En general esta muy bien, el aie acondicionado y la cama muy agusto Le hace falta una limpieza de moho en la regadera y presion a la regadera ya wue salia pica agua , el cuarto q me toco junto a la alberca se escucha mucho la gente sobretodo los niños , hay un panoramico de cafe helado con hielos en la cafeteria el cual no venden solo es un poster wue deberia ir mas acorde con lo q si venden . El wifi no sirvio muy bien ni la llave del cuarto tampoco.

The room was very dirty. The bathtub was grimy and had hairs, it looked like it had been neglected since the 90s. The toilet didn't flush. No hot water. Towels had stains and there were blood splatters on the wall near the sink. The curtains were dirty. The microwave had food left over from previous guest. The chair and armchair had stains and hairs. We asked for new towels and they brought us bathroom mats instead. The carpet in the hallways was the dirtiest I've ever seen in a hotel. We couldn't shower because there was no hot water and the tub looked like you could get a fungal infection if you dared step in it.

La habitación estaba descuidada y sucia. Al abrir el grifo del baño salió agua con óxido. Tenía tiempo sin rentarse esa habitación y ni siquiera le dieron una revisada antes de limpiar. Salió un cucaracho debajo del sillón. Adjunto evidencia!

Mi experiencia fue horrible en ese hotel, jamás me vuelvo a hospedar ahí. Me desperté aproximadamente a la 1:00 am y me di cuenta que el cobertor con el que me estaba tapado tenía manchas de sangre, llamé a recepción y me dijeron que no tenían habitaciones para cambiarme y no me podían ni siquiera dar un cobertor nuevo porque “no había” me dijeron al día siguiente lo cambiarían y resulta que dejaron el mismo cobertor sucio con sangre. ¡Terrible!

Mi experiencia fue horrible en ese hotel, jamás me vuelvo a hospedar ahí. Todo excelente con el hotel, buena atención, buenas amenidades. El único punto que veo a trabajar es el tema del sonido, hay demasiado ruido que entra a las habitaciones, es lo único que si nos molesto un poco, pero en general gran servicio.

Antaris Valle is in a great location to stay in San Pedro. It is simple, but good enough to be comfort and easy going. Needs a little of maintenance at rooms, I would recommend to update the shower/bath area.

Staff was great and amazingly helpful. Property condition most everything was clean had trouble with the age of the building no elevator and the lack of sound separation between rooms. I was woken up one time at two in the morning and one time at four in the morning because of loud people in other rooms

El hotel da lo que pagas Habitaciones muy viejas. La cama es cómoda, todo lo demás gastado y sin gracia. Los chicos de recepción no son muy amigables. Miradas raras cada vez que entras. La zona está bien, pero el interior no vale mucho. Habitación 128 da al tubo del Aire acondicionado, sin vistas y ruido, no la acepten. No es recomendable el hotel.

Soy cliente desde hace mucho de este hotel y siempre fue muy fácil y agradable quedarse ahí, pero últimamente la atención en cuestión de la reservación y como resuelven situaciones deja mucho que desear, llegamos a las 2 y me decían que no estaban seguros si la habitación estaba lista o no, solo queríamos dejar las maletas y salir y regresar más tarde. Total, no nos dieron la habitación y tuvimos que regresar más tarde para terminar el proceso, alrededor de las 9 pm pero el poder tener el cuarto duro un buen rato, finalmente solo pudimos disfrutar la habitación pocas horas y pagar una diferencia para tener un cuarto que yo les pedía… pero dadas las circunstancias no deberían de haberme hecho pagar la diferencia. El desayuno bien y el personal de restaurante y botones excelente, pero de recepción no puedo decir lo mismo.

El restaurante tiene un pésimo servicio, Llegué a las 7:00 am y ordené el desayuno. Esperé 50 minutos y nunca llegó, tuve que cancelar. Ni siquiera había tanta gente como para que se tardaran. Durante el tiempo que esperé, nadie se acercó a ofrecerme alguna disculpa o explicación. Cuando me fui, expliqué al capitán de meseros mi molestia y tampoco me ofreció ni una disculpa ni una explicación.

Todo bien con el hotel, buen precio y afortunadamente encontramos estacionamiento justo en la parte del frente. Lo único que no estuvo bien fue la comida del Restaurante, nos sirvieron frío, se tardaron mucho y aparte nos sirvieron en tiempos distintos, solo éramos 3 personas.

No consumí desayuno, solo la cena alimentos nada extraordinario el servicio regular se tardaron mucho en tomar la comanda y solo yo estaba en el Restaurant. La habitación ya requiere renovar la tina de baño está súper manchada al igual que el lavamanos da mal aspecto. El servicio de limpieza paso a las 3 de la tarde yo ya había regresado al hotel así que la habitación no se limpió, no sé si sólo tiene a una persona para eso obviamente no alcanza a limpiar en el transcurso de la mañana.

No consumí desayuno, solo la cena alimentos nada extraordinario el servicio regular se tardaron mucho en tomar la comanda y solo yo estaba en el Restaurant. La habitación ya requiere renovar la tina de baño está súper manchada al igual que el lavamanos da mal aspecto. Centrally located for my work. Nice staff. Very decent breakfast and even pretty good lunch and dining options, even if the menu is a bit on the simple side. Parts of the place are showing its age, but when considering the location and the price, I still think it’s worth it.
