Nice, solid, comfortable hotel in many ways, but the electronic stuff needs improvement. They encourage you to download their app and use your phone for check-in, unlocking your door, etc. However, a key is required for the elevator and it doesn’t work for that—at all. A guest rescued me the first time and I thought I’d done it wrong, but no—5 minutes stuck in the elevator waving and sliding my phone from every angle convinced me of that. Didn’t work at all for a 2 night stay. Luckily enough guests were happy to help a stranger. Room was roasting and the a/c was confusing, but did eventually work—only to turn off again the next day. Kettle didn’t work and I had to use WhatsApp to get another one…no phone. Don’t get me wrong, I’d stay here again but they definitely need to upgrade their attempts to hire fewer people.

All in all a good quality hotel, spend most of my day waiting for elevators. Only two out of four elevators were in operation due to... elevator maintenance. Gym wasn't all that much, some 'broken' machines. Clean, nice staff, good rooms and a nice location.

The hotel was more than good enough but the capacity on the elevators and breakfast was far from sufficient. Took us 15 minutes to get one floor down and there were no stairs, just emergency that sent us around the building

Great location near public transportation but as far as the hotel is concerned I felt it was slightly subpar, the bathroom had lots of mold in the shower, small rooms, one of the elevators was out. The temperature inside the room was always extremely hot. Lots of construction in the area that started very early am…. Overall we enjoyed ourselves but I wouldn’t stay here again

Room was not cleaned well, there was hair all over the bathroom and bedding. It was so hot in the room, even though we put the a/c all the way down it never cooled off, had to ask the front desk for a fan and had to take cold showers to cool off. Requested more towels and toilet paper and it took 2 hours to be delivered. Booked this hotel for its convenience to Victoria station but the area did not feel very safe or clean, lots of homeless and people on drugs hanging around. Only positive was the reception staff was friendly and room service was good. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Very convenient location! The room was fine, bathroom on the smaller side but expected for a big city hotel. The cleaning was an issue, our room was only cleaned twice on the 7 days we spent there. Amazing breakfast!

Hotel is ideally located close to Victoria Underground, with various amenities. Hotel was very clean, and staff were really friendly. Priyanka was very helpful at check in. We did not use the Restaurant as we are fussy eaters. Only negative which is very minor for our lovely stay, pillows quite uncomfortable, but that wont put me off staying again.

Check in great! Room was comfortable and above all clean. The only reason I noted 4/5 is the noise. The walls are so so thin you can hear everyone la conversations around you. No soundproofing esp with cleaners moving around upstairs from 6:45 every morning.

Paid to upgrade to a king size suite. Bed was double at best. Hairdryer and iron did not work. On the Saturday was woken at 8.00 am by the sound of work men drilling in the floor above. This carried on for a good hour. There was no mention of this at check in. Complained at Reception who gave us a £10 credit at the bar. Considering previous night round of drinks had cost £30 this seemed completely unacceptable.

We’ve stayed three times so I guess we love the area. However, every time we’ve stayed our room has been lovely but the windows all leak air. Makes it loud (street noise) and cold/hot air flowing through. Otherwise I don’t really have issues.

Very convenient location, close to Victoria station and a lot of restaurants and supermarkets. The room is clean and the room service is excellent. There are two small issues though: 1. Both my wife and I found the WiFi is intermittent, sometimes it is fast, sometimes it slow and even not working. 2. The shower pressure could be higher.

Old, dated, creaking. Paper thin walls where you could hear everything going on next door. Bathrooms so noisy. Could hear every other rooms one all night. Bad road noise despite being on 7th floor. Choose Riu Plaza next door or Citizen M across the road.

Not often i have to write a bad review but truly i cant see us returning. Location is great, staff are wondeful but sadly, for the price the hotel is not worth it. 1. Our shower leaked beloe the door, spread all across the floor - which when you look closer you notice a lot of the room is looking dated. 2. The big one, the rooms have ajourning doors. Which means there is a bit of wood and no insulation between you and some strangers. We had to phone security twice at night due to the noise. Honestly the 2nd night it might not have been that loud next door but with no blocker it made it impossible to sleep. 3. If youre a person that needs a cool room also best to avoid. They do have an integrated air con system but even on its coolest setting its not keeping the space cool.

Soundproofing between rooms (adjacent rooms joined by door) was not good enough. Apart from that the whole room arrangement was really nice. I recall the room was advertised online as 'soundproof' yet the double door system that connects the rooms resulted in less privacy than would be best for separate rooms.

We have stayed here before and that swayed our decision to book again but… Good points: very clean. Nice room of a good size. Not so good points: Very inattentive and miserable looking staff. No explanation of when our room would be ready when we arrived, literally just told it’s still dirty but you can leave your bags and come back later. No welcome at breakfast, couldn’t even raise a smile and then shown to table and left to work out what to do - basically totally self service including drinks, previously hot drinks were brought to you. For a relatively expensive one night stay in a premium hotel you’d expect more.

Arrived at the hotel three hours before check in. I was going to ask if we could leave our bags with them until the room was ready, however, the room was ready! Went was the last time you went to a hotel and the room was ready 3 hours before check in??? Anyway- the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and very spacious. Breakfast was very nice indeed and once again all of the breakfast staff including the chef was very helpful and friendly. Unusually the checkout time was midday, which was a bonus. The staff also stored our luggage so we could go off for the day which was very helpful. Oh and I had a phone charger problem and once again the staff came to the immediate rescue. All in all, the hotel and more importantly staff get a solid 10/10 from us.

Super location, 2 minute walk to Victoria tube & rail station, and 2 minute walk from Wicked at the Apollo Theatre. Buckingham Palace only 10 minutes walk, and in the other direction only 15 mins walk to Westminster Abbey & Big Ben! Rooms have been refurbished, and fab shower with ESPA products. Staff were friendly & helpful. Food at the hotel is expensive, but lots of alternatives within easy walking distance.

Property is very close to Victoria Station and Victoria Coach Station. Took the tube from Heathrow to Victoria and walked to the hotel. The Coach Station for Stonehenge and Cotswold tours is a very short walk from this hotel. City bus tours also convenient. Pubs for grub and brews close too.

We had a good stay. It was near the Tube and convenient. Breakfast was good though it’s the same selection everyday even if there was a variety to choose from. Bottled waters for the room aren’t free. Customer service was good. We were happy that the bar and common area were open till late at night and it was quiet enough so we could talk. Either way, the place is highly recommended and the hotel is aesthetically luxurious and there was enough space to move around as well.

Really nice hotel, ideally located close to Victoria station. Staff are exceptional, from the trainee who checked us in to the bar and breakfast staff. Room was spacious and comfortable, breakfast was excellent. Only quibble is the service charge on already expensive drinks and snacks at the bar.

The location was perfect and the breakfast was good. However our room was dirty and the towels were stained. We went down for a late evening tea and dessert, waited over half an hour for a slice of pie and pudding, when we got the pudding it was burnt. Too long in the microwave.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, close to Victoria station, great restaurants around, 10 -15 minutes walking distance from Buckingham palace, 15 minutes walk to the clock tower (Big Ben), 20 minutes to London eye. The hotel itself is great, the room we stayed at was clean, decent size, and we dealt with wonderful staff members. The breakfast at the hotel was also very good. The only thing that I will encourage them to improve is the lighting in the room (need brighter lights).

Very nice modern hotel. Breakfast buffet has to be one of the best I've ever had with tons of options. Tons of dinning options within few minutes walk and several convenience/ supermarkets if you need any essentials for your travel needs. About 4 minute walk to the Underground Tube station. Usually only took 10-15 minutes to get down to the river by the London Eye or Tower of London areas. Less than 1 hour to get to Heathrow on the train
