Nice hotel. Rooms were quite large. 10-minute walk from old Québec, so an ideal location. Our indoor parking pass was valid until 2 pm the day of our departure, which was convenient. Our room had a balcony overlooking the pool. There was a fairly strong chlorine smell if you opened up the balcony door, so if you are sensitive to chlorine, I would ask for a room that doesn't look out onto the atrium.

Poop? on the bathroom wall, used soap bar in the shower, used linens on the bed and "no more" when I called the desk. A second call resulted in new sheets, but only one torn blanket available. The suite was TINY, had to climb on beds to get out of eachothers way. The pool was cute and they had live music

The room was clean but outdated. The pool and hot tub area were fairly clean but small and pretty crowded. The floor around the pool was constantly soaked and very slippery. I worried for safety as I walked around the pool to get a towel. Definitely not impressed. The front desk staff were friendly and professional.

Hotel was nice especially the pool area. Room was dated but we woke up to ants in our bathroom. While investigating to see where they were coming from I also noticed toe nail clippings which were definitely not mine. I told the front desk about the ants in the morning and when we returned from our day out there were still ants. Instead of offering a different room they came and sprayed a harsh smelling bug spray so we had to leave for a while till the smell dissipated. TV in sitting area didn’t work, phone in bedroom didn’t work, white stains on couch. Staff didn’t really go above and beyond for anything. Disappointed.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr günstig, um alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Altstadt zu Fuß zu erreichen. Unser Zimmer war recht groß und hatte zum Glück ein Fenster nach außen. Bei den innenliegenden Zimmer hätte uns der starke Chlorgeruch vom Pool gestört. Das (nicht inkludierte) Frühstück im hoteleigenen Restaurant war sehr gut, besonders hervorzuheben ist die große Auswahl an frischem Obst. Was uns sehr gestört hat, war das extrem schlechte WiFi und die fehlenden Lademöglichkeiten im Zimmer - man fühlte sich mindesten 10 Jahre zurückversetzt. Auch dass die Betten erst nach zwei Nächten gemacht sowie fehlende Handtücher ersetzt werden, fanden wir dem Preis nicht angemessen.

Great location just outside the gate to Old Quebec which made driving to the hotel much easier than if we stayed inside the wall. Nice hotel. We found it disappointing that the towels weren’t changed, glasses replaced and beds made everyday for the price we paid. We had the same drinking glasses for 3 days.

Location wins at this hotel but cleanliness - not so much. The hotel is dated and the bathroom and towels were sub par. Our “non-smoking” room smelled strongly of smoke. Overall it was “fine” but I hate a dirty shower so would not stay again.

The suite was clean and spacious, the indoor balconies/garden/pool are beautiful and well maintained. The room service was very quick (breakfast was really good, dinner was mediocre). Additionally all of the staff spoke English which made things very easy for us. Note there is live music playing on the stage in the atrium until 9:30PM on certain nights though, so be aware of this if you have young kids or you would like to be in bed early as it is very loud.

The property is in a great location, the pool/spa in the atrium was nice. The only negative was the first room we checked into was too hot. Maintenance came out and couldn't get it to cool off so we ended up moving into a different room.

The hotel has a great location. The rooms are sufficiently big but feel a bit dated (the furniture, no chargers, usb or easy access outlets, older lamps, older TV cable, wifi comes and goes, etc). The unique indoor pool is a nice touch for the families!

Th ehotel now sits on his reputation and location. The sink was cracked and dirt set in the sink crack which is unsanitary. The batch under sink was dirty. It is old and needs to be looked into. If you want to be seen as a 5 stars hotel don'T just act like one but be true to it in every details. I have to wait 45 minutes just to check in and the lady did not know how to make me pay only the deposit so I paid full stay instead.

We were very disappointed with the check-in time being 5 pm. If we wanted to get a check-in time of around 1 - 2 pm we needed to pay another $50 when we had already paid $340 for the room. I would not go back there for that reason. Check-in was guaranteed for 5 pm but check-out was still 11 am.

5pm check in is ridiculous. Huge check in lineup when we arrived at 5:15pm. Extra cost for bath robes also ridiculous.Bar was like a brasserie. Rooms were clean but dated. Best part was the restaurant. Won’t stay there again.

Toilet floor was very dirty and requested cleaning and it was not done. At reception, one of the staff was rude at check in as a debit card was used and had to insist on getting the receipt as she refused to provide one. Normally a $100 hold back for a credit card but this hotel reception decided to take $300 deposit for the debit card and it took about 20 minutes to figure this out at checkout. It is an older facility and it shows. A fantastic location but otherwise not worth the price paid for the actual room.

This property is ideally located. Immediately outside the walls from Old Quebec city and on primary road to travel to other sites. 2 minute walk to the walls. Convenient parking and friendly helpful staff. Rooms are cleans and accommodating. Would stay again! It definitely beats those small old hotels inside the walls with no parking, elevators and tiny rooms!

Staff was both competent and friendly. Special kudos to Jaden, Maguette and Chad! The breakfast buffet was expensive and the only option. It would have been nice to have other options for a lighter breakfast. We had dinner there 2x. Food was excellent but a salad option other than Ceasar would have been appreciated.

Our stay was very nice and we’ll definitely book again when we are in Quebec City. The only negative was our dinner at the restaurant Beffroi. Service was slow waited 15mins for A beer and a Pepsi. Our steaks were perfect but the vegetables were cold and the baked potatoes were hard as a rock.

Great location. We were able to walk to everything. Parking was very convenient underneath the hotel. Parking is not free. There is a daily fee. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Our room was spacious and clean and updated. Restaurant was excellent.We ate there for the buffet breakfast and for dinner. Would recommend dining there. We had a room with an inside balcony overlooking the pool and hot tub, which was very nice and fun to watch the live music on the weekend. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Quebec.

Great location. Good deal compared to other hotels in area. Nice room but few amenities and furniture was looking a bit shabby. Still, comfortable. Ate at the lovely restaurant twice - most dishes were very good except the lobster poutine which was downright disgusting - couldn’t eat it - stay away from that entree!!

My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay here. Our room was beautiful and spacious. The location is very close to Old Quebec and we were able to easily walk there during our stay. One thing that surprised me is when I requested a coffee from their restaurant in the am, I was charged 5$. Considering the cost of our room, a free coffee bar in the lobby in the mornings would have been nice. Otherwise, I would totally recommend this hotel.

The hotel room was very nice clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The pool area was attractive, but unfortunately too crowded to enjoy, and the jacuzzi was over capacity, which made it less appealing. There are plenty of dining options nearby, which is a definite plus. However, we wouldn’t recommend the on-site steakhouse. The calamari was overcooked and overall poorly presented. If you're looking for a quality dining experience, you're better off exploring one of the many nearby restaurants.

I have never had issues with bookings through hotels where they held security funds a day before, then my credit card thought it was fraud and held payments, so I gave them another card and was charged on multiple cards. I waiting to see all credits to see if I was overcharged for my stay.
