Excellent room everything worked as it should. Staff very friendly. Great location.

Really good location for Paddington - 5 minutes walk. Welcoming reception staff. Small bar area (which we didn't use). Room was plenty big enough for the amount of time we spent there - did have to shuffle round the bottom of the bed. Spotlessly clean bathroom and plenty of hot water. The only downside for me was the room was very hot. Tried to get the air con to work but it switched off after 5 minutes. So opened the window but obviously, you then have to put up with traffic noise. Would definitely stay here again - so easy to get around London and very good value for money.

The Good: Location & Logistics The hotel’s greatest asset is its unbeatable location. Transport: It is a 2-minute walk from Paddington Station, making it incredibly convenient if you’re arriving via the Heathrow Express or using the Elizabeth Line. Green Space: Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens are just a 5-minute stroll away. Staff: Guests consistently praise the front desk team for being professional and accommodating, often facilitating early check-ins or luggage storage. The Room Experience The rooms are clean and functional, equipped with essential modern comforts like reliable Wi-Fi, air conditioning (a lifesaver in London summers), and tea/coffee facilities. However, be prepared for "compact" living. In true London fashion, the rooms and bathrooms—especially the singles—are quite small. If you are traveling with large suitcases, it may feel a bit tight. Dining & Value Breakfast: A standard continental buffet is available. It’s convenient, though there are dozens of excellent cafes within a 5-minute walk if you prefer something more "artisanal." The Bar: There is a small on-site lounge bar, perfect for a quick nightcap before heading to bed.
