hotel was way nicer than i thought it would be! rooms were clean and modern and the balcony was great. impeccable room cleaning every morning. i think the hot tub wasnt working for the week we were there but that would have been nice to have. gym area could use a refresh or some extra equipment but otherwise that was great to have. great location to roma norte and the other trendy neighborhoods.

Close to the centre of the city with walking distance to all nearby attractions. The pool was heated, and wished they had a hot tub since the weather was chilly in July. Overall staff was pleasant and very helpful.

Hotel nel centro di MXC, buon livello, ottima posizione e silenzioso. Questa volta, la camera che ho avuto aveva dei piccoli problemi (poca pressione di acqua, delle prese elettriche e la luce della scrivania non funzionanti), ma il comfort era comunque buono. Colazione di ottimo livello,con buona varietà e quantità. Le sale riunioni sono molto ampie e confortevoli per riunioni di lavoro. La palestra è contenuta ma ben equipaggiata (3x tapis roulant, 2x ellittiche, spinbike, pesi). La piscina è all'aperto, peccato perchè nei mesi invernali si usa poco... Il servizio di buonissimo livello

Definitely NOT a 4 star hotel. More like 2.5-3. Did not have basic amenities and towels in our room. Flush plug was not working. Dirt around the edges. Shower stall flooded into the bedroom. Called for towels and it took me 3 times to follow up. Never staying here again. Just very mediocre to bad.

la regadera excelente, la temperatura del agua excelente, la secadora de pelo muy deteriorada, falta iluminacion en el lavabo, y el detalle que me parecio peor fue que el extractor del baño no funciona, por lo tanto esta super humedo todo el cuarto, la ropa se apesta a humedad y en general todo el cuarto huele a humedad todo el tiempo, la calefaccion no funcionaba pedimos fueran a revisarla y nos dijeron que no habia y nos mandaron un calefactor portatil super ruidoso.

The room was clean and staff very friendly and helpful. Their reception is open 24 hours per day, which really helps for those who arrive late in the evening or if you need any assistance. Breakfast was also super good!

For “superior” rooms it seems wrong to put them above the all night long dance and music club with windows that don’t block noise. The housekeeping randomly decides how many towels to leave and only ever replaces decaf coffee - which doesn’t help when you’ve been kept awake all night. They left tea bags in the room but only an espresso machine and a single espresso cup. Not sure how to make tea then. Their web site is promoted as a way to interact with easy requests for additional towels etc. but nothing ever arrives. Unless you’re staying locally and will be out all night I’d look for a quieter location.

The room was clean. The staff were professional and helpful. The location of the hotel was perfection. The bar was underwhelming. Probably the worst martini I have ever had. ( black olives as a garnish) No fault of your property but, a rooftop bar below us had loud music until 3:00 am in the morning.

Nice hotel, modern well-furnished rooms, great staff. Windows don't block out a lot of sound from the outside, but if you face Liverpool Street it's fairly quiet most of the time, so it's worth requesting that. Great location close to transit as well as walkable to sight-seeing. A few minor maintenance issues keep me from rating the hotel full stars, but I would have no hesitations about staying there again.

The room was remodeled recently. The beds were comfy and the WIFI strong and reliable. The A/C worked great. The bathroom has a glass enclousure, so there is limited privacy. The restaurant had limited options. Our room was next to a night club and there was loud music every night until 5 am.

The room was nice and clean but we had to wait until after 3pm to check-in. They took our luggage and stored them while we went out to eat. When we got back we were escorted to our room. Please note that these rooms do not have carpet floors so you can hear the other guests coming and going in their rooms. There’s a OXXO right next to the hotel which has everything you need. Plus the hotel has an area where guests can get picked up by cars service or they can get you a taxi if you want. Very convenient area.

Staff was friendly and the rooms themself were nice and clean but the first night there was a club playing loud bass music till 4am. We were able to switch rooms the next night to a smaller but quieter room although the heat didn't work and we were so cold. They sent blankets and heaters which helped a bit but was still unacceptable. The area was not the best but close enough to walk or uber to nicer areas. Another issue was they sent maintenance men unannounced to fix a light but they smelled of chemicals and proceeded to move the bed and touch all the bedding. I spoke with the manager for compensation which I am still waiting to hear back from. I would never stay here again.

Hotel was pretty nice. Staff was kind and quick to send anything up to the room if needed. Room was fine, no issues other than the shower leaks out water easily. Clean, spacious. Windows are kind of thin so we heard a lot of city noises during the late night/early morning.

The room was nice and spacious and the staff were courteous and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and the service was very good. The only reason I gave a 4 instead of 5 stars was the very loud music that came from a rooftop bar nearby and went on till 4 or 5 am at weekends. The manager needs to address that with the city and the police.

The staff at this hotel was so friendly And welcoming, Especially Jesus from the front desk He walked us to our room and explained all services. He Was so helpful and welcoming. I had forgotten My toothbrush and the hotel provided a new one. The hotel is located in such a good area for coffee bars, and food . Will be coming here again

After a long flight we arrived at the hotel and they cancelled our booking without notice. They said their hotel was fully booked. Mind you I booked the room 3 months in advance. Luckily we went to a nearby hotel and booked a spacious room with better service.

The staff is very nonchalant. They never greet you or seem happy to be of service. I came in way before check in but they did accommodate me with an early check in which I paid. I asked about breakfast and they told me I had to have a credit card which I didn’t have so she suggested I add my debit card to my room so that if I’d like to have breakfast at the hotel I could. We decided not to have breakfast the at the hotel and was still charged for it. I emailed and called them like I was instructed to do so about the situation. I was told if they investigated and found no record of us having breakfast I would get refunded but now was emailed that breakfast was non refundable so I lost my money. Such an inconvenience and let down. Our AC never cooled down at all. We had to sleep w the window open to cool down the room. The closet door was missing and the pool area and the reception area were the only nice part of the hotel

Great location, bad at night! Super loud at evening due to loud music around the area of clubs and night clubs especially if your room is at the higher up. Front guest terrible service, they were unapologetic and unfriendly. They need to be trained on hospitality service for sure. Housekeeping slow, they miss cleaning my room 2 days in a row! I ask front desk to clean and they didn’t clean my room until the next day. Highly do not suggest staying in this hotel for more than 1 nights! If you’re desperate of a place to stay this a a good options but I highly avoid booking at this NH Reforma location! You can get a better hotel somewhere else like Condesa or Roma Norte!

We had booked and paid for five nights in junoir suite. On arrival they told us there is no junoir suite available. We were put in a basic suite for two nights until we approached manager and finally got our suite on night three. We were promised refund for difference of junoir suite and basic room. 11 days later we have no refund and can’t contact hotel manager. No email address.

The staff was friendly and helpful. All the staff were bi-lingual. The Bell hop Tony was super informative and showed me all the features in my hotel & room. The Laundry service was convenient & fast same day service. ( a little expensive though). Overall the hotel was a great value. The neighborhood felt safe & convenient to many things.

Location is great for walking around and near main areas of Reforma. It was good but overpriced perhaps because of location. Staff was kind and helpful but the rooms are starting to show slight neglect. Our door was not working, restroom had some minor problems but staff solved the issues right away.

I had a really positive stay at the NH Collection Mexico Reforma in Mexico City. The hotel is in a prime spot in the zona rosa with lots of welcoming vibes. Plus, the price for the quality I received was fantastic, so definitely a great value. Overall, I’d recommend it if you’re looking for a comfortable and well-located stay.

I find the location really nice! The famous Handshake speakeasy is literally in our lobby! Also there is a Casa Tono is just arround the corner, I go there for lunch and dinner a few times! Love the location and everything.

La ubicación del hotel está en plena zona rosa: aún y estando en el piso 14 no se podia dormir del escándalo de las discos y cantinas de alrededor. El sistema del cierre de la puerta del baño no servía y ésta se abría a cada rato. El área de alimentos y bebidas es de lo peor que hemos experimentado recientemente. Un restaurante en un hotel NH Collection que ni siquiera tiene una carta de vinos. El desayuno terrible!!! Había que hacer una fila de decenas de personas para pedir unos huevos, y el cocinero que los hacía no se afanaba en apresurarse y ni siquiera hacer varias órdenes a la vez. Cómo es posible que no hubiera huevos en el buffet o que ayudaran desde la cocina sirviendo algo tan básico como huevos para el desayuno? El room service de dos hamburguesas tardó màs de una hora; se habìan quedado sin pan pero no lo dijeron al momento de ordenar.Ni siquiera tuvieron el detalle de llamar para decirnos del problema. Cada vez que llamábamos pra reclamar nuestra orden, nos contestaban que ya venía en camino. Nosotros solemos quedarnos en hoteles NH en todo el mundo porque nos garantizan un estandard de servicio y calidad. El NH Collection Mexico City Reforma no es digno de ser un NH.

The hotel in conveniently located and remodeled. The AC works very well. Towels are nice and large. The breakfast buffet is pricey and they don't even have decaf coffee. There are very noisy night club next to the back of the building that will keep you up ALL night long. The shower floor has almost no depth, so water ends up all over the bathroom floor.
