Colazione così così, per €17 mi sarei aspettato qualcosa di meglio. Omelette solo uova o al massimo formaggio e/o prosciutto. Il resto nella norma. Arredamento da rinnovare. Detesto la moquette in camera, troppo retrò! Un bel pavimento inngres porcellanato? Check in e check out ok. Palestra attrezzata, ma con 1 sola macchina pesi multifunzioni, mentre le spinbike non usabili se non con account Technogym... Ascensori, ingresso e altri dettagli da rivedere. Il prezzo era imbattibile!

Das Hotel ist modern und sehr sauber. Die Doppelzimmer sind recht groß und es gibt sogar einen Kleiderschrank. Die Lage des Hotels ist auch gut, weil wirklich direkt daneben eine Metrostation war. Wir sind allerdings immer gelaufen, bis zur Erasmusbrücke und in die Stadt sind es ca. 50 Minuten. Es gibt eine Tiefgarage, allerdings kostet es 20 Euro pro Tag. Man kann sein Auto in Rotterdam nirgendwo gebührenfrei parken.

great hotel, recently refurbished, big rooms. however, you can't charge breakfast or the bar to your room, very inconvenient when on business, easy to have one invoice instead of many. also I had to have my key card re-activated twice, having to come back from the 11th floor. The receptionist laughed and already had her hand out knowing the problem, she said they always have to dod this. I complained that the system needs to be upgraded.

Wonderful hotel with lovely view over Rotterdam and the Maas River. Beautiful roomy room. Nice restaurant on the premises and safe parking. Helpful and nice staff. Public transportation close by. It would be lovely to have a coffee machine in the room instead of instant coffee.

We liked the property for its location to cruise terminal & Metro. The staff was polite, knowledge was sometimes lacking for local questions such as how metro worked & it was outside the door of hotel, were not known.Restaurant was good- morning buffet good & evening meal good, but if using credit there is a surcharge on your credit card there is a sign posted -but be aware. We were able to get ice and they gave us one cup, & bring cup back for more ice or would would have 1€ fee. Also got a plastic fork and charged 1€. 3 couples travelling together & we were able to get on same floor which was nice. Overall good experience

Unfortunately the noise from the hallways is very loud and easily heard inside the room. Even when sleeping with earplugs in it could be heard. Overall cleanliness was not great. There was a layer of visible grime on our TV remote, a half eaten cup of smelly rotten yogurt from a prior guest in the refrigerator, and no hand soap in the bathroom soap dispenser. Interior finishes are quite nice and the location is convenient. Overall though, I wouldn’t come back.

Het was een erg comfortabel verblijf. Het hotel is erg mooi van binnen. Het heeft een prachtige en grote lobby. Ook boven zag alles er erg mooi en nieuw uit. Het bed was erg comfortabel. We hadden een suite geboekt en daardoor hadden we een extra grote kamer met een zithoek met mooi uitzicht over Rotterdam. De badkamer was erg ruim en modern en voorzien van een fijne inloop regendouche. De kamer was erv stil ondanks dat de tram en metro voor de deur liggen Overal in het hotel was het erg schoon. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk. We vonden het ontbijt wat beperkt voor 20 euro, maar ik heb hier geen punten voor afgetrokken. We komen graag terug.

After checking in I went to the room and upon first glance it looked tidy, however later on in the night before I was about to sleep,I noticed that the bedding had not been changed as one of the pillow,the spread and the duvet cover had stains. The following morning this was reported to the duty manager,and I got some clean bedding which I told her I would change myself once back at the hotel. Before I departed that day I gave specific orders that no One should go inside the room unless it was an extreme emergency, however upon returning,not only had house keeping been in,but the dirty bedding was put back onto the bed. Again ,I went to speak to the duty manager and was told she was off,and would not be in the next day,as it was her day off. I will say whilst the hotel is in a convenient location next to a metro and tram stop,the experience left myself feeling like they did not really care about these important things associated with a guest's expectation when staying at a hotel. Apart from the initial first communication with the duty manager,no apologies were made and the staff didn't seem too bothered either about the situation reported.

Oda temiz ve konforlu bir yatağa sahipti. Ancak, pencereden gelen rüzgar sesi rahatsızlık veriyordu. Banyodaki lavabo minyatür boyutta olması nedeniyle el yüz yıkamak oldukça zordu. Mini barda hiç bir şey yok. İçme suyu bile yoktu.

We stayed for one night while in Rotterdam waiting to board a cruise the next day. The room was clean, spacious, quiet and large. One observation was it could use a few more amenities for a longer stay- more than one pillow per bed, tissue, and a pot to brew coffee rather than instant. There was an attached restaurant that was not part if the hotel and the food was very good.

Das Hotel hat uns sehr gefallen, die Zimmer waren super sauber und groß! Leider funktionierte unsere Klimaanlage nicht und haben einen Zimmerwechsel gehabt. Im neuen Zimmer funktionierte diese Leider erneut nicht und bei den hohen Temperaturen war das sehr schade! Dennoch kann ich das Hotel wärmstens weiterempfehlen, da das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit ist!

Stunning hotel in a good location right by the metro and only ten mins from central Rotterdam. The hotel is beautiful and the staff were excellent. We were upgraded to a four person from (suite) which was beautiful and large and with excellent water views. The restaurant and bar was superb. Highly recommend and will visit again!

The views are excellent and the location very convenient fir public transport. Small issue with a damaged table in our room that was quickly fixed. While there is a a catch to hold the window it was noisy as both were loose.

Schönes renoviertes Hotel. Wir hatten ein Zimmer in der 11. Etage mit schönen Ausblick. Täglich gereinigt, Betten waren ok, kleine Nische mit Wasserkocher wo man sich Tee bzw. Kaffee zubereiten kann, drunter ist eine Art Weinschrank, ein richtiger kleiner Kühlschrank wäre hier besser aufgehoben. Einzig die Dusche ist zu bemängeln, der Ablauf ist nicht gut gelöst, sodass die Tür Feuchtigkeit aufnimmt. Metro Station und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Personal und Preis/Leistung super. Kommen gerne wieder.

Nice property, modern, well maintained, comfortable. The public spaces seemed excellent though we were only overnighting. Arrival staff were distant and not the friendliest. The only other comment … we were dining very early (2:45pm) as we were off a red eye flight. We went to an empty dining room and the gentleman would allow us to sit a reserved tables by the window as they were set for evening dinner. We were not impressed. Again the service was distant and not overly friendly. Breakfast was somewhat of an improvement. How about a bit of friendliness, a smile, and a bit of warmth? Otherwise … nice hotel.

I stayed at ART Hotel Rotterdam from 10–16 Oct 2025. At 3 a.m. on 11 Oct, someone knocked repeatedly on my door — there’s no peephole, so I couldn’t see who it was. Then, at midnight on the 14th, a staff member of staff entered my room with a master key while I was asleep and didn’t leave immediately after seeing me. Reception later said they “thought the room was checked out early that day.” I felt unsafe, checked out early, and moved elsewhere. Despite admitting fault, the hotel refused to refund the last two days of my stay.

All in my own opinion. Lovely staff very kind and smiling all the time. Was charged €50 deposit and €25 per night to park. Not a safe place to park and lots of strangers hanging around front of hotel. Not a safe place this area at all. The Bar I ask the lovely waitress to. Change my beer as it was flat and no bubbles, only to be TOLD by a grumpy bar manager that my opinion was wrong and he was right. He said nothing wrong with it and walked away looking back at me in an aggressive way. No paid football on TV at this expensive hotel The Breakfast Only thing hot on the counter was the counter, because the food was not hot. Cheap frankfurter sausages. Not very nice at all. €20 is not worth the cost for this breakfast. No water in the room. Can’t believe the money they charge for this hotel, you don’t even receive 1 small bottle of water. Says in the app that there is a mini bar. Wrong, there is an empty fridge. The Room, hard bed and old carpets, cold also. So when I checked out, I have to take the car onto the street and find a parking place. Pay to park, then walk back to the hotel and checkout. Then walk back to the car and drive off. They haven’t got a facility to open the barrier in their own car park to let me out. I have to use a fob from them and return it after. Almost ridiculous. Sorry but ALL facts in my opinion. Keith

On day one staff knocked on our door 3 different times despite the do not disturb sign on our door to ask if our room needed cleaning and all 3 times we said NO. The 4th time we still said no and they came in to clean anyways while I was laying on the bed in my underwear. The walls are paper thin and you hear everything. The room sounds like it’s going to shake apart whenever someone walks in the hall or closes their door. Stay anywhere else if you want sleep

We had a triple room and the set up was great. The location is in a modest neighborhood and there is a lack of dining options near by. It is great for public transportation. The hotel was well appointed and nice inside. I would stay here again.

Fantastically positioned right outside the Maashaven Metro stop, the hotel is in a convenient location for exploring the delights of Rotterdam. Some of the rooms even have a fantastic view out over the Nieuwe Mass. Comfortable beds, adequately-sized rooms with modern decor. The hotel serves breaktast (for a fee) in the restaurant on the ground floor and also has a late night bar. Staff were friendly and welcoming when checking us in. Highly recommended for a stay in this wonderful city.

Very good access to Metro and Ahoy centre only a simple 20mins walk. Fabulous bakers round the corner & great views on the 12th floor where my room was located (lifts nice & fast too!!)

The Art Hotel is located next to the Maashaven metro station, which makes it so easy to travel around. It’s a modern hotel with spacious rooms and some with views over the harbour. Very clean and friendly staff. My only negative comment would be that the hot food in the breakfast buffet is cold.

Odalar tertemiz ve yeterli büyüklükte avrupa da ki klasik dar küçük odalar gibi değil. Personel çok ilgili ve güler yüzlü. Restaurantı çok kaliteli ve çeşitli lezzetlerle dolu. Fiyat performans mükemmel. Tekrar tercih ederim!

Fantastic hotel. The staff are all very helpful and understanding. We stayed at the hotel and went to the pdc darts at the ahoy. Great night. The hotel is great value for money, the same with the food and the drinks. We ate here in the evening great food. Room was clean and very comfortable, massive bed which was very comfortable. Great shower, was really really pleased with our stay.
