It was definitely the best place to stay in the centre of Mexico City. The suites are fantastic. The staff, at the reception, bell boys and cleaners, were all helpful, friendly and welcoming. There was absolutely no problem with noise. There are clubs and bars around which might be noisy at times, but keeping the windows closed (you don’t need them open with the air conditioning anyway) you can barely hear anything from the outside. There is a terrace at the top with great views of the surroundings. (A perfect place to drink a glass of wine and smoke a cigarette if you do and relax on your own or with friends.) The zona rosa is not what it used to be (it is rather run down and neglected but it still keeps some of its charm). Reforma avenue is just a couple of blocks away and is thriving with great places to eat and visit. It is an excellent place to walk to many landmarks, trendy areas and museums without the burden of the traffic jams. Price wise, I think it was the best choice to stay in the City.

Great location and the room was nice, but the area can be very loud late into the night. Maid service needs improvement as our room was not cleaned well during our stay. Rooftop only has some dusty chaises but from the pictures I thought there was a bar (my bad). Staff was friendly and breakfast was good but they serve some of the worst coffee in the city. Luckily there is a coffee shop right next door.

Lite slitet. Bra läge. Dåligt wifi. En hiss fungerade inte, men sällan lång väntetid när vi var där. Gymmet till delar inte fungerande- saknar papperskorg och omvårdnad. Stora rum. Hög ljudnivå utanför - men har man öronproppar så är det inga problem. Något man får räkna med - med tanke på läget.

The hotel is nice and near to a lot attraction with easy walk to reforma avenue, restaurants, stores and a lot bars. Staff are very friendly and ready helpful. The only problem with the Hotel was the main Elevator was down and from what we hear is been like that for long time, The second day the only elevator that was working stopped working. This was not good at all. I feel sorry for the ladies who work as houskeeper and people with problems to go up and down all the stairs. They need to fix that main elevator. Other than that rooms are good size and bed was comfortable.

The room was decent for the price, Expedia had this place under excellent. And although I can say it was ok in no way was it excellent. The main elevator was out of service and no one said anything at check-in. No rooftop access. Again no one said anything.

Excellent location located in the heart of Zona Rosa. This means it is convenient to everything, but loud weekend nights. The main elevator was out of service our entire alstay, but there is a seconday elevator, though it is small and slow. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

El hotel está bien ubicado, las habitaciones son amplias y limpias. Pero estuve en una que tenía muy fuerte mal olor por el drenaje. Afortunadamente logré que me cambiaran. El hotel está cada vez más viejo y se nota la falta de mantenimiento en algunas áreas como el elevador.

El baño del lobby estuvo sucio ( con materia fecal expuesta ) durante 3 días , se les informó y nada cambió , el baño de la habitación , es exageradamente pequeño, desayuno sin variedad y no reponen lo que se acaba, considero que el precio no es acorde a lo que se recibe. No lo recomiendo, la zona del hotel es insegura.

Al hacer el check in, la señorita de recepción vio pasar a mi hijo y en automático dijo “si va a entrar una persona más, son $30 usd extras” Sin siquiera preguntar si se quedaría, le expliqué que pagué una habitación con capacidad de 4 por si decidís quedarse y dijo que eso no importaba, en la reserva decía 3 y solo podían estar 3. Es la primera vez que me encuentro con eso en un establecimiento de hospedaje, no había servicios extra contratados, hice la observación y la postura no cambió. En general la suite tiene muy buen tamaño, pero demerita la estancia el mobiliario añejo, la base de mi cama estaba desnivelada, con un mini efecto sube y baja,, no logramos calzar las patas para que dejara de moverse así. Yo no puede descansar. Los colchones rechinaban al mínimo movimiento, como que ya muy vencidos, las almohadas muy apelmazadas, las toallas y ropa de cama igualmente ya muy usadas, algunas toallas percudidas. En el baño está muy rara la disposición de la tina y es dificil entrar y salir de la bañera, los techos muy bajos. Mi esposo e hijo miden casi 1.90 y tuvieron que bañarse cuidando no pegarse en la cabeza con la regadera. En definitiva una persona de edad batallaria para entrar y salir de la bañera. . En el pasillo que conduce del elevador a habitación, un fuerte olor a solvente (thinner). Pusimos una toalla para que no se metiera el olor, hoy en la mañana seguía igual de intenso. En definitiva si la prioridad es descansar, creo que no es una buena opcion.

Property was great and the staff friendly and helpful The only issues were the beds are hard as a rock and the Hotel is adjacent to a club who blares their music till at least 3 am so all you hear is a thumping bass sound despite the windows being closed. Ear plugs did not even help.

The hotel is OK, nothing special, although the staff are very friendly. However, in certain rooms it is IMPOSSIBLE to get any sleep. There is extremely loud reggaeton and dance music coming from the street until 3.30 am, every night. Sometimes it was so loud you could feel the vibrations. I feel the hotel should at least warn guests about this before the book.

The area is very walkable. Bars, food, tourist things to do in the area. Easy to walk past the entrance as there is minimal signage. Good size suite and was generally clean. One day the staff just hung up our used towels instead of giving us new ones. A/C, WiFi bathroom, tv, etc all worked well. Would return here if visiting Mexico City in the future.

You Get What You Pay For!! I’ll start with the good. The location truly can’t be beat. You’re surrounded by plenty of entertainment, shopping, restaurants, and it’s close to public transit, which made getting around the city very convenient. For accessibility and things to do nearby, this hotel definitely delivers. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The hotel itself is extremely dated and in serious need of upgrades. The bed and couch were both hard as a rock, making it difficult to get comfortable after a long day. There was only one operable elevator during my stay, and it held maybe 6–8 people at most, which meant long waits just to get to and from my room. The biggest disappointment, though, was the staff. They weren’t particularly helpful, and when I tried to change hotels, I was told nothing could be done because I had already “checked in.” That left me stuck for the duration of my stay. All in all, I made it work, but as the review starts —you get what you pay for. If you’re looking for convenience and don’t mind sacrificing comfort, it might be fine. Otherwise, I’d recommend exploring other options.

Really loved this hotel. Rooms (suites) are very big and spacious. You have a living room with fridge, microwave and tv. Also a lot of closets and cabinets. Has a safe and another tv at the room. Bathroom is big and clean. Location is right in Zona Rosa so you can walk to a lot of places including El Angel. Many food and shopping options. It is a party area during the night so take that in consideration if you are a light sleeper. We didn’t hear anything in our room (floor 3) but just in case it is a big deal for you. Staff was great and honestly the hotel looked very clean. I would definitely stay again if I have the chance. Very recommended.

Very good hotel in Mexico City. Attentive and polite staff, very large room with a great bed, clean bathroom with a good shower, excellent location. The breakfast is very good with various healthy food options. The air conditioning system worked very well in my room and the internet worked without any problems.

I have stayed here many times as it’s a good value for your money as there are options close to eat and you can get around the city easily. The rooms are large and have a small living room. What they need to inprove are the mattresses which are way too hard, almost like sleeping on the floor, pillows are only very soft, above the bed there is a fire alarm that has a flashing light that goes off every minute

I requested a room higher up because I had read the reviews about excessive noise. And there was no noise at all! We had wonderful restful nights here (we were on the ninth floor). Only one elevator worked and it was pretty grimy but we never had to wait long. The price was quite reasonable. Shower worked wonderfully. Room was huge. You Get What You Pay For!! I’ll start with the good. The location truly can’t be beat. You’re surrounded by plenty of entertainment, shopping, restaurants, and it’s close to public transit, which made getting around the city very convenient. For accessibility and things to do nearby, this hotel definitely delivers. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The hotel itself is extremely dated and in serious need of upgrades. The bed and couch were both hard as a rock, making it difficult to get comfortable after a long day. There was only one operable elevator during my stay, and it held maybe 6–8 people at most, which meant long waits just to get to and from my room. The biggest disappointment, though, was the staff. They weren’t particularly helpful, and when I tried to change hotels, I was told nothing could be done because I had already “checked in.” That left me stuck for the duration of my stay. All in all, I made it work, but as the review starts —you get what you pay for. If you’re looking for convenience and don’t mind sacrificing comfort, it might be fine. Otherwise, I’d recommend exploring other options.

The staff is amazing! Israel who works with the front desk is the most helpful. The front desk staff always had a smile! Most of all - housekeeping was friendly and efficient at all times.

I would not recommend this hotel for several reasons. Despite making arrangements directly with the hotel for our group to be picked up at the airport for $1000.00 MN, no one was there to collect us. After waiting for more than an hour and calling the hotel 3 times (no answer) we hired a taxis to drive us at an increased cost of $1300.00 MN. We informed the front desk of this twice and was told the matter would be reviewed with the manager. We never heard back from the front desk or the manager during our 4 day stay. Other comments - items on breakfast buffet were not replenished; the bedding is inferior to other hotels of this.

The hotel is located close to insurgentes subway station which makes it very centric. The are is full of choices where to eat, local and international, they are all within walking distance. You will also find bars and clubs if you like night life and the area is also busy every day and every night. If you are looking for a quiet area to stay at this hotel will provide that as well but the area is busy and noisy. Rooms do a good job in keeping the noise isolated.

Horrible place to stay if you’re wanting to sleep at night! The hotel there is several clubs right next to it on the street and they stay up and play extremely loud music Boom Boom Boom noises vibration on hotel windows they play this stuff till 5am in the morning loud noises from all the partying going on! I do not recommend this hotel!

Great location and the room was nice, but the area can be very loud late into the night. Maid service needs improvement as our room was not cleaned well during our stay. Rooftop only has some dusty chaises but from the pictures I thought there was a bar (my bad). Staff was friendly and breakfast was good but they serve some of the worst coffee in the city. Luckily there is a coffee shop right next door.

We stayed for 4 nights. Central location to many things. Room was big and clean. Shower was great with hot water. Hairdryer was powerful. Beds where comfortable with a good pillow and duvet. Breakfast had a selection of cereal, fruit, yogurt, bread, and hot breakfast that you can order from the waitress. Hot coffee and tea with fruit juices available. WiFi was good.

Very good hotel in Mexico City. Attentive and polite staff, very large room with a great bed, clean bathroom with a good shower, excellent location. AC worked like a charm this time, very satisfied. The only minor issue on Friday night was the noise from the bars, otherwise we will keep returning to EuroStars.
