We had an issue where I was accidentally charged extra fee on checkin. When I asked about it, I was told it was a mistake. Management was informed with no response. This is a nice hotel and accidents happen but if I hadn’t asked, I would have been out a significant amount of money.

The room -327 was so tiny, too hot, too noisy and the air cooler did not work. We opened the window and door and the cigar smoke from someone downstairs just was awful, we had to close it and been so hot. The breakfast buffet was lovely and the cappuccino. The bar downstairs overlooking the lake is cool and nice! Have a bottle of the Roaring Meg wine from NewZealand…. Go to Walters Station on the Earnslaw!
