Prima ontvangen door de man aan de receptie. Mooie kamer met alle voorzieningen. Heel goed ontbijt. Het hotel is prima gelegen op loopafstand (15 min.) van het centrum en makkelijk bereikbaar met bus of taxi. Keuze tussen betaald parkeren bij het hotel of gratis op 50m.

Clean room without any particular frills but no complaints either. Friendly staff, nice bar. Tiny TV. There is a new McDonalds opening soon but not open on the date we were there. Location requires a car. Only stayed one night so didn't test any other facilities but happy with everything we experienced.

Arrived before 3pm but room wasn't ready which was fine, was able to check in but not get our room or keys until later. Returned at 8pm and collected keys. On arrival to our room we noticed it had not even been cleaned. Dirty towels on bathroom floor and unmade beds. We stayed at the hotel for one night only and hopefully. It’s old fashioned (even if recently modernized) and far from Maastricht downtown. Our bed linens had hole And the flush button was broken. For the electrical cars the charging points are not part of the hotel as they are in a public parking and we were not able to use them. So I do not recommend this hotel if you have EV. For dogs they are not allowed at breakfast so don’t come with your dog here. At check- in we have not been informed of this and we paid for the breakfast. Globally it’s good to look for another hotel in Maastricht downtown. The staff is nice (early check in possible) but it doesn’t compensate. Doesn’t deserve 4 stars as an hotel.

Excellent informative staff. Unfortunately our room was over the front doors and the motion doors were loud. Big room, lots of space for suitcases. They had umbrellas to borrow for when we wanted to explore the town and were very helpful with directions. Breakfast was expansive and fresh, very good. Fill up your water bottles at breakfast though, in the restaurant in the evening you have to pay for table water.

Der Check in war sehr nett. Der Herr an der Rezeption sagte, er gebe uns ein besonders schönes Zimmer im 6.OG. Als ich das Bad begutachtete, sah ich das noch die Fäkalien vom Vorgänger in der Toilette schwammen. Wir beschwerten uns andl der Rezeption. Der Herr (ein anderer als beim Check in) sagte etwas unfreundlich, drücken Sie doch den Knopf, dann ist es weg Wir wahaben 4 Nächte in dem Hotel verbracht. Die Bettwäsche würde kein einziges Mal gewechselt. Das Bad sah nie wirklich danach aus, als wenn es gereinigt wurde. Die Handtücher waren zum Teil fleckig. Den Schminkspiegel im Bad durfte man nicht anfassen, sonst wäre er runter gefallen. Der Teppich ums Bett hatte undefinierbare Flecken. Gesaugt würde auch nur ein Mal während des Aufenthalts. Das Hotel liegt sehr abseits. Es fährt kein Bus. Ohne Auto oder Rad echt doof. 45 Minuten zu Fuß, laut Google, in die Stadt. Klimaanlage funktioniert nur mäßig, zum Glück hatten wir noch einen Ventilator dabei. Das Fenster ging nur leicht zu kippen. Parkplätze zum Bezahlen direkt vor dem Hotel, oder ein paar Meter weiter, kostenlos

Prima hotel! Drie nachten in een nette, ruime en schone kamer met heerlijke bedden. Voor de medewerkers aan de receptie een dikke 10! Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We konden onze elektrische fietsen veilig binnen stallen en opladen. De auto kan gratis geparkeerd worden op 300 meter lopen van het hotel. Kortom fijn hotel voor weekendje Maastricht met een hele goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding.

Die Lage ist nicht optimal, weit vom Zentrum entfernt. Check inn war problemlos und Mitarbeiter immer freundlich. Das Bett war eine Katastrophe! Weiche Matratze, die ständig verrutscht ist da sie nur aufgelegt ist. Gab nur eine Flasche Wasser täglich für 2 Personen. Insgesamt ok, aber Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht gerechtfertigt.

This business hotel is a good choice if visiting Maastricht by car. If you bicycle, a path is right in front of the hotel, and the surrounding area is green. The rooms are large and very quiet (in view of a main road and highway but I heard nothing), and the beds are quite comfortable. Staff is very helpful. The trashcan and shaving mirror in my bathroom were broken but both replaced within a day. Oddly, my room had not only one but two air conditioners: A milder/quieter floor unit and a more robust, louder wall unit. One thing Expedia doesn't tell you-- a Superior Room not only includes a Nespresso machine and kettle, but also includes free parking, which normally costs 15 euros per day. Things I didn't like: Tiny, outdated TV with no streaming options, only one English-language channel, not even the usual CNN/BBC news options. Fortunately NL doesn't overdub foreign shows, so there are series/movies to watch in the evening. The breakfast was OK but could use some more options, and did not change at all the week I stayed here.

La chasse d’eau fuyait et le lavabo s’écoulait mal. J’ai payé un supplément pour mon chien mais il n’est pas admis dans la salle du petit déjeuner. Je ne l’ai su qu’en allant déjeuner. Pour le dîner , le service au restaurant était de mauvaise qualité : on a été obligés de demander qu’on nous apporte la carte La nourriture était médiocre . On est partis un jour plus tôt . Le séjour m’a coûté cher. Établissement à éviter à tout prix

Me he hospedado ene ste hotel más de 10 veces. Tenía mi reserva pagada para el día 17 de junio. Ese día hubo huelga general en los trenes de Holanda, me comuniqué con la propiedad porque no había manera de llegar. Solicité reembolso y se negaron a autorizarlo. Totalmente decepcionada.

Der Check in war sehr nett. Der Herr an der Rezeption sagte, er gebe uns ein besonders schönes Zimmer im 6.OG. Als ich das Bad begutachtete, sah ich das noch die Fäkalien vom Vorgänger in der Toilette schwammen. Wir beschwerten uns andl der Rezeption. Der Herr (ein anderer als beim Check in) sagte etwas unfreundlich, drücken Sie doch den Knopf, dann ist es weg Wir wahaben 4 Nächte in dem Hotel verbracht. Die Bettwäsche würde kein einziges Mal gewechselt. Das Bad sah nie wirklich danach aus, als wenn es gereinigt wurde. Die Handtücher waren zum Teil fleckig. Den Schminkspiegel im Bad durfte man nicht anfassen, sonst wäre er runter gefallen. Der Teppich ums Bett hatte undefinierbare Flecken. Gesaugt würde auch nur ein Mal während des Aufenthalts. Das Hotel liegt sehr abseits. Es fährt kein Bus. Ohne Auto oder Rad echt doof. 45 Minuten zu Fuß, laut Google, in die Stadt. Excellent informative staff. Unfortunately our room was over the front doors and the motion doors were loud. Big room, lots of space for suitcases. They had umbrellas to borrow for when we wanted to explore the town and were very helpful with directions. Breakfast was expansive and fresh, very good. Fill up your water bottles at breakfast though, in the restaurant in the evening you have to pay for table water.

Have stayed here many times under different ownerships. Despite always liking the hotel, I think it would be best to have a car. Breakfast staff very friendly and helpful plus a fantastic spread. This business hotel is a good choice if visiting Maastricht by car. If you bicycle, a path is right in front of the hotel, and the surrounding area is green. The rooms are large and very quiet (in view of a main road and highway but I heard nothing), and the beds are quite comfortable. Staff is very helpful. The trashcan and shaving mirror in my bathroom were broken but both replaced within a day. Oddly, my room had not only one but two air conditioners: A milder/quieter floor unit and a more robust, louder wall unit. One thing Expedia doesn't tell you-- a Superior Room not only includes a Nespresso machine and kettle, but also includes free parking, which normally costs 15 euros per day. Things I didn't like: Tiny, outdated TV with no streaming options, only one English-language channel, not even the usual CNN/BBC news options. Fortunately NL doesn't overdub foreign shows, so there are series/movies to watch in the evening. The breakfast was OK but could use some more options, and did not change at all the week I stayed here.

We chose the hotel for proximity to the MECC. Great location, parking isn't included in the price. The lobby was very pleasant and had plenty of seating. The rooms are very dated and need a makeover. TV was very small and only had a couple of channels working. We tried to get some food in the evening to take back to our room following a long and tiring day, we waited over an hour for a simple dish. The staff were fabulous but the system is not working to support them.
