The amenity was great. We spent time on the hot tub for both days we stayed. I was not sure if it was the rain on the 2nd day, the hot tub was a bit cold. But overall it was a great experience. The hotel offered microwave in the lobby area as well, which was very convenient for a small quick heat up of food. The staff was friendly too. One thing to watch out for is the location, where you would probably need to drive out for food. Although there was also a small convenient snack bar for you to pick up some small items.

Excellent hotel and very good breakfast options, compared to the other similar hotel chains. Very quiet and beautiful view of golf course. Also, I would really like to mention that the bathroom was the top with good water pressure and spaciousness. Finally we enjoyed so much of sauna and hot tub. It was one of the best stays for us We will definitely go back to the hotel for family reunion soon. Thank you so much.

Everything was perfect for vacation. We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed Jacuzzi outside twice. I loved Gym, also. If I knew there is a field of golf, I would bring golf stuff. Bedding was good condition and clean. Breakfast time was long enough to eat. All staff are very kind and professional.

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel au calme à 15min au Nord de Québec, accès rapide par l’autoroute et loin du tumulte de la ville, c’est appréciable en fin de journée. Belles chambres spacieuses et très propres et personnel serviable et sympathique (Pensée spéciale pour Alain au petit-déjeuner - toujours un plaisir !). Seul le spa est difficilement utilisable car beaucoup trop chaud! Sinon séjour parfait !

L'hôtel était bien situé pour nos besoins: près de l'autoroute. Évidemment un peu bruyant dû à l'autoroute mais nous savions et ça ne nous dérangeait pas. Personnel en majorité courtois et professionnel. C'était notre 3e séjour à cet hôtel et la première fois que nous avons eu une chambre moins propre:plusieurs longs cheveux noirs sur 3 des 4 oreillers de la chambre, draps et oreiller (un seul) supplémentaires dans le sac dans le garde-robe en tas et sac de plastique non zippé et déchiré. On ne nous a ni offert de changer les oreillers ou la chambre, ni de compensation malgré que j'aie immédiatement avisé la réception ce soir-là (mardi 16 septembre) et suis descendue leur montrer des photos car ils n'ont envoyé personne changer les taies d'oreiller. Dommage car nous aimions y séjourner et que je suis membre Hilton Honors. Mais nous logeons maintenant dans un autre hôtel. Pour le type d'hôtel, le prix payé, qui n'inclus même pas le déjeûner (qui est ordinaire et pour lequel un certain serveur discute ouvertement de la baisse de salaire depuis que le pourboire est sur le montant avant taxes comme il aurait dû l'être depuis le début), et le nom de l'hôtel qui garanti habituellement un certain standard, c'était inacceptable. Au moins, formez le personnel à faire changer les draps ou taies d'oreiller lorsqu'elles ne sont pas propres!

Very nice hôtel complex, but the bed sheet was stained with blood in many places. The clerks at the desk offered us to change the bed sheets with new ones! Did not pay 300$ to change blood stained sheets and make my bed. I asked for a new room and got it with an apology. We were offered a free breakfast after complaining in the morning. It’s unfortunate because the hôtel is great for the rest. Free cookies on arrival, great looking rooms, good size gym, pretty settings.

The room did not get cleaned properly. Used glasses were put back in their places without washing them. Asked them to change the bedding and they didn't. They just made the bed again using the same bedding. Very disappointed with cleanliness and hygiene.

The suite was 24 degrees Celsius on arrival. It took a full 24 hours with windows open at night to cool the room as the ac did not reach the bedroom. Rooms with odd numbers overlook the golf course, a lovely view. However, the evening noise is substantial from the wedding reception area/patio on this side of the hotel as well as smoke from the fire pit. Close the window and roast, though. Room was clean, staff friendly. Note, rooms of guests staying more than one night are cleaned late afternoon. We had this confirmed by the front desk staff after being away from our room from 830 to 4 pm only to return to find it unserviced. We enjoyed breakfast on site, but felt dinner was overpriced for quality and quantity of food served. Limited menu, as well. We ate elsewhere on our second and third nights. Parking was ample. Cookies on check in, a nice touch. Would probably stay elsewhere on our next visit to the area.

It was a great experience and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was very good, but dinner not so much . Also, there were some downsides: the wall had a red stain on it and the toilet handle was very hard to flush. It felt like I was WWE wrestling the toilet handle. Also the TV stations were limited and I couldn’t find a movie channel. The beds were comfortable and the view from the window was amazing. The welcome cookies were very nice and the room even had a Nespresso coffee machine. The Hilton double tree hotel was great! H.K-Age 9

This property has no room service, unprofessional and racist front desk and irresponsible staff. On the hotel’s website it clearly listed room service as one of the service they provide, yet when we asked for a bottle of water, they said the minimum order is $15. It’s not the hotel provide such it’s a separate restaurant. When we ask for extra pillow, the front desk ask us to come to the reception and get it. The front desk is also providing complimentary water bottle to other guest yet when we ask for it, they did not give us any. Horrible experience.

The interior of the property is pretty up to date but the exterior looks fairly dated. Also there aren’t many options for dining around the area. There is a restaurant at the hotel but with limited choices - the food was ok. It was however a pretty easy and relatively short drive to get to Old Quebec City. Clean room, friendly staff. No free coffee in the lobby. I would recommend this hotel.

We recently stayed at the DoubleTree hotel and, as loyal guests, were disappointed with how part of our stay was handled. We originally booked 7 nights and later added 1 extra night at the beginning. The rooms were exactly the same, with the 7-night stay supposed to have a better view. When we arrived, the gentleman who handled our check-in was professional and reassuring. He also explained that, in the system, our two bookings were considered different room types but that the hotel would try to make the transition as smooth as possible. We completely understood that the better-view room wasn’t available at the start, and that was totally acceptable to us. We even handed our keys back at 9:00 am when we went out for breakfast, specifically so we wouldn’t delay housekeeping or their work. What wasn’t okay was being required to fully check out, put our luggage in storage, and then check back in later instead of the hotel helping with the transition. We didn’t receive the new room until 4 pm, so we waited in the lobby for hours. The receptionist around 1–3 pm was quite rude, although the lady on duty after 4 pm was kind and professional. We’ve stayed at DoubleTree many times and usually enjoy our experiences. This time just wasn’t at the level we expect from a 4-star hotel.

Enjoyed the convenient location. 15 minutes away from everything. Great for an extended stay. Loved coming back to fresh cookies daily. Very convenient restaurant downstairs. Make sure to reserve early for major holidays or you will find it fully booked like us but you can still order the food as takeout to your rooms which was VERY convenient on Christmas day when almost everything was closed. Close to Stoneham mountain. Close to a nearby Nordic Spa (the hot tub in the hotel lacked in heat compared to the real spas but was great to just hop in after coming back to relax in). About 15-20 minutes drive to Old Quebec. 15 minutes to Montmorency Falls. 5 minutes to Costco and a nearby shopping mall. 10 minutes to the Sagamite restaurant site with museum. Clean rooms. Decent priced room service options. (Note that the room service menu is only a portion of their restaurant downstairs) You are able to order from their full menu and room service it. You are also able to request for their bread and butter for free as if you are dining downstairs.

The staff was excellent. They were very helpful and courteous. The room was clean and the other guests were all well behaved. The location was good, too. Driving to the city was rather simple and we did not really find much traffic. The only complaint would be about the restaurant. It was rather expensive, but the quality of the food or its preparation did not match the price. It was better and cheaper to bring food from the city.

Room was clean and beds were comfortable. They offered no complimentary coffee in lobby however they did offer coffee in lobby for $3. Breakfast was offered for $24 for adults and $12 for children. Room was dark, painted darkly and there wasn’t alot of lights. Tv offered no streaming options, just cable. Overall the stay was just Eh.
