Van der Valk Maastricht, een aanrader. Verdienen voor mij *****sterren. Grote en schone kamer, goed restaurant, prima en schoon zwembad en gratis parkeerplaats. Naar Wyck loop je in een kwartier. Bovendien is Maastricht een gezellige en Bourgondische stad.

Vi hadde et fantastisk opphold. Rommet var stort og rent. Spa avdeling fantastisk. En veldig god frokostbuffer. God mat i brasseriet . Beliggenhet supert for vårt opphold. Personalet hyggelig. Alt var helt perfekt så her kommer vi garantert tilbake og vil absolutt anbefale dette hotellet. Helt fantastisk❤️

The hotel was excellent. The room was comfortable for 3 adults. Only negative was in the hotel were 2 elevator but one was out of order and our room was on level 5!! It was quite busy and waiting was disappointing.

This hotel was brilliant for a stop over for us. Great staff, clean spacious room, lovely reception area. We enjoyed spending time in the bar and the food in the restaurant was first class. We would defiantly stay here again. It was such a nice touch having fruit and water in the reception area,

Wir haten leider pech das unser Zimmer ein komisches Geruch hatte, deswegen hatten wir in 3 Nächte, 3 verschiedene Zimmer. Das Personal am Rezeption war super. Deswegen 4 Sterne. Die Betten und Dusche sind auch immer sehr gut bei Van der Valk. Das Essen im Restaurant war lecker. Unsere Kelnerin top. Die Brasserie ist modern mit guter Service. Die Saunabesucher sind etwas komisch, sitzen auf dem Holz ohne Handtuch und sind laut. Da kann das Hotel aber nichts dafür. Das Schwimmbad ist klein aber schön, es könnte öfter sauber gemacht werden. (am Rand hat mehrere tage ein Kaugummi und Pflaster gelegen) Im ganze Wellnessbereich ist es sehr warm. Nach ein Saunagang konnte man etwas Frischluft gebrauchen. Die Finnische Sauna mit Glaswand ist übrigens sehr schön. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Twee kamers geboekt de luxe bij elkaar 669euro In de badkamer was ook een ligbad en regendouche Maar geen badjas en stoffen geen haarnetje De kachel deed het niet in de kamer en de dekbedden waren zomerdekbedden dus er koud gehad die nacht Bij het koffiezet apparaat 1zakje zuiker 1 lepeltje Terwijl het een tweepersoons kamer is Handdoeken erg weinig En in de douchehoek schimmel in de kit was echt niet schoon Dus voor dat bedrag 1nachtje per kamer schandalig

J'ai réservé une chambre en précisant que je souhaitais une chambre calme. Le chambre prévue donnait sur l'autoroute et était trop bruyante....Je contacte le réception qui m'explique que toutes le chambres à ce tarif sont côté route....si je veux une chambre de l'autre côté ,il me faut payer 25€ de plus....

We loved the hotel, it had everything we needed, and the kids absolute loved the pool. We used the pool twice, once as we arrived and once in the morning before we left. The beds were comfy and we had a balcony. Loved it. Walking distance to the centre, but we drove as our kids were tired.

Prima accommodatie alleen de bedden vonden we niet fijn. Te zacht waardoor je opstond met rugpijn. Verder goede accommodatie zoals we gewend zijn van van de Valk. Altijd gezellig en goed voor elkaar.

I do over nearly houndred night at hotels per year, and the main thing that can ruin your stay is if the staff is rude. The pregnant lady at the check in disk was really tired of her job and rude. I accept that she might have a hard time but in the end we’re the guests and expect a service that should be at least welcoming.

Staff answered all questions. One BIG problem… I booked it through Expedia in February…. It was on my Credit card statement which I paid. I was billed again at the hotel and now I have pending charges in my bill substantially greater than what I already paid following the booking.

We loved the hotel, it had everything we needed, and the kids absolute loved the pool. We used the pool twice, once as we arrived and once in the morning before we left. The beds were comfy and we had a balcony. Loved it. Walking distance to the centre, but we drove as our kids were tired.

Prima plek waar wij met hond en rolstoel goed uit de voeten konden en uitstekend werden geholpen. Op goede loopafstand (30 min) van een aantal leuke restaurants in Wyck en met de auto zo in de binnenstad! Uitzicht op dak was, ondanks de koeien, wat minder plezierig en de prijs voor het ontbijt voor ons als matige eters wel erg hoog. Cocktails 's avonds op het terras ronden je dag lekker af!

Vi hadde et fantastisk opphold. Rommet var stort og rent. Spa avdeling fantastisk. En veldig god frokostbuffer. God mat i brasseriet . Beliggenhet supert for vårt opphold. Personalet hyggelig. Wir haten leider pech das unser Zimmer ein komisches Geruch hatte, deswegen hatten wir in 3 Nächte, 3 verschiedene Zimmer. Das Personal am Rezeption war super. Deswegen 4 Sterne. Die Betten und Dusche sind auch immer sehr gut bei Van der Valk. Das Essen im Restaurant war lecker. Unsere Kelnerin top. Die Brasserie ist modern mit guter Service. Die Saunabesucher sind etwas komisch, sitzen auf dem Holz ohne Handtuch und sind laut. Da kann das Hotel aber nichts dafür. Das Schwimmbad ist klein aber schön, es könnte öfter sauber gemacht werden. (am Rand hat mehrere tage ein Kaugummi und Pflaster gelegen) Im ganze Wellnessbereich ist es sehr warm. Nach ein Saunagang konnte man etwas Frischluft gebrauchen. Die Finnische Sauna mit Glaswand ist übrigens sehr schön. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.
