Staff were wonderfully understanding and helpful when we were stranded during the Heathrow fire. Room was comfortable enough but could use a deep cleaning and some minor maintenance (window difficult to open, blind broken) and adding fans in the room would be a major improvement. I booked the hotel because the website stated the property has air conditioning- it does not and the weather was unseasonably warm. Breakfast was included which was a big bonus, but is very basic and would be a challenge for a stay longer than 2 days. Fantastic location for our needs and would stay again in the colder months.

The elevator did not work and had been broken fir a while. The staircases were narrow and steep. Difficult to climb/descend several times a day. Location is terrific near Paddington Station and restaurants. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Staff members were very friendly and helpful. Really nice to have an elevator, which is not typical for other hotels in the area. Unfortunately, the room was tiny, but that is true for many hotels in the area. The worst part was the lack of hot water for showering in the morning before checking out. I was told during check-out that there was a problem with the hot water, but had to take a cold shower before departing.

Room was quite small, with no room for suitcase except on desk. Bedsheets didn't cover the whole mattress & pillows were terribly hard. Good opening window, heated towel rail, lift, breakfast.

We enjoyed our second stay here. The staff were great, the included breakfast got us going in the morning. The hotel is minutes away from Paddington Station which we found very helpful. There are lots of restaurants and some express grocery stores. They have a small elevator which is helpful and air conditioning. We stayed in July so we really appreciated the air conditioning. We would stay again.

Pro: Very convenient (2 blocks) to Paddington station. Several restaurants for quick food nearby and staff very nice. Con: No hot water for shower for 2 days! Ice cold shower. Did get some hot water at night. They try to scatter guests in rooms but can hear neighbors very clearly. Rooms are small.

We stayed at the Days Inn for 5 nights. Location of the hotel is amazing : close to many shops, restaurants, Paddington Station, metro and buses. Staff at the front was awesome and always very friendly My only small complaint was the room wasn’t the cleanest (hair round the toilet , dust, etc) Otherwise we had a great stay!

The hotel is conveniently located near Paddington Station, which has a train line to Heathrow Airport for 25 British Pounds and other lines on the London subway system. My one minor issue was that I could hear the street noise from my room, but the rooms were clean and my package came with a continental breakfast.

The room was adequate though could do with a refurbish. Bathroom and linen clean but very dusty furniture and tea coffee unit and cup dirty. It was also infested with ants all over the tea station and carpet. Staff were helpful in finding me a new room. Breakfast was poor quality and breakfast member of staff either couldn’t speak English or was unhelpful. Grunted in response to question and had a face like thunder. Good location and helpful reception staff

The front desk guys were very kind and helpful. The room was spacious and clean and the room was quiet considering we were so close to the road. The location is super convenient, just a couple blocks from Padding Station and Hyde Park. Our bed was on the stiff side and the pillows could have been fluffier but we were able to sleep ok. We will be back and soon because we booked another night next week!

The location was good and the reception staff were helpful. The room was incredibly small for 3 people, we could barely open the bathroom door because of the beds and the bathroom too was so tiny. There was a dirty glass in the bathroom when we arrived. The air con didn’t work and the room was very warm.

RUN from this hotel!! do not expect it to be a Days Inn as you know it. I can’t believe I paid over $250 a night for this dump. It’s a 100 plus year-old barely refurbished house with teeny tiny rooms. The air conditioning doesn’t work. The windows don’t close. You get one rough towel. There’s nothing other than hand soap. The rooms are 10 x 8 if that. The first room (which I refused to take Was down one floor then down three halls, past an open supply closet with mop and bucket hanging out and maybe 6 x 6 with a cot in it. Not even a Window.) I wouldn’t even walk in it. The staff was very unhelpful. Stay away from this place. Days Inn should be ashamed to have their name on this.

The Days Inn, Hyde Park has an excellent location - just a short walk to Paddington Station (Heathrow Express/Elizabeth line and GRW rail) but located out of full traffic/tourist rush. Solid restaurants are just around the corner if you want or need dining within a short distance. The breakfast buffet was one of the better ones I have experienced in mid-range budget London hotels. I will definitely look to book here again on my next visit.

The hotel was situated in a really good location, extremely close to Hyde Park. Room was a decent size beds were clean and comfortable but general cleanliness was questionable. Staff were very attentive, helpful, and kind. Breakfast was ok if you’re happy with a selection of bread (no rolls or pastries), cold boiled eggs, cheap cereal, yoghurt, cheese, ham or salami - that’s it in a nutshell.
