Well run hotel and restaurant little ways outside of the hustle and bustle of the old town centre. Therefor it is quiet. Super friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast buffet.

The hotel is directly located next to the Mecc Maastricht and has a good connection with train/bus to inner city. Good food/beverages options in restaurant and bar. Hotel rooms are large and clean, but look old fashion and need renovation. Overall prices are too high for the service offered.

The staff was nice and professional, but they were unable to improve our experience: some things can't be fixed. In this particular case, the A/C. I was in a conference, with multiple friends/colleagues. Every room was hot! And when I say hot, I mean "open your window because it's better outside hot". Now, the hotel may tell you that it was a heat wave and they couldn't do anything. But I arrived a few days before the heat wave and it was already unbearable. I complained, they came, "fixed" it (said it was working) but it was just like before: hot!!!

No air conditioner in some rooms. Even there is it works like lorry(Too noisy, better not to switch it on). Needs too much renovations. Price and the quality is not matching.
