The property is clean and beautiful but I had a terrible experience, they never told me abt renovations going on wen I booked my stay and I checked in really late was looking forward to a beautiful sleep only to be woken up early morning with banging and machine grilling just on my window, it felt like everything was in my head it spoiled all my plans as I had to check out by 8;45am so I cld look for another place to rest. Very disappointed I can’t believe I paid for that unpleasant experience.

Why don’t you ask the real question? Why would you book me a room where there was construction going on right outside my bedroom window S early as 9:00. Or the drilling that stated above my head at 8:00 or cleaning staff trying to get into my room at 8:00 when I had the do not disturb on my door. I’m furious!

Bâtisse en rénovation. J’aurais aimé savoir que j’avais la chambre en rabais car elle était située au milieu des rénovations. En plus le travailleur a débuté à 6:20 a.m. Alors que je m’étais couchée à 3:00 a.m., mon vol était de nuit. Heureusement ma chambre était impeccable malgré les rénovations majeures.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The beds are sooo small. We had 2 doubles. My adult daughter stayed on one and my husband and I, on the other - a pretty uncomfortable night (we’re not big people!) The breakfast was good except there is nowhere to eat it. The 3 tables there were taken. Kind of disappointing.

Lit confortable et peu bruyant mais l'hôtel merite un bon rafraîchissement. Une odeur d'humidité avait envahi la chambre et plus particulierement la salle de bain. La climatisation fait un bruit infernal et j'ai été obligé de la débrancher pour pouvoir dormir tranquille. La salle de dejeuner est tres petite et cest compliqué lorsque tout le monde arrive en même temps.

We booked a king bed with a sofa sleeper. 3 seniors staying. One is 91, one 76, one 69. Two handicapped. The room was fine until we opened the sofa. No bedding. I went to front desk informing the evening male of the situation and he tells me bedding is in the drawer. None was there….went back to front desk, he said he would bring the bedding. I waited 1/2 hr then went back to front desk. I was given the bedding. I then went back to me room carrying the bedding while using my cane. I then had to make up the sofa bed MYSELF. This should not have been my responsibility as I don’t work for this place….

Property is ok, clean enough. Heat in the room was set to " Hot as the Sun", and I think all the other rooms adjacent were set to extremely hot too, because the room stayed extremely hot even when we turned ours off and opened the window. Turning the AC full cold on eventually made the room livable. The front desk clerk was not compentant and gave us a room key to a room that was already occupied. So we fixed that, but while we were sleeping someone else opened the door to our room and half walked in. Thankfully our dog woke me up and I met the guy at the door, he said it was a mistake and left. Did the front clerk give someone else our our room too? Anyways, scared my wife pretty good. Never had that happen before.

Decent property but breakfast area didnt have enough space. Also, for getting Milk we had to ask each time. They should have smaller cartons instead of 1 gallon packs that they were worried about.

Free breakfast was inedible (raw potatoes, rubber eggs, warm yogurt). No public bathroom, had to climb stairs mid meal to get back to room bathroom when food caused gastric upset. Hallway and stairs stank. Front desk woman really nice (middle aged, brown skinned). She was friendly, helpful, good English, looked up late night restaurants for us.

Somehow I don't like watching silverfish run around in the bathroom while I am sitting there!!. Breakfast was terrible. Food bowls empty , insufficient seating place for all of the morning guests.

Lors de notre séjour de 4 jours, le déjeuner chaud n'était pas disponible car la personne qui s'en occupait était malade. Très décevant! J'aurais aimé que l'hôtel nous offre autre chose pour nous dédommager ( comme un rabais sur notre prochaine visite ou avoir un plan B) vu que la madame était absente pour le déjeuner.De plus, le siège de notre toilette était défectueux.
