People were lovely. Property is very convenient to old town Quebec. Restaurant service was exceptionally slow both nights. Menu was not as varied as we had hoped. More simple options would have been appreciated. The elevators were almost unbelievably slow, sometimes taking close to 10 minutes to come to our floor.

This was great. Not economical. But great. We had a beautiful view, staff were very kind and welcoming and the parking was very convenient. Would jave loved to check out the live music in the restaurant lobby but they kept the air conditioning on so high we never stuck around...it was frosty! Lol. The outdoor pool is great fun. Surprisingly good fitness center too. Loved the stay overall.

Pool is under private management not hilton and its poorly managed but hilton quebec did its best to accommodate us . Hotel restaurant/bar is 6 out of 10 . Our room with parliament view on the 20th floor was excellent .Reception & valet people are welcoming.

Easy walking distance to old Quebec City. The pool was being painted on the 2nd day I arrived so I could only use it the one day. The pool was nicely heated so even though it was cool day it was beautiful.

Very nice hotel, clean with everything you need. The only downside: parking is hard to find and poorly identified as Hilton's from the outside, and it is more expensive if you want to go in and out multiple times during the day. This was not mentioned on their website. Why not have just one price and let people come and go as they please? Otherwise, the staff is super helpful!

This hotel is certainly great for the location. It’s a quick easy walk over to old town. It’s a modern updated design. The bathroom and shower were a good size and had lots of counter space. The biggest negative was when we were hoping to enjoy the view and the windows are so dirty you can’t even see outside. To be fair as we were leaving there was a notice up saying they were starting window cleaning but that was too late for our stay. The room overall was clean, but a couple of odd housekeeping things. For one, we only had a couple of tissues in the tissue box when we arrived, once we used them it was a couple days before we got more and then they were just placed beside the holder not in it. One day they left the empty toilet paper roll on the bathroom counter. A little more attention to detail could be taken. The pool area was underwhelming, there is so much open space and it looks like the chairs are just randomly thrown anywhere. It could use some decor, some tables, some greenery or plants, something to make it inviting. Overall the location would be the big selling point.

Staffs are good 👍, house keeping just ok, missing body wash in both rooms and kleenex. Although paid for upgraded view, parliament view non existence due to super dirty window covered by dirt after winter I guess. Fridge was also dirty inside.

Inside of room was clean. Decorated nicely. Building was nice overall. However, I did not feel the price lived up to the value. Paid a premium for a view and the window was very dirty, it was truly disappointing. Building staff said they’re “late” to washing them this year. It’s June!! Parking is a hassle. Would recommend a different hotel for better value.

This hotel doesn’t offer bottle of water. We called front desk, and asked if we could have free bottle of water, they asked us to go down and get it, when we were at front desk, they said we have to buy it. We paid over $2000 for 3 rooms for 1 night, even no water to supply. When we stayed in the United States, that Hilton offered free 2 bottles of water. Also hall way looks old, one of elevators shakes and made lots noises. Front valet parking is too crowded.

During my stay, my room card didn't work for an entire day. I wasn’t able to access my room when I wanted and had to go up and down 5 times before the issue was fixed. On top of that, the elevators were not working, which caused a huge jam in the lobby. The staff also came across as insincere and unconcerned. Very disappointing overall and far from the level of service expected.

The entire staff -- from front desk to check in and everyone in between was friendly, helpful, and pleasant. I'd like to offer special recognition to 2 individuals, the concierge, Joel and bartender, Magalie. Joel made arrangements and secured transportation for myself and traveling companion to go dogsledding and to visit the "Ice Hotel". Our excursions went off without a hitch; he is to be highly commended for his efforts. Magalie was the bartender on duty during various times throughout our stay, she was attentive and prepared excellent cocktails, she remembered our original orders and inquired if we wanted to repeat those beverages during other visits to the bar area. Without reservation the staff at the Quebec Hilton is superb!

Good: Location, views from room, pool for kids, desk staff and pool staff very courteous and pleasant. Bad: Mostly issues with (maybe new or poorly trained?) housekeeping staff. Alarm set by previous guest rang at 6am first morning, no shower curtain in room on arrival, took 2 calls and 3 hours to get replacement, housekeeping skipped room cleaning both days (do not disturb sign on for 30 minutes each day), had to ask desk staff to get cleaning done after 7pm both nights of stay.

We stayed at the Hilton for four nights. The lobby is always busy. The check-in was a bit long, but fairly efficient. The rooms are very clean, but I was surprised that there was no water or other drinks available in the room other than esspresso with nothing but tapwater to use in it. We had to request towels twice and while they had shower and conditioner in the shower area, there was no body wash. They supplied bar soap by the vanity. Although this was not the end of the world I thought for the price per night these would be pretty standard things.. Having just driven across the US in Canada recently almost all the hotels had this for much less per night. The location however, is amazing a 10 minute walk to old Quebec city and a variety of nice shopping/dining neighbourhoods all around. We never ate at the restaurant in the building, but it seemed busy. The guys at the bar were nice. We had a drink one night. We took advantage of the valet service and most of the guys were amazing. But one guy just didn’t seem to even want to get out of his chair to help us with our car. I was kind of surprised. Anyway, overall, a good experience. A clean hotel close to Old Quebec City which is what we wanted.

I think the executive lounge should be improved. It is below expectations compared to other corporate lounges in similar hotels. The ladies at the corporate lounge are very nice but the staff at the reception are like governmental clerks. There are too many good hotels in Quebec City to go back to this one.

Great location, attentive and well trained staff, clean well-lit spacious and tastefully decorated modern looking common areas. Clean cosy spacious room with a large window and a great view. Comfortable beds, bathroom clean and with everything in proper working order. Breakfast (extra charge) was great, tried both the buffet (lots of choices) and a-la carte options. The bar is open late and offers a good variety of cocktails and other drinks. Self-parking is a bit confusing, esp. when arriving after dark, but once you park, there is an elevator access to the hotel lobby. The area around is safe, and the hotel is right next to the Parliament.

The location was great. We had a view of the parliament building and the fountain. We walked to the beautiful pier. The breakfast buffet was the best we have ever experienced. This will sound strange, but the one thing I will always remember is they had the best cup of coffee I’ve ever had. And I’ve had a long quest for the perfect cup. We debarked from our cruise ship earlier than expected and so we were without digs for a few hours before check-in for our reservation at the Quebec Hilton. Wonderful stay. No notes. The BEST breakfast, comfortable beds, clean room, fun pool, ample gym equipment, polite/attentive staff, excellent location. Can't wait to stay again! I just need to remember to take the kayak rack off of the car so there's no problem parking. Merci merci merci!
