We had no air conditioning and even after the technician came it still wasn’t working. It was uncomfortable in the evenings. Also the drilling started early in the morning and woke us up a few times during our stay. Staff were very accommodating and extremely efficient. Overall we would go back.

I generally like the COMO hotels. I changed over to The Halkin from the Metropolitan. The Halkin is better managed and the environment is lovely. The rooms very nice, quiet and nicely appointed. Great food in the restaurant. Highly recommend.

If I could give this property six stars for service I would. Every possible accommodation was made and every single staff member was incredibly kind, pleasant, helpful and accommodating. The location is absolutely perfect, within walking distance to all the major attractions and virtually adjacent to Hyde Park. The breakfast was wonderful, and the room was large, comfortable and beautiful. The hotel is physically quite beautiful and it sits in the wealthiest neighborhood in London. The only possible negatives were the AC being slightly less cool than we would have liked (but probably more than adequate for most) and the shower curtain was hard to open and close. But when we mentioned the AC issue the hotel immediately brought us a fan that completely took care of the problem. I would/will stay there again without hesitation, and, again, would rate it six stars if I could for the impeccable service.

I booked the hotel based on the reviews and the rating. Honestly, the hotel does not deserve the rating or the good reviews. The hotel condition is kind of old and not renovated specially the bathrooms. Overall the vibe is not a hotel vibe, it is more of a serviced apartment vibe. 2 more important things. First, i found a big bug in my room and it was a spider i think. I told them and nothing happened. Second, at the check out they tried to make me pay 5% extra service while my booking was paid in full in advance and when i refused they told me that the 5% is optional and it us ip to me if i dont want to pay it!!!! Very strange and not acceptable.

Beautiful spacious rooms. We did receive a room upgrade upon our arrival. Would recommend if you’re looking for a large room quiet area and close to Hyde Park. Only thing was I kept asking for cups and glasses and waters to be replaced everyday. They were not doing it with the house keeping which was annoying.

Amazing boutique hotel with a luxurious feel and large spacious rooms and very comfortable beds. Quiet and in the heart of Belgravia within literally minutes walk to Hyde park. A real gem of a place. Only had a cappuccino( didn’t try the food) and it was fantastic!

Excellent location, ALL staff super friendly and efficient, including concierge, no problem booking taxis, front desk so helpful, waitress outstanding and incredibly good breakfast, rooms lovely but couldn’t completely suss the lights (complicated - minor negative for us). This is a lovely boutique hotel with enormous rooms, particularly for London. They are beautifully decorated and the yoga mats in every room are very high quality. The hotel is well-located for getting places in London -- a quick walk to the Tube and many buses nearby, too. We enjoyed our stay very much. My only complaint is that in other similar hotels, we have had more staff available and it was a bit more personal. All the staff that we did see were very nice, though. Overall, we would stay there again.

Return visit, very quiet hotel which is convenient for shopping and nearby restaurants. Room was very comfortable and all staff were attentive but not in your face. Breakfast room was very nice and service excellent (in particular from one lady whose name escapes me). Overall a lovely retreat and of course also convenient for walking in the local parks.

Amazing boutique hotel with a luxurious feel and large spacious rooms and very comfortable beds. Quiet and in the heart of Belgravia within literally minutes walk to Hyde park. A real gem of a place. Only had a cappuccino( didn’t try the food) and it was fantastic!

This is our favorite hotel for our London stays. It's a boutique hotel in a great location - within easy walking distance from shopping, dining, the theater and so on. If you are looking for a modern, high end hotel and prefer a smaller, quieter place vs a large hotel, I highly recommend it. We have stayed at several of the larger luxury Knightsbridge hotels and keep coming back to the Halkin.

This is a lovely boutique hotel with enormous rooms, particularly for London. They are beautifully decorated and the yoga mats in every room are very high quality. The hotel is well-located for getting places in London -- a quick walk to the Tube and many buses nearby, too. We enjoyed our stay very much. My only complaint is that in other similar hotels, we have had more staff available and it was a bit more personal. All the staff that we did see were very nice, though. Overall, we would stay there again.

If I could give this property six stars for service I would. Every possible accommodation was made and every single staff member was incredibly kind, pleasant, helpful and accommodating. The location is absolutely perfect, within walking distance to all the major attractions and virtually adjacent to Hyde Park. The breakfast was wonderful, and the room was large, comfortable and beautiful. The hotel is physically quite beautiful and it sits in the wealthiest neighborhood in London. The only possible negatives were the AC being slightly less cool than we would have liked (but probably more than adequate for most) and the shower curtain was hard to open and close. Excellent location, ALL staff super friendly and efficient, including concierge, no problem booking taxis, front desk so helpful, waitress outstanding and incredibly good breakfast, rooms lovely but couldn’t completely suss the lights (complicated - minor negative for us). Highly recommend this lovely hotel.

This is an outstanding hotel. The facilities are first rate - very modern, up to date, and classy. Great bed, linen and bathroom. Attention to detail in cleanliness and quality of the furnishings. Bar and breakfast were both lovely - great quality and selection and served with grace and efficiency. Location is quite convenient. Most outstanding was the attitude of the staff. I generally like the COMO hotels. I changed over to The Halkin from the Metropolitan. The Halkin is better managed and the environment is lovely. The rooms very nice, quiet and nicely appointed. Great food in the restaurant. Highly recommend.

We've stayed at Como on several previous occasions and there is a reason why we keep returning. All staff continue to be outstandingly helpful, and the hotel is quiet considering its location. While it was quite busy, there is little noise of people coming and going. Breakfast is outstanding (have the a la carte) and the servers are most helpful and very pleasant. The bar is worth a visit and the service is outstanding - we had a light meal on the first evening and all choices were most enjoyable. Como is definitely worth a stay and is walking distance from Knightsbridge and Hyde Park.
