La alberca es la mejor y el desayuno está buenisimo y la atención

El encargado de la recepción de la noche muy déspota y poco amable. Los estacionamientos no tienen rampas para el acceso a los ascensores y subir las maletas en el carrito así como carriolas es muy problemático (ya me imagino lo que será para discapacitados) no puede ser que un hotel así como el hyatt no cuiden esos detalles. La piscina está muy fría.. Pero cuando hace frío en la ciudad o tengan calefacción.

Excelente experiencia, fui con mi familia y todos opinamos lo mismo. Muy buen trato de todo el personal, la habitación muy limpia, el hotel en general muy limpio y agradable. Nos tocó usar el gimnasio y también muy limpio y con los aparatos básicos, muy bien; además de una vista excelente. Nos tocó tener el desayuno incluido tipo buffet súper delicioso y variado. Una noche pedimos comida a la habitación, muy rico también, además que nos lo llevaron en poco tiempo, casi no esperamos. Siento que he puesto puras cosas buenas, pero es que así ha sido mi experiencia genuinamente. Sin lugar a dudas volvería.

Great staff! Breakfast options were A . Room was clean. You can walk to nearby museum/park just be careful with traffic. The hotel also provides a free shuttle to the nearby shopping mall you just have to request it in the lobby. This area is safe! Great Mountain View’s from 18th floor. The pool is heated, spacious and has incredible views. Ubers are easily accessible. Hotel has a lobby before the main lobby where you can easily wait for Uber eats orders. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff is very friendly and the premises are clean. We’ve stayed here twice and the views to the mountains are great. We used the pool as well and it was very soothing. The complementary breakfast was awesome, eggs cooked to your liking with several sides available, fresh fruit and fruit drinks, pastries and a couple other tasty options. All in all a great place to stay at an affordable price.

Bathroom had mold stains in the shower. The employees constantly use the guest elevator. It is ok. People are friendly and service at breakfast is good. Not a first choice for me.

Property was nice it feels safe around the hotel. We were comfortable I only had a bit of trouble with the ac not getting cold and the towel’s in the shower having some hairs but other than that everything was great.

Muy buena opción de hotel! Instalaciones en excelentes condiciones, el cuarto es muy amplio y cuenta con muchas cosas para que la estancia sea buena. El desayuno también tiene mucha variedad.

Nos quedamos en una suite con cocina, el refrigerador tenía un ruido y se escucha también el ruido del exterior ya que el hotel se ubica en una avenida grande y transitada. Lo demás bien.

It’s a great place to stay, not in the commercial area of San Pedro but still close to everything. The rooms are very spacious, with easy access, cleanliness, and the quality you’d expect from a hotel like this.

The noises from pipes, air conditioners and sounds from other rooms make it impossible to sleep.

It was great. Staff were wonderful and the room was clean and spacious. They brought a crib for the baby and there were blackout curtains which worked awesome to stop lights from the street.

Reserve una habitación hoy y cuando hago el check in me dicen que está lleno el hotel y cancelaron mi reserva a las 2 :am Cuando hablé para corroborar los datos y el precio del hotel me dijeron que todo estaba bien y ahorita que llegó me salen con que mi tarjeta no tiene fondos segun ellos están saturados

la rcepcion pesima principalmente la empleada de la mañana trato pesimo, despues en lahabitacion una empleada del servicio abrio y uso mis perfumes

Excellent staff, from the front desk to housekeeping, all of them committed to service. Definitely, when in Monterrey, we will stay always there.

1) Staff. Receptionists look angry and upset when you speak to them. 2) Details. a) Bathroom door is so heavy for ladies with nails, I invite one of the ladies’ managers to enter my bathroom and she couldn’t come out by herself. b) No hand wash on bathroom, I needed to call front desk 3 times, only then they send a “soup manager” just to deliver the soup since house keepers are not allowed to have soup on their cars. c) Remote control is not the original, so it doesn’t have source. I called the reception, and they send a technician I found the hidden bottom that control the TV before the technician arrived. 3) Maintenance. Baseboard of the bed has metal tubes that come out when you sleep or when the bed is made. I hurt myself on my feet, and I stained the sheets with blood that is when I decided to call the management the same manager that got stock in the bathroom like my wife did. 4) Although the restaurant manager was very nice, their mead has a lot of nerves I even joke to my wife and told her if she needs scissors. Managers offer to change the meat, and we requested a T-bone that it was little bit better. I least they have an excellent ceviche. If I come back to this hotel will be only for the ceviche. 5) No body made a formal apology. 6) At checkout I requested a shuttle that never came, and I needed to take an Uber. Of course, when I asked for the shuttle, the receptionist put faces instead of apologizing. I will never come back to this hotel and of course I

Todo estuvo muy bien, el hotel bonito y limpio. Cerca del showcenter y muchos restaurantes y plazas q incluso caminando puedes llegar, la zona es muy limpia y segura.

El lugar no es tan lujoso en relación al precio. El personal de limpieza y recepción es amable, pero dejan mucho que desear los meseros, quieren propina por simplemente servir café en un desayuno que es tipo buffet y abierto. Sino se les da propina o se les da poco, te ven feo y te tratan mal al día siguiente.

El hotel está bien, solo considero que los meseros deben mejorar en el servicio. Comimos en la terraza y nos olvidaron ahí, en tres ocasiones pedimos que cambiaran los vasos porque no estaban limpios, incluso uno tenia labial. Al pedir room service olvidaron limones y tortillas y dijeron que las llevarian y simplemente nunca regresaron.

Todo muy limpio, nuevo y de buen gusto, lo unico es que debe de ser más tiempo del servicio de desayuno, ya que termnina a las 10:30am y ne parece muy temprano, sobre todo si vas de vacaciones, te puedes desvelar o quieres estar mas tiempo en cama
