Hôtel très bien placé mais …. Je viens dans un hôtel avant tout pour dormir et dans celui là cela paraît difficile car il est très mal isolé ! J entendais le voisin ronfle et le matin il mettait sa musique du coup j en profitais aussi … les portes qui claquent quand les gens rentrent j avais l’impression qu il rentraient dans ma chambre La piscine est petite et il n y a aucun espace fumeurs même sur la terrasse

Hotel is gorgeous but will regret to stay here. Amenities, facilities and rooms are certainly great, however hotel don't have their own parking and share with the largest and most visited shopping mall in the city, due this find a parking spot middle of the day (around 1PM - 7PM) is basically impossible, I spent solid 45 min at least (lost the sense of reality in some point) looking for a parking spot, I wanted to leave but couldn't pay my ticket (paid parking) and parking staff is basically useless, so I was basically trapped. Hotel is great, but not place worth to spend an hour looking for a parking.

Servicio muy atento pero en la habitación no servía el teléfono para room service y demás. Y la limpieza es muy descuidada, dentro y fuera de la habitación. El pasillo lleno de polvo y algo de basura. Nunca pasó una aspiradora en 5 días dentro o fuera.

Terrible la habitación! Sucia, tapada la regadera, el escusado no funcionaba bien! No nos hicieron la limpieza, no nos sacaban la basura solo nos tendían la cama y mal tendida! La habitación SE INUNDÓ!! Y apestaba a humedad! Estuvo terrible para lo que cuesta el hotel

Service was not good, when Inarrived to the room the bathroom had hairs in the walls and I requested the room to be cleaned at 8:00 am as I was going to be out of the room during the whole day. Came back at 18:30 room was not cleaned. The poor service of reception they told me that they did not make the room because cloth wa sin the bed.. worst service I have had in loooong time

La regadera espantosa. Tapada y llena de sarro, no sale agua caliente, solo tibia y estuvimos a 5 grados. El piso sucio, muchísima pelusa y pelos por todos lados. La limpieza de la habitación fatal, hasta las 3 de la tarde los 2 días que estuve ahí aún y cuando la pedí desde las 11 que me fui.

Mi experiencia fue excelente. El check-in fue inmediato y aproveché el beneficio de noches pagadas por mis estadías acumuladas con la aplicación HOTELS. El recepcionista me sorprendió con un upgrade a una Master Suite. Me informó que era de las mejores habitaciones con una "bonita vista", pero al entrar, la vista fue espectacular y superó toda expectativa. La comodidad y las vistas del amanecer fueron insuperables. (Recomiendo subir fotos). El buffet es delicioso, el personal es amable y la vocación de servicio es el gran diferencial de este hotel. Su acceso directo al centro comercial es muy conveniente. A mejorar: Siempre hay áreas de oportunidad. Las televisiones son algo antiguas y no tienen aplicaciones de streaming (Netflix, etc.). Sugiero reemplazar las toallas desgastadas, añadir más cápsulas de café y revisar/reponer las planchas y burros de planchar, ya que algunas están rotas o inoperables. Mi experiencia fue sobresaliente.

Pedí habitación silenciosa y me habían mandado a la más ruidosa y n una esquina que da a una avenida muy ruidosa. En el 2do cambio me dieron la habitación 1214 que el baño hace muchos ruidos toda la madrugada, a parte que hay una gotera en la regadera. El teléfono no servía bien. Lo peor de este hotel es la lata es formarse para estar sellando el boleto de estacionamiento. Esto es muy incómodo y cero práctico. El agua de la alberca estaba fría. Sin duda es buen hotel con muchas áreas de mejora!!

La habitación 1810 no le sirve el aire acondicionado. Después de esperar más de una hora me movieron a la 1806 la cual toda la noche se escuchan unos fuertes ruidos en la parte de arriba. No identifique que fue pero fue varias veces.

Al hacer el check in, me tuvieron esperando 1 hora en lobby, y ya cuando les habia salido que ya me entregarian mi habitacion me comentan que la habitacion no habia sido liquidada cuando ya estaba totalmente cubierta, que tenian que hablar con el encargado, total pedi mi cancelacion de la habitacion debido a tan mala atencion

The hotel is pretty nice bed is very comfy. The bad thing is the first floors smell like drainage and Jesus in the lobby is a very rude person. He does not care about your expedia status. I come back often to this hotel but try to avoid him very bad service and unpolite from Mr. Jesus

Mi experiencia en este hotel no fue la mejor. Desde la llegada, tuve complicaciones para encontrar ayuda en la entrada, ya que no cuentan con valet parking y no está claro que debes estacionarte en Fashion Drive, lo que puede ser confuso para los huéspedes. En recepción el trato fue muy serio, sin una sonrisa o esa actitud de “estoy aquí para ayudarte”, lo cual marca mucho la primera impresión. El servicio en el restaurante fue lento al principio, aunque mejoró notablemente cuando llegó lo que parecía ser el capitán de meseros. Aun así, por la mañana tocaron a la habitación para preguntar si hacía falta algo, pedí café… y nunca llegó. En cuanto a la relación costo-calidad, sinceramente no lo sentí justificado. Creo que hay opciones en la ciudad con mejor atención, más calidez y mejor cuidado en los detalles. Puede que haya tenido mala suerte, pero personalmente no volvería como primera opción.

Entendemos que no pudimos adelantar el chek inn pero cuando llegó la hora las dos filas eran larguísimas para solo tres personas que atendían. La habitación no tenían café y no estaba bien limpia. Tuve que bajar por una maleta que no subieron por que en el caos de toda la gente llegando la olvidaron.

Mi experiencia fue excelente. El check-in fue inmediato y aproveché el beneficio de noches pagadas por mis estadías acumuladas con la aplicación HOTELS. El recepcionista me sorprendió con un upgrade a una Master Suite. Me informó que era de las mejores habitaciones con una "bonita vista", pero al entrar, la vista fue espectacular y superó toda expectativa. La comodidad y las vistas del amanecer fueron insuperables. (Recomiendo subir fotos). El buffet es delicioso, el personal es amable y la vocación de servicio es el gran diferencial de este hotel. Su acceso directo al centro comercial es muy conveniente. A mejorar: Siempre hay áreas de oportunidad. Las televisiones son algo antiguas y no tienen aplicaciones de streaming (Netflix, etc.). Sugiero reemplazar las toallas desgastadas, añadir más cápsulas de café y revisar/reponer las planchas y burros de planchar, ya que algunas están rotas o inoperables. Mi experiencia fue sobresaliente.

The only issue was the room service. I requested ice and water but they never brought it. I also requested capuchino and it arrived cold, I called them back to.complain about.it. they said they would bring more and they brought more cold coffee.
