This is a very nice hotel. There are lots of restaurants in the area and street vendors are abundant like much of Mexico City. They are doing some renovations so their pool and restaurant are temporarily unavailable. I was always able to get an Uber in five minutes or less. I would definitely stay here again.

We were in Mexico City for a second time on our way home. We had an excellent stay with super friendly staff, beautiful lobby and a beautiful view from our room on the 19th floor and so comfortable beds. Pool area was wonderful and gorgeous views of the city from there also. We loved the Zona Rosa area and was close to so much delicious food and activities.

Buen lugar para hospedarse en el Rango de precio de 1200-1600 M.N. la noche. La ubicación es excelente porque esta ubicado a unas cuadras de Av. Insurgentes y su Glorieta (Metro/Metrobus) o hasta podrían llegar a Av. Reforma caminando también, además de que es muy conveniente el lugar ya que hay muchos restaurantes alrededor para comer o cenar (Zona Rosa). Aunque también el Hotel cuenta con su Restaurante abierto las 24hrs, lo cual fue de gran ayuda/conveniente, ya que regrese como a las 2 de la madrugada después de ir a un Evento. La atención del personal en Gral. la sentí algo seca como en muchos de Hoteles de CDMX que simplemente hacen su trabajo y ya, ya que la atención como en el Lobby y Restaurante es rápida y fluida, pero solo eso. El Cuarto sencillo para 1-2 personas es un poco pequeño, sin embargo para una estadía corta de 1-2 días en la que uno estaría la mayor parte del tiempo fuera en la CDMX, yo diría que esta perfecto. Ya que cuenta con todas las amenidades necesarias para una estancia cómoda como 2 Botellas de Agua, Cafe, Aire Acondicionado, Closet, Enchufes y Puertos USB para Cargas, Lustrador de Zapatos, etc. Me gusto mucho su Alberca (8:00-20:00) en el Piso 22, ya que es al aire libre y logras observar la ciudad desde allí como si fuera un mirador en las alturas. Además de que el agua de la Alberca estaba a una Temperatura ideal (tibia y no tan fría) que te permite estar allí desde temprano, aunque lo ideal seria en el medio día que el Sol este en mero arrib

It was a beautiful property. The only thing I would say is that the pool should be kept clean. When I was there the pool was dirty and the next morning I went there they had tools inside and around the pool and it was worse than the day before. The day before we were able to at least take pictures with a little green pool and the city behind us. That area of the pool is the best to take fixtures at so the hotel should have it clean at all times. I paid to go to this hotel to relax in the pool and I ended up not able to use it

I had a great time & pleasant stay at this hotel. Sad that the rooftop jacuzzi was closed for remodeling during my stay which was one of the reasons I selected this hotel. Other than that very leasable with my stay there would definitely stay there again in the future.

The staff was helpful and professional. The room was clean. The pool area is small. However, the location is extremely noisy from 6pm to 6am. I was on the 3rd floor and could hear everything. It was impossible to get a good night sleep. The noise during the day is normal city noise.

Buena atencion el personal es attento y brindan una excelente atencion, la chica a cargo de los boletos de estacionamiento podria mejorar, la alberca esta hasta el ultimo piso y aunque no me entre en ella se veia que estaba limpia. la zona que tienen adecuada para el gym, deja algo que desear, los apartos se ven antiguos muy juntos y la la habitacion es oscura y no parece estar muy limpia. las habitaciones son pequeñas pero las camas son comodas, tal vez te moleste algo el ruido de la ciudad a un lado del balcon.

The hotel from the looks was very nice. It is located in a nice convenient area to downtown. The main entrance is kept clean as well as the hallways. The room however was not so good. When we arrived the television wasn’t working. They sent someone up and the hooked up a wire until it could be fixed the following day. We then went to go to bed and the hot water in the bathroom was not working but was replaced the day after as well. The bed on two different occasions had stains on the bed and was quite gross. We also had dirty towels twice. When getting a rental it was also weird you pay for ballet but you have to park your own car and then go to the lot. It shouldn’t be called ballet if you have to park it and go to lot to pick it up.

This is like the fifth time that I stayed at this hotel, but last couple of times the WiFi is not working, only in the lobby. The rest of the hotel is really nice, very good location and the staff is always very nice, but not having WiFi is a huge inconvenience.

En general muy bien, el check in y check out fueron muy rápidos. Las instalaciones me pareción limpias pero se sienten algo antiguas. El cuarto es pequeño pero agradable para una estancia corta, el sillón que tiene bastante cómodo y la tina funcionando excelente. Lo único negativo es el servicio de internet, que es básicamente nulo, durante toda la estancia lo estuve probando, con una velocidad de 0.3 mgbxs es imposible.

This hotel is an excellent option for a visit to CDMX. The staff are amazing. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The property is very clean. The location is perfect, close to the metro, Reforma and walkable to parks, shopping and tourist sites. The breakfast buffet is excellent and the serving staff are great. This will be my go to hotel when visiting CDMX in the future.

Windows not sound proof. You can hear the noise outside at night, AC was loud. Front desk didn’t want to give the room, checking was at 3, even though it was around 1:45 when I tried to check in.. They also tried to give me a room i didn’t ask for..

The staff was very friendly. Jose Luis , the doorman recommended the food at the restaurant and make me aware that the hotel can help with the booking of tours and transportation to the airport. The room was very clean and cleaning staff always left an inspirational card and candy. The hotel provides guests with two complementary bottles of water daily. The hotel is very conveniently located in a safe area and many restaurants and stores are within walking distance.

Good afternoon. This is my review. First of all, you need to train some of your staff to speak English. You can’t run a hotel and expect everyone to speak Spanish only. You have guests from different countries who speak various languages. English is one of them. Second, you need to check the remotes to ensure they have batteries. You can’t put a non-working remote in an unexpected TV to turn it on by itself. Lastly, the food is great, but you must learn how to cook scrambled eggs. Scrambled eggs can’t be on the line for two hours and dried out. They must be constantly turned and have liquid inside.

Our family stayed for 10 days. The restaurant is walking distance from many wonderful restaurants, convenience stores, coffee shops, panaderías and more. The staff was friendly and hospitable. The restaurant is open 24 hours and I cannot say enough about their staff. Highly professional and the service was outstanding. We will be returning, no doubt about it!
