The staff is rude, the alarm in the room didn’t work and trigger in the night and 8 am when my kids were sleeping, they tried to get in at that time to work on that and at the check out they tried to charge us 350 usd saying we smoke in the room, definitely the worst scam hotel

The room was ok, no towels for the pool when . We asked for in the front desk, had to give those in the pool area very late
