The hotel is very original, but it doesn’t supply all the services I expected. For example it doesn’t serve any food later than 10 pm. And there are no options outside the hotel, so if you arrive late from the airport or the theatre there is no food at all.

Great location near Oxford Circle. Walkable to many areas of London. Rooftop bar has a great view and vibe.

After a slightly disastrous attempt to stay at another hotel we made a very last minute booking at transferred here and it was the best de vision! Rooms are great for all ages and fun for those that travel with kids. Our room was on the 13 floor and the views of the city were impressive and really magical. Food and cocktails on the roof bar were great and again impressive roof top views! Perfectly located for London shops and tourist attractions but nicely tucked away on a quieter street so it felt secluded and safe when venturing out! Thank you for a great stay

Nice spot for business stay in SoHo. Small but nice and clean rooms. Only complaint was that restaurant was closed for a private event on my last night and I didn’t see that communicated. There are few later night dining options (after 8:30 pm) open in the area. Great spot otherwise and restaurant has a great view.

Interesting concept, and beautiful views from the restaurant and roof top bar. A must see. Unfortunately, the noise level is terrible if you are on the floor below the restaurant. Also, the elevator wait is always very long.

A short two night stay. Key for us was my 80th at old mother is a smoker and we needed a place where she could sit and smoke. The lift system was a bit confusing at first but we soon rolled with it. Fab roof top 360 view smoking zone and if not inclined for heights, there is a very nice sheltered small smoking area in front of the hotel. Breakfast and light menus are fab for restoring the body and extremely comfortable beds for a great night sleep.

Amazing property. Stayed here for 5 days a week and a half ago. All the staff especially Robert were extremely helpful. Perfect location and the rooftop bar and views were incredible.

Don’t stay on the 14th floor if you are a light Al

the hotel is just beautiful! the rooms were spacious (compared to city center hotels). it is very unique and fund to stay in. the location is amazing and it is very hospitable. the only downside was the renovations they had that woke us up early in the morning. we will definitely come back when we can.

Construction and scaffolding outside the entirety of the hotel. Extremely loud. Hotel would be great if not for that. Booked in October and was told there was construction but stay was in May and also told it would be completed by then. Never would have stayed if I knew the construction was not finished. Work starting at 7 AM.

Convenient and easy. Room was actually different than the image showed on booking- very small desk for work and no seating. The room was also surprisingly noisy considering 14th floor. Lots of noise and door slamming can be heard from outside the room. The bathroom drains smelled.

I often stay here when visiting London on business and it is always a pleasure staying at the Treehouse. Staff are super friendly, everything is so clean and the list goes on!

The bed was incredibly soft and comfortable, perfect for a great night’s sleep. I also had a beautiful view of the city, which was a real bonus. The staff were all polite and welcoming, creating a relaxed and professional atmosphere from check-in to check-out. The highlight of the stay was definitely the breakfast at Madera restaurant—absolutely delicious with plenty of choice and great quality. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, style, and a little something special!

Clean & perfect

The hotel was very quaint and we loved staying here. The staff was helpful and very friendly. The hotel was incredibly clean and we would definitely stay here again.

If you want rodents running around the restaurant, this is the place to come.

There was scaffolding up around the whole hotel which we were not informed would be there when we booked. We paid extra for a room with an amazing view but the window was filthy covered in cement and brick dust and there a wooden scaffolding walkway directly across the centre of the window. Not only did this completely obscure the view but meant that workmen were walking directly past our window. We asked for another room and they said they had none so we cancelled our reservation and left. Extremely disappointed.

Fun, Quirky & eco-friendly. Very comfortable with excellent bedding & a great shower. We had the "mini-suite" and that had two big TV's that we didn't use much and a small loveseat. Space was very limited, but it's a hotel in London so that is to be expected. "Pizzeria Mazzo" downstairs had probably the best thin crust pizza I've ever had. We booked while it's under exterior construction, & they get points for contacting us ahead of time to let us know. The only real criticism I had is the design of a step-over threshold between the rooms. Why? It's two steps up and over that are the same distressed wood and color as the flooring and blend in-- especially in low light. It's easy to trip and fall. I did was very lucky not to really hurt myself.

Cute and cozy boutique hotel. Stayed one night for a long layover and it was close to a restaurant I wanted to try while in London. The bird / treehouse theme was quite noticeable throughout. A bit over the top. Rooms were small but still comfortable. Great views of the buildings and monument across the street. Witnessed the sunset from the window seat which was cute. Plenty of charging stations in the bedroom. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. Best part of the room. However, the bathroom didn’t have any electrical outlets, just an outlet for shavers. So odd and a major flaw in the design. I Felt out of place and uncomfortable blow drying my hair in the vestibule where the nearest mirror and outlet was located. Hotel should rectify this. I likely will not return due to this.

Overall, slightly underwhelmed with our stay at Treehouse Hotel. Pros: - Very friendly and attentive staff - Variety of restaurants both on site and locally - Incredible location Cons: - Externally the building is just an 80s office block, very disappointing. - The rooms are very small - The "skyline view" - you can't really see much at all Overall for the price, there are better hotels in the area.

Location was great, staff were ok, the biggest complaint I have is the amount of noise. I like to sleep in and could hear the sound of the underground passing underneath us every minute of so through my pillow and we were on the 10th floor. Bed was ok, it was kinda hard an I had a hard time sleeping here. I also didn't like the 5% service charge message they send you right after booking. Its discretionary and I had it removed but its still nonsense you have to go through that.

The room was in the 14th floor just Down the restaurant and it was very noisy . We can hear when they drag the furniture and the cleaning

We stayed at the Treehouse for 3 nights. The location is fantastic. A few minutes from Oxford Street. Great coffee shops very close by. We initially stayed in the Loft room which is a good size. however we had Room 1409 which was below the restaurant/night club and the noise was very bad . The music was very loud and you could hear chairs being scraped and moved along the floor all the time. The hotel was very good and moved us to another room which was smaller but much better. They also reduced our cost as the room was smaller and gave us an extra discount to compensate us. The staff are super friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. Definitely a great hotel to stay in when visiting London. Just make sure you dont get a room below the restaurant!!

I loved the kitschy decor and that you are high up. Accomodations were comfy and relaxing. The only minus was - I was on 14, which must have been below the kitchen, b/c I heard a lot of banging

We were given a very small room at first by the night staff, we wondered if it was the same that we paid for because it looked so different from the pictures in Expedia, but they said it was the right category and they could not change us because the hotel was full. We stayed there for that night and were woken by very loud construction work being done right outside our window since 8am. So we decided to go talk to the day shift to see if something could be done. They were so nice and helpful, they changed us right away to a much better, much bigger room (that looked like the one we actually saw on the website) and we did not have problems with the noice for the other 4 nights we stayed there. Thank you so much for that, we really enjoyed the hotel, they turned a potentially very bad experience into a wonderful one.

Rooms very small, service at the bar lousy. To cap it all they charged a 5% accommodation service charge on a bill that was fully paid through Hotels.com. Nothing was mentioned when we checked out. What a complete rip off. I got a refund for the service charge but only after insisting. They had the cheek to try and justify it / embarrass me it to accepting it.

I think I might be a bit too old to stay here, if you want to sleep at the hotel don’t bother, the rooftop bar is in fact a rooftop nightclub and the bass kept me up til late, we were then woken by staff preparing for breakfast service at 6am Sunday morning moving chairs on the floor above. We also waited an hour for a room service order of a bottle of wine, just an all round disappointment

We cannot recommend this hotel enough. The service and people who work here are amazing and kind. It's also in a great location. We will definitely return to this hotel!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm hospitality and professional service.

Check in experience is different for different customers . We were not welcome when we got to the hotel. Some customers got served coffee and told all about the facilities of the hotel We got none. We were told we would receive a text when our room was ready, but didn’t receive that either.

This is a lovely hotel but the experience was totally ruined by a surly and ungrateful host on the door of the rooftop bar who was rude, unknowledgable and unkind. A great shame as we will likely not return.

The concierge Roberto from Brazil went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable. He was friendly always assisting us.

Excellent location in the heart of London just 3 blocks from Oxford Circus. The beautiful design of the hotel is in sinc with the vibe. Staff are friendly and accommodating and there is always someone at the front desk. Little touches like a tap in the hall to refill water jugs really shows they know what travellers need. Our room had a stunning view of the city as does the “Nest” on the rooftop. We didn’t try Madre but it seemed very popular. Highly recommended the Treehouse.

The Treehouse Hotel was super cute and accommodating. The location was perfect, very close to the shopping and transportation at Oxford Circus but not in the crowds. Also convenient to the restaurants in fitzrovia, walkable to covent garden and the theaters there, and not too deep in Marylebone which got a little too quiet further in.

We loved staying at this hotel- close to shops and subway. You were close to everything but had space and quiet to enjoy the neighborhood. we will definitely be back!

Staff was very friendly and helpful given the uniqueness of the elevators and room key and water. The whole place has the tree house theme and the bar and restaurant are decked out in the tree theme. Our room included breakfast and it was very good. The dining room for breakfast is very nice. The bathrooms even have a great view of the skyline. We only stayed here 1 night but I would stay here again for sure.

Check in associate that checked us in was not too nice... The TV in the room did not work! I it kept shutting down on it's own every few seconds/minutes. We wanted to watch TV in bed and were unable. No water in the room! At a hotel at this libel, charging over $500 a night, you expect a 1$ water bottle near your bed! Breakfast fast at the rooftop restaurant was amazing! Good was great and the view was incredible! Nice hotel, very nice are but not really worth the money.

My sister and I had a wonderful stay at the Treehouse. It’s the perfect location. We were able to walk to knotting hill, London eye, tower bridge, the palace, borough market, Piccadilly Circus, china toen and so much more. You are so accessible to multiple underground entries as well. Medera for lunch was our most expensive meal and Just didn’t hit the mark for us. We flew in from the states 7/8 hr flights arriving on a Saturday. We had a room ready, so great but later on a DJ was playing on the floors above until 11:30. We were on 14. That made the next day of our trip start way late - we were exhausted and were I bed by 8 only to not be able to sleep. The staff was accommodating and while they didn’t have rooms that night they did offer the next day, we chose not too because that process itself is annoying and we were told there wouldn’t be a DJ. The next nights were fine but loud in the AM you could hear footsteps constantly from up there, that was our ONLY issue but quite a frustrating one as it did effect our sleep which is the most important when traveling travel. Mondays they have a routine 11 am fire alarm testing - we weren’t informed so we popped out of bed after finally being a little adjusted just to find out that its routine. We asked why they didn’t tell us and were informed “it’s on a note in your room”. Over all our stay was fantastic, the staff was SO WONDERFUL so welcoming, I would stay again if the price was the best just not on the 14th floor.

If you want rodents running around the restaurant, this is the place to come.
