It’s in an excellent location to move around the city with your car. Safe and connects to all major highways. Pool was out of commission and work was being done on property (reason for 4 stars). Would stay again.

Air conditioning wasn't working properly on the property and the pool is closed. We were only informed at check-in (after a 9.5 hr drive) where our options were to have a fan or to not stay there. Other hotels didn't have availability with rooms for 4 on short notice on a Saturday night. We checked out a day early after finding an alternative hotel for the 2nd night. Was disappointed with the lack of communication. Would have appreciated knowing prior to booking or traveling the above and that the property is under construction with only 1 elevator running. Microwave not available in room (communal one on the floor)

Hotel qualité/prix correct, par contre le climatisation ne fonctionne pas. L’hôtel était aussi en travaux avec piscine et 1 ascenseur en maintenance. Par contre, oubliez les grasses matinées car les travaux démarrent tôt.

La chambre est tres désuète. Beaucoup de moisissure dans la salle de bain. Sur le plancher bien en vue une paire de boucles d’oreille, une bouteille d’eau à moitié vide sous la table de chevet, et de la terre sur le coté du lit. Le ménage n’a surement pas été fait. A là réception à notre arrivée c’est a peine si on nous as regardé, elle nous donne notre carte et nous dit 7 étages les ascenseurs sont au fond. La carte fonctionne pas, mon conjoint redescend a la réception et remonte on etais au premier plancer finalement. La chambre etais de qualité motel au US a 69$ . On a demandé à etre deplacé ailleurs. Une autre jeune fille tres gentille cette fois nous as redonné une chambre au 9 etage. Mais avec les problèmes décrit en haut. Une rénovation de cet hôtel est fortement recommandé

I have no complaints in the room itself except for the dark coloured carpet which makes the mood gloomy. Hotel needs updating. Bad odor in the basement is unsatisfactory; glad it didn’t smell like that in the room. Carpet is dark coloured and not pleasant to the eye.

Lots of parking and area good base to see parts of Quebec , room was ok not as room not as spacious, the bathroom had a foul odor all the time which questioned it cleanliness or maybe the drain was bring up bad smell, I couldn't understand why it constantly smelled bad.

Cleanliness was okay but the bathroom had a bad smell. Perhaps it was the shower curtain or just the surfaces ( floor, counter). It looked clean but had a bad smell. Like it was cleaned with a moldy rag. Overall the stay was okay.

Il est triste de voir que l Hôtel semble délaissé, l eau de la salle de bain coulait sans interuption. Il y avait des bruits de renovation audible pendant la nuit ( bruit de marteau et de perceuse) qui semblait vebir de l etage sous notre chambre. A bit dated inside the room, no ventilation fan inside bathroom. So needs to open the door whole taking the shower Housekeeping staff are polite Towels and amenities are clean and neat. Having carefully selected and booking this hotel for our first stay in Quebec on 30/9/25, we had high hopes for a good experience. But sadly that was not the case. Due to the hotel hosting a convention it seemed the focus for staff was to ensure that all the convention attendees had all their needs met whilst sidelining other guests. The female receptionist on duty that evening was particularly unhelpful and dismissive! However, two male maintenance staff were excellent and were extremely friendly and helpful, which went a long way in redeeming our opinion of customer service. The male receptionist was also professional and respectful. The Bistro on site also excluded non convention guests! In my opinion all guests should be valued and respected!! in an inclusive manner.

Stayed here over the last couple days the staff were super accommodating! Best I've dealt with in a long time I happened to loose my wallet in new brunswick and they found ways to verify it was me and get me taken care of would def come back they aren't my business! And the restaurant is very good in the lobby thanks again! 5 stars all the way

We booked two weeks in advance and while on the way from Ontario, LUCKILY we called to confirm if we could check early, only to be told that there was no reservation and that their vendors had overbooked and in reality there was no reserved room for us as they were sold out. Keep in mind the hotel was already booked in advance two weeks ago, had a confirmation number, AND charged to my card!! Atrocious service and sent as into a panic as it is thanksgiving weekend. Luckily Expedia was able to arrange alternate stay for us despite there attempts to confirm w this hotel for over 2 hours. Very very poor service as I had spent weeks researching to find a hotel that would allow our dog with us

The staff at this hotel are very friendly. I booked two rooms and smelled a strange odor in one of them. The front desk clerk was a very nice man. Thank you for your warm service. He immediately helped me change to a new room without hesitation. The room was very comfortable and the children had a lot of fun. I like this hotel very much. I will book this hotel again next time I come to Quebec.

Good location near all major highways and plenty of parking.. Unfortunately not a lot of choice of restaurants around .. one very close but unfortunately not open very late .. Staff was friendly. The room was comfy and clean and love the fact that the floor in the bathroom was heated ... But the TV was not working .. I didn't bother to call front desk because it was pas 10 pm when I checked in and I didn't care so I can't complain about that ! My stay was short but enjoyable

Le facteur propreté est le plus important. Chambres propres et sans bibites. Beaucoup d'espace de stationnement. Le seul point négatif est que le petit-déj est en formule buffet. We decided to have supper in the hotel. We stood for at least 10 minutes before we were acknowledged and shown to a table. There were three waitstaff however they were not attentive. I asked for water to drink and never got asked if I wanted a refill. The actual meal of steak, fries and salad was delicious and the steak cooked as requested. I was done first and my plate removed. I said I didn't want anything else. No waitstaff cam back to ask if my husband wanted any dessert. We sat for at least ten minutes, my husband left and I stood at our table thinking they would bring the bill. No, I had to go to the bar and ask for it. The girl on the bar, got another bill ready and took to a different table, came back and talked to three men at the bar before giving me our bill. Great meal but the service was very poor. Our tip reflected the lack of service.

overall okay, the service was mostly great except the restaurant service, very rude/rushed, and gave insane amounts of attitude when my dad asked for a clean cup (they were all dirty) kind of appalling for a $82 breakfast for 3 people and the food was not good either. the bathroom did not have much ventilation and the tv did not work well. The charging ports were loose/did not work well either. Listed amenities, like the pool, were closed for maintenance. Other than these things the room was nice but overall frustrated and disappointed.

The hotel and room was clean. We had a nice big king room with a great view. The restaurant was closed Sundays and Mondays so had to look elsewhere. Breakfast was not included but offered in the restaurant for $22 plus tax. We were disappointed that there was no coffee (only Nespresso) available in the room. However the staff were very friendly and accommodating.
