Muy buen trato de parte de todo el personal, habitaciones limpias y muy amplias, los baños están bien y el sistema de aire acondicionado funciona correctamente. Los puntos malos a tratar fueron el mal funcionamiento de los elevadores, ya que había 3 y hubo un momento en el que solo funcionaba 1; el televisor de la habitación era muy pequeño, y al ser las habitaciones tan amplias no se disfruta. En general un buen hotel, con aspectos a mejorar.

The elevators were difficult to operate, sometimes they would just reset and not move, I had to leave early in the mornings and find the staff sleeping on the lobby couches, there were a lot of duct tape (literally) around the hotel.

Staff went above and beyond helping me with my unique issues, I couldn't have had a better stay at any hotel. Also gorgeous scenery, clean rooms, fast elevators, speedy valet. The rooms don't have refrigerators, that would have been nice, but that doesn't warrant losing a star rating.

We stayed four nights in August 2025. Breakfast is excellent with many options. Staff is very helpful and helped us arrange some drivers that were amazing! The area around the hotel is very nice. There is a small mall next door with plenty of fast food and sit-down restaurant options - although the best non-chain restaurants were a short walk away. Our room was cleaned every day.

It was nice; service, Frontdesk, location, breakfast the cleaning lady all were great!!! My only negative is that at 8pm they turn off the air conditioning at the rooms and it’s impossible to be there. Works with the calefacción but one of the nights it wasn’t work at our room and it was horrible. We can’t sleep; we asked for room change but it wasn’t until morning; they send a guy that try to fix the duct and it helps something but it a lost nite. In the morning the guy at front desk gave us another room. Other than that all was great.

Tiene una buena ubicación, la habitacion limpia pero se ve el deterioro en el baño, habia moho en el cancel de la regadera ademas los.empaques se le salian. Eso da muy mal aspecto. Excelente el servicio del desayuno, tal vez no muy variado pero me encantó que hubiera recipientes para llevar alimentos. La habitacion que nos dieron estaba en esquina y a mi esposa le gusto eso.

I would book this hotel again due to the location. A lot of great food places, small shops, and cafes nearby. The hotel room could use some updates but I feel like we’re never really in the room to really have it be a big deal. Cleaning service comes around 8:30am so you might get woken up if you’re a late sleeper. Also, this area is a bit noisy at night so I don’t recommend if you’re a light sleeper. We were here for a night during a game and people were cheering till past midnight. Staff are friendly and speak some English.

El único inconveniente fue que al llegar nos asignaron una habitación que ya estaba ocupada, fue un momento incómodo al ingresar a la habitación y ver que había cosas de alguien más. Tuvimos que regresar a la recepción para que nos asignaran una nueva. Al día siguiente se desconfiguró la llave y tuvimos que volver a recepción a que la activaran. Esos fueron los 2 inconvenientes. Fuera de eso, la atención fue muy buena, las instalaciones se ven cuidadas y son cómodas. Al estar ubicado frente al Paseo de la Reforma es de fácil acceso.

No respetaron la reservación que realice de dos camas matrimoniales y con vista a la calle , querían darme a fuerza una habitación con una cama y un sofá cama, después de batallar me dieron una habitación con dos camas pero sin vista a la calle, la vista a la calle la habías reservado para ver un desfile que se desarrolló esos días por lo que no pudimos disfrutarlo como lo habíamos planeado

NO USEN EL SERVICIO DE TAXI DEL HOTEL** Pésimo servicio, aparte el servicio de taxi con dias de anticipacion y me dieron un precio por telefono, al momento de utilizar el servicio me cobraron 500 de mas afirmando "que habia sido confusion" sin embargo aun cuando fue confusion del hotel me cobraron a mi el extra. Se supone que el servicio incluia ida y vuelta asegurando que el taxista esperaria a que yo terminara mi compromiso y me regresaria al hotel, FUE MENTIRA, lo tuve que esperar 40min a que llegara a donde me habia dejado, obviamente si me hubiera esperado como me lo aseguro, habria estado ahi para retirarnos, se justifico con el trafico, pero de nuevo "se supone que me esperaria en el lugar" Les recomiendo seriamente que confien mas en los transportes de UBER y taxistas de la zona y JAMAS del hotel, cobran mas del doble y es un servicio PESIMO. Agrego que el taxista le llamo al del hotel para revisar lo del costo a lo que él respondio "QUE TE PAGUE LA MITAD Y DEJALAS AHI QUE SE REGRESE COMO PUEDA" NO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA

The place is in a great location, the staff was very pleasant. The only thing is that you have yo come out of the building for lunch or dinner. At times you may hear a sirene or two, but by and large you don't hear the general street noise.

We stayed four nights in August 2025. Breakfast is excellent with many options. Staff is very helpful and helped us arrange some drivers that were amazing! The area around the hotel is very nice. There is a small mall next door with plenty of fast food and sit-down restaurant options - although the best non-chain restaurants were a short walk away. Our room was cleaned every day.

I’ve stayed at this hotel a couple times, and has always been a pleasant stay. Just one slight problem that never happened on our others stays here, many kids screaming and running down the hallways. It was summer vacation time, maybe that had something to do with it.

The staff was very friendly. Room was clean with a beautiful view. Location is perfect for everything I wanted to do. Breakfast was good and fresh. This was my 2nd stay here and will definitely stay again next time I visit.
