Its rare that I will post my comments but I feel that I have to vent my expericne. This Hotel Price vs what is offered felt like I got scammed. Their Breakfast was a Joke, they would charge you for a 2nd cup of coffee, unreal. The room size was so small and not properly describe. They charged me 150 pounds to upgrade my room. The hotel has nothing in it you have to walk to the next door building to enjoy a gym, pool or a SPA. My expericne was i will never go back or recomend to anyone to go.

Very underwhelming for what we paid for. Location is excellent but there is little to no lobby, no real hotel bar, breakfast was mediocre, and all the sexy amenities are in the much better sister hotel down the road. I felt completely deceived by the photos.

Amazing staff from the doorman, reception, spa, breakfast Honestly it’s not easy to find same quality in central London I came with my baby and wife and it was perfect. Room very nice, very quiet first floor.

Love the hotel’s location, less than 5min walk to Sloane st and Harrods. Very quiet and relaxing. The room however unfortunately is run down, the windows were dirty and black like it was mould (I don’t think it was mould). Pillows aren’t the jumeriah standard, I barely slept. I do like the hotel though and would stay again for the location and ambience.

Housekeeping was fantastic and the room was comfortable. However, the staff at breakfast was disorganized, confused and slow. For the first three days of our six day stay we were not given a menu and thought our included breakfast comprised of the limited continental breakfast offerings only. Only upon our inquiry did we get the menu! That is truly unacceptable.

Despite asking for a quiet room we were put at the back very near air conditioning units. We were moved but to the front which had alot of traffic noise which we were told about but had no choice. The fan in the bathroom was on all night so not very quiet! Clean tidy and comfy but wouldn't stay again due to noise

Only one outlet to charge your devices. Shower was in a very high tub so difficult for older people. The TV was cumbersome to operate and they didn’t subscribe to tennis channel but apparently you could pay extra to get it. No outlet in bathroom for hair dryer. But bed comfortable, great breakfast , all staff very helpful, and great location

Gorgeous hotel in a beautiful location. Lovely staff who are very accommodating- printing pictures for our room as a surprise for my husband and sending strawberries and balloons was a lovely surprise for me too! Leave your cat at home because you can’t swing it in the room, but apart from that a gorgeous space for the night. Small but perfectly formed. Thanks again for a memorable anniversary stay.

We had a fantastic stay for our wedding anniversary. The check in was a great experience, staff were very attentive. They helped organise flowers, balloons and chocolates on our arrival. We upgraded the room to an executive suite and we were impressed with the room. We had breakfast delivered to our room for £10 fee and it was very tasty. Check out was simple and we would definitely choose to stay again. Thank you to the team for a memorable stay.

I have been a guest at this hotel for many years. I have always thought it a good thing that the hotel is highly frequented by demanding middle western guests. Now the hotel restaurant, without any notice to guests, has gone alcohol free, actually halal, I presume to please its Arabic guests. My only conclusion is that the Jumeirah chain now no longer cares about non-Arabic clientele. That’s okay. I’ll find another hotel.

THE HOTEL WOULD HAVE GOT A 5 STAR RATING EXCEPT FOR THE BREAKFAST. THE CONTINENTAL PART OF IT WAS REASONABLY GOOD, BUT THE HOT FOOD WAS QUITE POOR. WE JUST ASKED FOR SCRAMBLED EGGS ON TOAST AND A POACHED EGG ON TOAST. WE HAD TO CUT OUR OWN BREAD, GIVE IT TO THEM, THEY THEN TOASTED IT. THE EGGS CAME SEPARATE ON ANOTHER PLATE. MY SCRAMBLED EGGES WERE NOT THAT WARM AND DARK IN COLOUR, LIKE THEY HAD BEEN COOKED IN RE-USED OIL. IT WAS QUITE UNPLEASANT TO EAT, SO I LEFT HALF. MY WIFE WAS GIVEN TWO POACHED EGGS. NEITHER WAS VERY WARM. SHE ASKED FOR THEM WELL DONE. ONE WAS AND THE OTHER WAS RUNNY YOLK. HONESTLY, IF THEY JUST SORTED OUT A HALF DECENT BREAKFAST, AND PAIRED THAT UP WITH THE SERVICE & QUALITY OF THE ROOMS WHICH WAS ALREADY EXCELLENT, THEN THEY WOULD GET 5 STARS.
