Great location, a few minutes walk from Paddington. Very clean and comfortable hotel. No restaurant facilities in the hotel but a number of decent restaurants nearby. The room has a modern kitchenette area with all amenities if you wished to cook. The seating area was extremely limited with only one seat in the room. Bedroom and bathroom space is limited but adequate. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Great shower. Good value at the price range purchased.

We had an excellent stay at the Westbourne! The room was a great size and the bed was comfortable! The shower had great water pressure. Conveniently located near a tube stop, hyde park and paddington station. My only complaint would be no breakfast but there was an ample selection of places to grab breakfast around the area.

The property is very convenient location from Paddington station or Lancaster Gate so there is no issue for public transport. There is no restaurant on location but 5 mins walk to many venues. Very quiet at night on the street and we didn’t feel unsafe. Highly recommend.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Westbourne. From holding my luggage to checkout the staff was attentive and professional. The rooms are on the small side but have everything you need. The hotel itself is clean, safe, and conveniently located near Paddington station, Hyde Park, and several tube lines. The hotel bar isn’t open but there are a variety of restaurants and bars right around the corner. The hotel also has a convenient staircase in addition to the elevator (which I prefer but isn’t always a given). Highly recommend a stay at the Westbourne.

The hotel is lovely. Its in a quiet area with nice cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The cleaners are very good as are the reception staff. Mini kitchen in room is very useful. The only negative i have is the lack of breakfast options. However if you know that there isn't one before you book this is easily remedied by using kitchen in room or local cafes.

We slept very comfortably and enjoyed the kitchenette in our room. I guess I didn’t realize there was no food available for purchase on the property. I’m sure this was our oversight, but we really did miss not having breakfast in our hotel. Staff was lovely and our room was very clean and comfortable.

Walking distance from Padding Station and even closer to Hyde Park. Good size room. Comfortable bed. Excellent staff. There is no restaurant and thus no breakfast, but it does have a bar for evening drinks. The room has a small half kitchen, so you can prepare your own meals. By far the best hotel I have stayed at in the area (out of at least 8 others).

Well appointed hotel and spacious room, nice and clean and close to paddington station and lancaster gate underground, just 2 stops from Bond Street on the central line. Only downside was that the bar was closed during our stay which was a pitty.

Great location close to underground. Modern and clean facilities with plenty of staff on duty. And more than that the staff excelled in service and attitude. The only disadvantage is that they don’t serve breakfast at the hotel. There are however several breakfast places close to the hotel.

We stayed a few nights in May. The hotel and our rooms were very clean and well managed. The rooms are on the small side, but comfortable beds and bedding. The street is very quiet, as it is just off a main road. There are several local restaurants within 5 minutes walk, particularly on some of the side streets. Easy walking distance to Paddington Station, which made it possible for us to go from the airport to the hotel quickly using the Heathrow Express (Heathrow direct to Paddington). We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times in the past and never had the experience similar to this time. The first room assigned had dirty sheets. It seemed like no one changed the sheets after the previous guests left. The second room assigned described as an upgrade had the same issue of dirty linen, female hair on the bed and comforter. Smelled musty like a room closed for months has now been opened. Later of dust settled on the baseboards. The bathrooms have been renovated and the distance between the bathroom door and sink is 1 inch when the door is open. The establishment is under new ownership and it is not the same. What a horrible experience!!!!

The location is excellent. Rooms are extremely small and dated but they have everything you need so it technically is “good enough”. There is no restaurant or ability to purchase food at the hotel which was also a bit inconvenient. I ordered jn using Deliveroo app. Property needs to be upgraded for sure. Grout and caulking in shower was dirty and coming apart. Quick walk to Kensington Gardens and also Paddington Station if you need to get the Heathrow Express. I’ll continue staying there because it’s convenient but it doesn’t make me look forward to my stay or get excited.

The building is in a desperate need for upkeep. The first room had a smelly refrigerator that I could not stay in because of how terrible the smell was when they moved me the bathroom had mold all in the ceiling, and since I am prone to getting asthma attacks and sinus infections, I had to leave the hotel earlier than I would like. The staff was amazing though; accommodating, supportive and apologetic. The area is amazing really easy to get onto the tube and travel anywhere you want, but there definitely needs to be some remodel. The elevator was broken and there was no sign for it and we got on the elevator, you had to endure each and every floor stopping.

We are a young couple who have high standards and have already travelled internationally in many hotels. The rooms are very outdated. There was a lot of mould in the shower in the bathroom. Beds were comfortable. Shower was Awesome. However, the walls and ceilings were thin. We heard EVERY little noise. Two of the three nights were a real challenge with the unit above us. I realize there is only so much staff can be held responsible for guests, but I certainly think it is fair to expect a hotel with this rating to be a better facility. Location was close to Paddington Station and Lancaster Gate.

Stayed here for one night to attend a BST concert in Hyde Park. Compact but well equipped room. Bathroom a little tired though clean and shower super-powerful. Our room, 008, was a little noisy as it’s on the ground floor adjacent to the road and sound proofing to hotel corridor isn’t great. Not a great problem though. The hotel staff were very helpful with baggage store pre / post check-in. Overall a good hotel in a convenient and safe location. We’d stay again, thank you.

I would have given the hotel a higher rating except we were there during a heat wave and the air conditioning was not working properly to keep the room cool. The hotel offered to move us to another room but I heard other guests complain about the same issue. Otherwise staff and location were exceptional.

I stayed in a deluxe studio on the 1st floor which was very small but fine for me as a solo traveller. There were signs of wear and tear in the room (scuffed doors, loose magnifying mirror in the bathroom, marked curtains), but nothing too severe. The bed was super comfy, the water pressure in the shower was incredible, and it was lovely and quiet at night. I was at the rear of the hotel so I didn't hear any traffic noise. The kitchenette was very basic with minimal implements (no tea towel or bin bags which I would've liked) but enough to get by for 3 nights. The hotel's vicinity to the tube was fantastic though, which made getting around a breeze. The lobby is beautiful and smells incredible, it was a joy to leave and return every day.

Highly recommend this hotel. Staff was extremely courteous and quick. Hotel is in a great location near the park and a quick walk to Paddington. Room was spacious and bed was amazingly comfortable, probably the best hotel bed I’ve ever slept in - soft, great comforter and pillows. I wish I could take it home with me. Also loved the strong water pressure in the shower and Molton Brown products.

Very nice hotel a few blocks from Paddington Station. Incredibly convenient as we were coming from Heathrow and headed to Oxford after 2 days. Our room was pristine although very small. The bathroom is quite small but clearly new. One small area with microwave, small frig and countertop (which we used to store toiletries). The staff were excellent - very welcoming and helpful. Continually inquired as to our needs.

The hotel was recently renovated with new furniture and clean amenities. Its location was also quite convenient for Paddington express to and from LHR and tube/buses. The only issue was that there was no room to move in the room. My husband is a big guy and we had 2 luggages. They gave us a top floor room (like an attic) which was effectively one regular room divided by a wall to make it look like 2 rooms. The bedroom did not have more than half a meter each side of the bed, one side of which was entrance to an even smaller bathroom, and the other room (!) was like a kitchenette with an unnecessarily huge desk and a huge chair and (wait for it) a high table with 2 chairs squeezed to a corner. There was also a closet in that room, which you needed to open to put or take things. All of these left NO ROOM whatsoever for any bags to open or 2 people to move around. We had to open our bags taking turns and if one of us was in the "kitchenette", the other had to sit in the bedroom. The room is good for ONLY ONE person. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay.

Very close to buses, Hop on Hop Off and the Tube. Excellent choices of restaurant near to the hotel. Rooms are small but well decorated! Loved that we had AC. Highly recommend this hotel near Kensington Park.

The staff were very accommodating. Our flight got in at 6:30am. They let us store our bags and for the morning and let us check in at 12:30 even though check in isn’t until 3pm. We were very exhausted and appreciated the gesture. The room was very quiet and we slept wonderfully!

Great location but not the greatest hotel. Rooms are small & dated and in need of updates. Very expensive for what you get. Also left a piece of jewellery in the room, staff completely unbothered and unwilling to assist, apparently the only option is to return to collect in person within 7 days. Refused to post back after I offered to cover the costs. Organised a courier and on both attempts collection was denied.

Excellent stay , nothing to complain about. Lot of places to eat nearby. Excellent check in service. Just an advice : google map shows nearest underground as Lancaster gate. However we found going to /from Paddington easier and both stations are almost at equal distance. Room size is good and no underground room like in some other hotels.

My son and I just returned from a wonderful stay at the Westbourne Hyde Park. We arrived well before check-in but were able to use their facilities to change and refresh ourselves before heading out for the day. They held our bags for us until we were able to check-in. We had a double suite which was on the 5th of 5 floors. We had a small bedroom, small living room, and a decent sized bathroom. It was clean, modern, and QUIET! We had maid service everyday. The room had a mini fridge, a kettle and espresso maker with plenty of pods (so good!), a microwave, and even a small stove. We didn’t use the stove but could see it being handy for longer stays. The staff were very friendly. When I couldn’t figure out something with the TV remote, someone came up right away and replaced it. I couldn’t have been more pleased with the staff. Finally, I’ve saved the best for last - the bed was THE most comfortable bed I’ve slept on in any hotel. The pillows were amazing and I would love to know the brand so I can buy them for myself immediately. There is NOTHING better than touring London all day with a teenager than falling asleep comfortably on a great bed. Between the bed and the quiet, I would recommend this hotel to anyone! And I haven’t even mentioned that it’s incredibly close to a couple tube stations, Hyde Park, and shops.

My room was comfortable and the staff were very helpful, especially when I had some small issues, like a burnt out light bulb. It is conveniently located near the Lancaster Gate underground station and Hyde Park. I would definitely use this hotel again.

This is our 2nd stay at the Westbourne Hyde Park. It's a short walk to Paddington, a block from the Underground and Kensington Garden/Kensington Palace. Our room was large with a kitchenette. Great Wi-Fi. The front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. I'd highly recommend!

Exceptional staff; we got in 5 hours before checkin time on am overnight flight and while we were resting in the sitting area they managed to get our room ready. Room has a kitchenette with fridge and microwave and small stove and basic utensils. Clean ans comfortable. We had an excellent stay at the Westbourne! The room was a great size and the bed was comfortable! The shower had great water pressure. Conveniently located near a tube stop, hyde park and paddington station. My only complaint would be no breakfast but there was an ample selection of places to grab breakfast around the area.

The property is very convenient location from Paddington station or Lancaster Gate so there is no issue for public transport. There is no restaurant on location but 5 mins walk to many venues. Very quiet at night on the street and we didn’t feel unsafe. Highly recommend.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Westbourne. From holding my luggage to checkout the staff was attentive and professional. The rooms are on the small side but have everything you need. The hotel itself is clean, safe, and conveniently located near Paddington station, Hyde Park, and several tube lines. The hotel bar isn’t open but there are a variety of restaurants and bars right around the corner. The hotel also has a convenient staircase in addition to the elevator (which I prefer but isn’t always a given). Highly recommend a stay at the Westbourne.

The hotel is lovely. Its in a quiet area with nice cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The cleaners are very good as are the reception staff. Mini kitchen in room is very useful. The only negative i have is the lack of breakfast options. However if you know that there isn't one before you book this is easily remedied by using kitchen in room or local cafes.

The location is excellent. Rooms are extremely small and dated but they have everything you need so it technically is “good enough”. There is no restaurant or ability to purchase food at the hotel which was also a bit inconvenient. I ordered jn using Deliveroo app. Property needs to be upgraded for sure. Grout and caulking in shower was dirty and coming apart. Quick walk to Kensington Gardens and also Paddington Station if you need to get the Heathrow Express. I’ll continue staying there because it’s convenient but it doesn’t make me look forward to my stay or get excited.

We slept very comfortably and enjoyed the kitchenette in our room. I guess I didn’t realize there was no food available for purchase on the property. I’m sure this was our oversight, but we really did miss not having breakfast in our hotel. Staff was lovely and our room was very clean and comfortable.

Walking distance from Padding Station and even closer to Hyde Park. Good size room. Comfortable bed. Excellent staff. There is no restaurant and thus no breakfast, but it does have a bar for evening drinks. The room has a small half kitchen, so you can prepare your own meals. By far the best hotel I have stayed at in the area (out of at least 8 others).

Well appointed hotel and spacious room, nice and clean and close to paddington station and lancaster gate underground, just 2 stops from Bond Street on the central line. Only downside was that the bar was closed during our stay which was a pitty.

Great location close to underground. Modern and clean facilities with plenty of staff on duty. And more than that the staff excelled in service and attitude. The only disadvantage is that they don’t serve breakfast at the hotel. There are however several breakfast places close to the hotel.

Loved the property. Location was great and easily walkable to Paddington station. London can be a very busy city and the hotel felt like an oasis in the middle of all the activity. Staff was exceptional. We had an issue with our tv not working and they fixed it immediately. Would definitely stay here again. Great property, staff, location and value.
