We had a fantastic stay! Although the décor is a little dated, it didn’t detract from the experience at all. The rooms were spotless, and the amenities were excellent. The location is outstanding—perfect for getting around London, with easy access to buses and the Underground, and just a short walk from Paddington Station. We would happily stay here again.

Does what it needs to do for the stay - staff very friendly. Rooms comfortable. Only slight criticism is the bathrooms are a little dated but doesn't detract from a good hotel.

Nice place. Practical in the center. Easy access to dining and groceries close by. Hyde park was an excellent neighbour.

The hotel was in a fantastic location and perfect for us to explore London. The room was a welcome retreat and exactly what was needed after a day on our feet. Would highly recommend.

Everywhere was very clean, beds were comfy, and staff were polite! Only downsides were: the showerhead was a quite small which made it hard to rinse hair well, and it was tricky to figure out how to switch the water from bath to shower so maybe a sign to explain it would be useful. No mini fridge or safe either. No aircon, but they had provided a fan for us which helped a bit! Good for the price and a nice location.
