only two negatives that stop me from giving 5stars is the shower/bath water was only Luke warm & the cooked breakfast was cold.

A less than average hotel which we should never have stayed so many nights at: Room had stains on the carpet. Musty smell. Room cleaners were inconsistent (toilet paper and wash cloths are some kind of premium service.) Never replenished coffee options. Called for laundry service (in their service window) and they said they would be up in ten minutes. Never showed. When we called down they told us we couldn\'t get laundry service for that day and did nothing to compensate for their failure. We had to make our own arrangements. Hotel restaurant (which is why we booked this hotel) is beyond sub-par: waitress took so long to take and fulfill a drinks order that members of our party left. Watched a "bartender" cork two bottles of wine because he didn\'t know how to use a corkscrew. Pretty much a joke. The only bright sparks were the subsequent bartender (personable and surprisingly efficient) and the early morning front desk attendant that got us a cab at the crack of dawn. Certainly not the level of sophistication or quality that they advertise. Lobby perfume and techno music doesn\'t make this a hotel of quality in any way, shape or form. Moreover, this hotel is DEFINITELY over-priced for the service, amenities and quality. Look elsewhere.

The bedroom was large, with 2 comfortable chairs, and a very comfortable bed. Unfortunately, on a very hot day, the air-con was not working properly, and we could not get the fan to work, even though the system was working. This was reported to reception, but no action was taken. Very poor customer service! The room was very hot on arrival, and did not cool down until well into the night, and then only because we opened the windows when going to bed. Also the refrigerator was not very cold. The breakfast was good, except that no hot plates were provided.

The stay started with staff letting us know that they could not find our reservation, which they eventually did find after triple checking. The hotel advertised that they had connecting rooms, which we requested at time of booking - upon checking in however, we were informed that these rooms no longer exist so we had to stay in separate rooms across the hall. The fire alarm went off three times during our four-day stay, at 5.30 am, 6.45 am and 10.30 pm. All were false but caused concern and were a major disturbance when trying to sleep - staff just responded that they didn’t know what it was due to (!). Airconditioning in one of our rooms was subpar, only cooling the room somewhat when set to 18 degrees. The TV consistently froze/broke down after about 15-20 minutes of watching in both rooms. Last but certainly not least, a shopping bag filled with recently purchased Christmas ornaments (at a value of 100 GBP) was lost from our room, removed by housekeeping either in error or intentionally. A shame given the nice location of the hotel, with convenient walking distance to several sites.
