Went to Mexico City for my girlfriend’s birthday and booked this hotel. The hotel itself was good and the room was really big. The only negative thing was the AC broke down and it was a little warm in the room. They provided us with a fan which helped quite a bit. I also wish that the gym was a little bit bigger. It only had one elliptical and one treadmill.

Loved the hotel, good location, is a small hotel but you have everything you need. Only thing I would say, the little gym needs a treadmill. Overall I will stay there again.

The rooms are spacious with a lot of natural light. The bathroom has a separate sink and large toilet/shower area. The staff is friendly with reception and card access 24 hours. The hotel is close to the Mexican World Trade Center with many options to eat, including the in house restaurant open from 7 am to 7 pm. Only notes I recommend would be to fix the broken button on the elevator and might need newer TVs since the smarthub was really slow. Internet was also fair to good. Otherwise, a beautiful and modern property with a classic looking facade on the outside.

Me picaron chinches en la habitación , me cambiaron de habitación 2 veces y me enseñaron 4 más, en todas había insectos. El servicio del personal realmente bueno , tanto recepción , como gerencia y en comedor, pero el reembolso de las noches no usadas , terriblemente burocrático, tuve que pagar otro hotel a media noche e ir con el médico para que me atendiera. No era la primera vez que llegaba a este hotel, pero nunca volveré

Place was new and nice. But the elevator didn’t work for 3 days I stayed. Found hairs all over the bed at arrival. Had an ant invasion that bit me all over, they couldn’t take care of it, couldn’t change room. They didn’t want to talk about it with expedia. Nice facilities, really bad service.

Good hotel, very well located. The room was big with nice perks such as automatic blackout blinds. The main issue was that the A/C was very old (noisy) and it did not had heat option, however I still recommend the hotel.

The room was clean, the staff and service great, but the AC didn't work and it was hot. Also some weird noises, I'm guessing from the old plumbing, made it difficult to sleep. No complimentary water and the conditioner from the shower was empty. No dinner nor room service. Solid 3 star stay but not higher.

La habitación es cómoda, el hotel es cómodo. Hay algunas cosas que se ven viejitas… el elevador por ejemplo, pero es aún funcional. Lo único que creo que urge mejorar son habitaciones insonorizadas, porque el ruido de la calle, se oye en la habitación como si uno estuviera afuera en la calle. De ahí en fuera, es cómodo y el personal muy amable.

Llegué 15 minutos antes de las 3;00 pm y la persona que estaba ahí me comenzó a reclamar que aún no eral la hora del check in y yo le comenté que si no tenía la habitación disponible no había problema y que regresaba a las 3:00 pm para evitar el problema, sin embargo me dijo que sí tenía la habitación disponible pero que yo no debía apersonarme antes de las 3:00 pm, le dije q había estado hospedado el domingo anterior y que me había ido apenas 3 días antes del hotel, pero ella siguió reclamándome lo mismo, lo cuál me molestó y le dije que me esperaría a que diera la hora correcta, sin embargo finalmente me entregó la llave de la habitación, ya que mi habitación había sido pagada desde la reservación

Well positive first.Location was convenient for my event. Upon arrival no check in until 4:30 because they have problems with their key /card machine .But was giving various versions .Made it to room nice ,good size . But no air condition ,again different versions until finally that two of their unit are down. They new this from the moment I arrive and was waiting and at no moment was told of this before check in.Solution very old and noisy portable fan .Until check out never resolve ,eventhough every morning was told they work on it and it suppose to be better. Lastly Breakfast was suppose to be at 7 am, one of the other reason I pick the place ,two days no breakfast because staff not arrive.Not concern at all. Thru all this very dismissive and felt i was suppose to not say anything about all this problems . Unfortunately large events in the area did not allow me to move another hotel

Excellent location across the WTC, close to many dining & shopping options, spacious, nice and clean rooms. Good breakfast and excellent service at property restaurant. Front desk staff was very nice and helpful. I definitely will recommend the Isaaya Hotel Boutique.

La propiedad esta en una zona muy segura y puedes encontrar restaurantes al rededor y como transportarte fácilmente. La habitacion amplia y cama muy cómodas. Sin duda lo volveria a reservar nuevamente.

Well positive first.Location was convenient for my event. Upon arrival no check in until 4:30 because they have problems with their key /card machine .But was giving various versions .Made it to room nice ,good size . But no air condition ,again different versions until finally that two of their unit are down. They new this from the moment I arrive and was waiting and at no moment was told of this before check in.Solution very old and noisy portable fan .Until check out never resolve ,eventhough every morning was told they work on it and it suppose to be better. Lastly Breakfast was suppose to be at 7 am, one of the other reason I pick the place ,two days no breakfast because staff not arrive.Not concern at all. Thru all this very dismissive and felt i was suppose to not say anything about all this problems . Unfortunately large events in the area did not allow me to move another hotel

Servicio excelente. Las habitaciones están muy cómodas y amplías. Muy limpio y con todos los servicios. Excelente atención en el restaurante también. Recomendado, buena ubicación si vas al WTC

Excellent location across the WTC, close to many dining & shopping options, spacious, nice and clean rooms. Good breakfast and excellent service at property restaurant. Front desk staff was very nice and helpful. I definitely will recommend the Isaaya Hotel Boutique.

Es un lugar muy bien conectado al estar frente al WTC, la calidez en el servicio es extraordinaria, siempre fueron muy amables y con excelentes recomendaciones. Lo único que calificaría bajo es el restaurante, definitivamente nada apetecible y la mesera algo tosca. El desayuno es muy malo en sabor y calidad de los alimentos, se nota que no tienen gente.

Hotel catalogado 4 estrellas Sin embargo sin aire acondicionado funcionando en habitaciones, nos prestaron dos ventiladores para poder descansar en la habitación Servicio de habitación finaliza a las 7 de la noche y desayunos fines de semana inician hasta las 8 Hotel bastante pequeño restaurante pequeño menú no tan variado y debes pagar cada que consumes porque no se carga a cuenta de hotel Habitaciones no tan mal (pero sin aire acondicionado por estar malo) resaltar la amabilidad de los encargados de recepción

The hotel is clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The location is justst a short walk from the World Trade Center. I would happily stay here again on a future visit to Mexico City.

They need to fix bottom on elevador, was on4 th floor and never work always needed to go the 5th floor and the. Down the stairway to my floor Everything else was great staff and rooms like new
