El servicio de transporte del Hotel al aeropuerto fue un gran problema, primero el chofer se equivocó de terminal, y en segundo lugar me dejó en el área de llegadas de la terminal, dijo q era lo autorizado lo cual es ridículo, eso me obligó a subir escaleras con maletas extremadamente pesadas lo cual es un gran problema p mi ya q me es imposible cargar cosas pesadas por problemas de salud

Hotel is fine and quite close to airport. You have to use a taxi to get there. They provide Transportation (one-way) to Terminals. It's not an area you can walk around in.

The Expedia listing said the hotel had a free airport shuttle and gave a number to phone for pick up, but no one answered when we phoned repeatedly. Our cab cost $50US, and when we enquired about the lack of response from the hotel, we were told the shuttle only goes “to” the airport. False advertising, very disappointing!

The hotel was fine. Basic but fine But we were extremely frustrated when we arrived about midnight and were told that a van would pick us up and it didn't. And we waited and waited exhausted and we finally got through to them and they said to take a taxi and bring the receipt but the taxi driver couldn't give us a receipt and so we there were there in the lobby for probably 40 minutes asking them to deal with it. Finally, we just went to bed and I guess they dealt with it, but it was very frustrating and exhausting. Otherwise the hotel was fine

Es un hotel conveniente en un area inconveniente. La entrada del hotel no es "handicapp accesible" "habdicapp friendly". Tiene un escalon alto que presupone un esfuerzo extra para subir las maletas. No piensan en ancianos, personas con cirugias y restricciones en la mobilidad.madrea con nenes, cochecitos, en fin. Por eso no voy a volver y menos recomendarlo.

The hotel feels already quite old, and especially it’s very noisy. I think the sound insulation in between rooms should be much better, also my door was lightweight versus what they should be. I could hear every sound from the hallway, including early departures at 04:00 in the morning. Price is ok and the shuttle to the airport is very convenient, but I wouldn’t book again even for the night before departure.

I liked the location and overall cleanliness of the hotel. However, after I booked, I was disappointed to receive a message saying the only provide shuttle to the airport and not from the airport to the hotel since the description says shuttle is included. The room conditions were good, but we had no working AC, the remote was missing the battery cover. We were given a fan, but it did not fix the issue. We were told we could ask to move rooms, but they had none available in the morning and made the change in the evening when we got back. The staff was kind and at the end met our needs, but it was an inconvenience to switch rooms.

This room says interior view. It is not a view. There is no functioning window and it isn’t a window. It is glass that is glazed over. So the room feels like a dirty dungeon. Staff was rude. There is no way this hotel is worth the price.

Check in es a las 2 pm pero el cuarto no estaba listo. No lo estuvo tampoco pasada las 2 PM como lo prometieron. Te dan largas con un cinismo que raya en el insulto. No tienen consideracion por personas que llegan de largos viajes esperando poder tener su cuarto listo a la hora prometida en su website. Por eso los viajeros prefieren otras alternativas de hospedaje. Aparte de agravio insulto con la actitud patana y poco decente de staff no capacitado para bregar con clientes frustrados. Deberian ser mas cuidadosos en la seleccion de su personal. Gente como esa deberia estar en un mercado publico y no en un hotel de esta categoria. No vuelvo nunca mas y menos recomendarlo a mi amplio network social y professional a quedarse en un hotel que mas parece un circo. Un pesimo circo donde una payasa petulante e ignorante hace un trabajo de relaciones tan chapucero. Deberian despedirla y que mejor se dedique esa persona a vender tacos en la calle. Con respeto de los taqueros de los alrededores que muestran mas educacion y maneras.

The Hotel was very nice option when our flight was cancelled. The staff was friendly and professional. The restaurant food and service was good. The hotel provided a shuttle back the the airport the next day. This is a good option for our anyone near the MX city airport.

Pésimo servicio nunca pudimos accesar a nuestra habitación y además fueron súper groseros en recepción, pésimo hotel cero servicio al cliente aunque estén cerca del aeropuerto no se hospeden ahí! Una cosa es comodidad o urgencia pero si lo quieren tener una experiencia horrible no lo hagan!!! Hay más opciones

Keys had to be reprogrammed everyday.. reception staff was very rude when I asked them to assist me in reprogramming the key.. the gentleman that assisted us to put the luggage in the car to head back to the airport was extremely rude and unprofessional he literally yelled at us to get in the car .. put four of us in a very small car .. mind you my brother was in a wheelchair.. we were heading to terminal 1 he was not listening to what I was telling him and I speak fluent Spanish.. I also advised him my sister was heading to terminal 2 and put just her in a big van instead of us he was talking over me and would not hear me out NEVER AGAIN WOULD I STAY AT THAT HOTEL

Our family stayed at the hotel due to an overlay. It was better than sleeping at the airport. It was clean. It got the job done. We did have to take a taxi even though it was across the street from the airport. The entrance was also hard to find the lobby entrance was not clearly marked. Overall, it got the job done. I would stay there again.

Very clean room, fast check-in and great location. We were searching for a hotel with early check-in, since we were in wait for our midnight flight. So this hotel was covenient for its 2pm check-in and its great location. Very nice staff, and great service. However, the outside streets seemed a little dangerous at night time so that was one thing to be careful of. Overall nothing special to be noticed otherwise. Standard hotel.

I had to climb several steps with my luggage since no ramps were built. Beds were terribly uncomfortable, pillows were like bad filled balloons, noisy room. On a very unsafe location. I would definitely not recommend to stay at this hotel, less to dare walking around for safety reasons.

Due to travel delays, I had to overnight in MEX. I chose this for location, and I chose to walk to it. You can see it right off the end of the runway from Terminal 1. 10 minutes and perfect for a simple layover. Good meal and drinks, and QUIET. Shuttle to Terminal 2 was a breeze the next day.

Bien localizado, el hotel es muy estricto con la hora del checkin y no les importa el estatus de hoteles.com que tengas. Cuidado con el restaurante ya que en una cena familiar de 12 personas 7 tuvieron una infección gastrointestinal.

The Hotel was very nice option when our flight was cancelled. The staff was friendly and professional. The restaurant food and service was good. The hotel provided a shuttle back the the airport the next day. This is a good option for our anyone near the MX city airport.

La recepción bien, el restaurante mal! La comida no es mala pero el servicio del personal es pésimo, por la noche cenamos y la atención regular, pero el desayuno atención pésima, los alimentos pedí huevos divorciados, los frijoles recién sacados de la nevera, los chilaquiles parecían sobras de otros y fríos también, los hitvos de cualquier manera, el pan horrendo, el jugo le lo trajeron cuando ya había terminado de comer, pan dulce no tienen y el pan con mantequilla es horrible y me lo trajeron cuando lo pedí tres veces! Muy pero muy mal servicio en el restaurante! El hotel es cómodo para una noche antes de tomar el avión al día siguiente, pero si hay cosas a mejorar! Como en todos los hoteles, la camarista te toca la puerta como si se estuviera cayendo a las 9 de la mañana, solo para saber si la habitación está ocupada o no!

El hotel en general está bien, excelentemente ubicado, el problema fue el restaurante, invité a cenar a mi familia y 6 personas de 12 personas se enfermaron de diarrea, el hotel debe de hacer algo al respecto. Deben de verificar el correcto cocimiento de los alimentos, también que los trastes estén limpios.
