I had reserved a room for one night mainly because they have a pool. However, upon check-in they told me that pool will be closed for those 2 days. No compensation was provided for the pool being closed. The rooms were clean and basic.

Check in and valet people were great! Elevators were SUPER slow on a very busy weekend. I’m not sure they all were working. Taking the stairs was a strange experience you wind through work areas for staff. Hallways and rooms were old and worn. Our bathroom door didn’t shut properly. Walls were super thin so we heard everything in the rooms next to us and in the hallway. But we were super close to the winter festive events so that made up for the underwhelming hotel.

Le chauffe eau de la piscine était defectueux ce qui a changer beaucoup mes plans du week-end, puisque normalement je fais 3 baignade par jours, lors de mes séjours dans n'importe quel hôtel ou je loge. Donc je n'ai pas passé un séjour selon mes plans et que si ont m'avais informer, j'aurais changer d'hôtel, pour pouvoir me baigner selon mes plans. Salle de bains avec des cheveux dans la douche, on entre dans la salle il fait froid +++ (pas pratique quand on veut se coucher là, on doit attendre pour que ca se réchauffe et que ce soit une température adéquate). Chambre concomitante avec des inconnus qui avaient leur tv allumée forte jusqu'à minuit (comprendre ici que la porte entre les deux chambres n'est pas aussi insonorisante qu'un mur). La piscine était fermée, les 2 tapis roulants du gym étaient brisés. Le seul point positif c'est que la vue était belle et l'emplacement de l'hotel. **arrivez tôt pour avoir du parking intérieur a même le Concorde, sinon vous devrez aller vous stationner à 5min de marche.

Architecturally striking hotel - the angled 1970s Brutalist structure is a total contrast to the lovely old architecture of Quebec City, but it really works. And it's so dominant on the skyline that you always know where your hotel is! The lobby is decent, with lots of seating and there is a good mid-range restaurant. Staff is very helpful and fully bilingual. My room was spacious, well stocked with towels etc. and had a great view. There is also a dated looking but nice pool/spa area with a small gym. The men's sauna was not working on my visit.

The heating system needs to be cleaned lots of dust. Around the windows was dead fly the bathroom sink facets kept on dripping bath tub tiles had mold. We had a wonderful view but rooms need to be refreshed especially the bathroom

Ideally located. Loved the rotating dining room atop the hotel (spectacular view but food was nothing special). Hotel was clean. Room was dated and looked cheaply renovated. Sink in bathroom was cracked but I guess because still functional, had not been replaced. Bath/Shower area had moldy grout between the tiles. Bathroom definitely disappointing. Walls for some reason had scuff marks on them (like college kids had thrown a party perhaps?). Room looked tired but clean and tidy. Smallest hotel room coffee machine I’ve ever seen. Parking was $25/day and remotely located a few blocks away (I’m guessing because of the street fest area closure). The main floor restaurant, a restaurant chain called Cochon Dingue, was really well priced and good. This hotel’s saving grace is its location really. The Ciel rooftop restaurant an experience. CSN union staff were striking outside the hotel the day we checked out (glad we left!).

The whole hotel is dated and could use some upgrades. Front desk was slow but mainly because hotel was busy. Rooms were clean but hotel itself wasn’t well kept. The lobby was super noisy, crowded and not very clean.

The location is excellent. Unfortunately, the first room we had was in desperate need of renovation. There was mold in the bathroom and on the shower curtain. Nothing would stay plugged into the electrical sockets; they were very worn. Despite being very busy, they were able to switch us to a similar but cleaner room the next day. It feels like the hotel is well past its prime and would benefit from a major overhaul. The staff were great though and the location is perfect.

Walkable to all the attractions of the city. The hitel itself is outdated, disgusting (there was mold in the shower and in the coffee maker in the room, the pool/spa is also not well cleaned, the room is not cleaned during the stay). The elevators in the hotel works 1/2 the time, dont even try to take the stairs (it's scary!). Overall really disappointed in this hotel, especially for the price of the stay!!!

The room was very large and on the 16th floor with an amazing view which was really awesome. On the flip side not having Wifi in the room cause service was not available on my floor, in 2025, is completely unacceptable. Also no parking, I had to park at a different hotel, at this point why am I not staying at Chateau Laurier. If I had known that part of the staff was on strike, I would have NEVER stayed there as well. Very disappointed in my stay at the Concorde which should, in my mind, be an upscale hotel in the heart of this iconic area of Quebec city… I was underwhelmed from the moment I checked in !!

The staff throughout the hotel were very friendly, which I appreciated. The parking service staff, in particular, were thoughtful and concerned about our safety, and the facility staff we met near the elevators and at the pool were extremely kind. However, the service at the Cochon restaurant on the first floor was noticeably less pleasant, which was disappointing. The food itself was fine. The baby back ribs, in particular, had no gamey smell and weren’t too salty, so they were easy for everyone to enjoy. I specifically booked a double-bed room instead of a queen because I wanted one of the newly renovated rooms shown on Hotels.com. Unfortunately, the room I received felt more like an old motel. The sofa was extremely worn, and the bed headboard looked almost ridiculous. The bathroom had black mold on several sections of the wall tiles, and the ventilation fan was so dusty it looked like it could fall apart. When I tried to reach for a soda bottle that had rolled under the TV stand, I gave up because the dust underneath was so thick. The grand piano in the lobby is charming, but the layer of dust on its top completely ruined the atmosphere. Overall, the hotel feels poorly maintained. The pool water and floor were very clean, but the artificial plants around it were covered in dust, which was uncomfortable. The water depth (about 130–140 cm) also felt a bit deep for younger kids. J'ai eu beaucoup de difficultés à rejoindre le desk, ils n'ont retourné aucuns appels, ils ont été difficile avec les employés très efficace de Hotels.com. La personne au desk m'avait dit que je ne me ferais pas facturé pour la nuit manqué. J'ai fait une plainte, la personne qui m'a dit qu'elle ne s'en occupait n'a jamais voulu confirmer qu'un remboursement m'a été offert puis ils ont simplement cessé de répondre à mes courriels. Positives: The hotel is only a 15-20 minute walk to Old Quebec City and next to the Plains of Abraham. It’s in a safe location if you don’t have a vehicle. The front desk staff as well as the valet attendants were exceptionally helpful and friendly. We had dinner in the revolving restaurant (Ciel) which we thoroughly enjoyed. Negatives: We were there 4 nights and I didn’t like the idea of having to request clean towels before 11 AM. I am environmentally conscious but I feel fresh towels should automatically be changed every two days without having to make a request. Other than that, we had a great stay.

The staff at the hotel was friendly and helpful. The hotel's location was within a 10-15 minute brisk walking distance to the Old City. We ate at a delicious dinner at the rotating restaurant Le Ciel and got coffee and pastries in the morning for Le Cochon Dingue. The only negatives were that there was no continental breakfast and parking is an additional cost per night.

Comfortable room, it's definitely worth taking a room high up on the castle and river side. Nice pool. The indoor parking price is too expensive, especially for a motorcycle that didn't take a car space. Very disappointed with the restaurant Le Ciel. Almost two hours of waiting to get my dish and on top of that the chef had forgotten to put the scallops in.

Although outside of old Quebec City, a walkable distance to most sites and many restaurants. We had the best view in the entire city of Château Frontenac and the St. Lawrence River. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful. Parking was limited, unavailable on a busy weekend, however the valet secured a spot and everything was safe and sound. Once we upgraded our room, it was better. However, it should be clearer when booking a room exactly what you are getting. For instance, a standard room is next to an elevator and has no view. Also, there was very limited staff at the front desk, especially at check in time of 5 pm. The other point that should be made clearer is the underground parking. As you enter, there is a sign ‘valet parking only’. Well that is not really the case. Everyone parks in the same garage. It would have saved us some running around if that sign was not there. The hotel could use with more renovations.
