Elevators too slow.

El único problema es que dos elevadores no son suficientes. Tuvimos que usar las escaleras.

Llamé para asegurarme que la alberca estaba en funcionamiento y climatizada, me dijeron que si. Sin embargo, al llegar me comentaron que estaba en mantenimiento. Las chicas de recepción lograron solucionar el detalle, enviándonos al Metropolitan a la alberca, (la cual no está climatizada). Paty de recepción, amablemente nos acompaño y nos guío. siempre estuvo al pendiente. Un gran hotel, buen servicio, excelente ubicación. Solo si, ese detalle de la climatización de la alberca. Sin duda, nos volveríamos a hospedar con ustedes.

Solo ocurrió que al llegar al hotel se descompuso ese día el elevador por varias horas y estaba yo en el piso 10 y tuvimos que acarrear el equipaje por las escaleras hasta ese piso... Ufff ! muy cansado...

Beautiful lobby and great atmosphere

The room was big and comfortable, the hotel facilities are very well. Nice pool with hot water. The room was a bit noisy from the next rooms / doors in the corridor.

El SAFI es garantía de comodidad, estilo clásico y comida deliciosa. La alberca y el jacuzzi riquísimos, una atención excelente y agradable!

No iron in the room which was odd. Air conditioning wasn’t working but they got that resolved. Beautiful hotel. Great commercial location. Beautiful pool. Would stay again.

Darle mantenimiento a la alberca y el jacuzzi

Habitaciones deterioradas, estaba sucio el baño cuando llegamos, muy mal servicio por parte de caja de restaurante. Deja mucho que desear por el precio pagado.

La habitacion estaba sucia, encontramos una envoltura tde papas usada en un cajon, el internet nunca sirvió correctamente

La limpieza muy mal, basura tirada al lado del reposet, se estanca el agua del lavabo, usamos mejor el lavabo de afuera, y en la regadera súper mal cabellos largos embarrados en la pared, ni cabello es corto, quiere decir que no lo lavaron.

En check in se demoró por cerca de 30 minutos,no funcionaba un elevador y la habitación estaba sucia. Una pena este era un hotel muy bueno y lo dejaron caer

Dirty blankets and pillows, we requested they changed th3m.so they did. Also the AC didnt work.

Rooms are old and maintenence is not good. The hotel has not invested in mainaining the rooms in good condition.

The room stayed warm for the first 2 days, the remote volume didn't work. Biggest complaint its too warm for sleeping.

Le falta mucho mantenimiento los baños tienen los canceles rotos y se sale toda el agua. Y varios detalles que deberían de cuidar que ya están descuidados

La habitación tengo a un problema con un zoclo con lámina filosa en una esquina y me rompió el pantalón , la calefacción no funcionaba y no había agua caliente .

Near to a mall with good dinning options. The hotel is old and some accessories like the shower and phone were not working properly. I had to reported a smelly towel (disgusting) but the staff fixed everything right away

Rooms are outdated. They are old now. Luxury is well kept on lobby, restaurant and bar. Rooms keep luxury style but are old. Great location though.

Habitacion bien pero vieja

My friend and I tried to get an early check in around 1pm. He was able to get a room and I was not. They requested I come back after three. Not a problem at all since there were plenty of places to check out around the area. I came back around 6 pm to check in again and still had to wait about 15 minutes at the front desk for them to check if a room is even available. This is the strangest thing ever. They should have had this set up especially since I had already given them all information they needed five hours prior and was asked to come back after 3pm. Girl at the front desk was also a bit dismissive - at least be courteous and politely give me an update. The bed was comfortable but the rooms were very old and dated. The shower door did not shut completely so whenever I showered, water dripped down across the bathroom floor and made an absolute mess. The floor was not the cleanest either - lots of scratches on the wood floors. For a “5 star” facility, I just expected a bit more from the rooms and the staff.

The dinner staff was.... inadequate. No one paid any attention to us until too late. It was to the point where my party almost left the hotel to eat elsewhere. I wish we have done that.

I had to wait 1 hour for the check in process. I got to my room and the coffee maker was dirty with old coffee beans. The trash cans did not have bags.

Management and staff are not helpful at all. They only look to upsell you on everything

No nos gustó, porque cuando nos preguntaron si habíamos hecho la reservacion por Expedia, nos cambiaron el numero de cuarto y ese cuarto no tenía Aire Acondicionado solo por ser reserva de Expedia, 4 horas despues nos cambiaron de cuarto una tercera vez a una habitación donde si había AA y las instalaciones no eran viejas. Todo lo demás OK

El trato del personal en la recepcion fue muy hosco, no solo conmigo, si no con otros clientes.

The check in process took considerably longer than expected. The receptionists spent an exorbitant amount of time with the two people in front of us that were also checking in. We waited well over 10 minutes and they were already being attended to when we walked in. What could have taken so long to check them in?

El espacio en el restaurante para un solaz desayuno. Por cierto riquisimo y conveniente al pagar el complemento del continental.

This review is about room 1117. We liked the location, the mountains view and the walkable distance to restaurants and a supermarket. We didn’t like that the room didn’t have a mini fridge. Coffee station nowhere near a plug in. There was not electrical receptive on the other side of the bed. The bathroom sink only had hot water. Cold water lever only dribbled cold water Entry door had a larger gap letting in hallway light and noise! Also had to place many call attempts to connect with front desk with requests. We ordered a club sandwich to the room and it was disgusting! French fried were cold and no condiments were included. We aren’t coming back to this hotel and I won’t recommend it to my colleagues and friends. Very disappointed!

El problema sólo fue a la hora de el desayuno ya que éramos un grupo grande y se tardaron una hora y media en darnos una mesa. Cuándo había mesas desocupadas y nadie las limpiaba hay que poner más atención en ese detalle

Great location. The dining at the hotel is good. There many good restaurants within walking distance. Staff very friendly and helpful. This my hotel in Monterrey.
