Falta voal na cortina: ou se fecha totalmente ou se abre totalmente. O serviço de quarto é bem rápido: na recepção, há um quadro dizendo que resolvem o problema é vinte minutos. Tive um problema é resolveram em menos de 10 minutos. As camas são boas, mas apresentam um problema: são colchonetes sobre colchões. Quem se mexe muito, acaba tendo o colchonete deslocado e tem de colocar na posição de novo. Ar condicionado é um pouco barulhento. Há vários canais internacionais na TV. O staff é simpático, mas nem sempre estão presentes. O café da manhã é ok, mas nada excepcional. O quarto e o hotel são silenciosos, pois fica numa parte silenciosa da cidade. A iluminação do quarto e do banheiro é boa. Como não há um local para se fumar no hotel, as pessoas usam a entrada para fumar quando está chovendo. A fumaça vai toda para dentro do prédio. Precisariam criar um espaço coberto longe da entrada do hotel. Café da manhã ok, nada excepcional.

Good location and easy to get around. The family room we stayed was not in good cleanness status. Good initiatives to swap house keeping for free drinks, make sure to ask the daily voucher if not offered. My friend family had all their daily vouchers at checkin and we had to ask after we learned this.

The room could’ve been cleaned better before letting guests in. There were food stains on the curtains and on the carpet. The mirror in the bathroom also had some stains. The room itself were ok, fitting for one or two people. The hotels location is only a 10-15 min walk to the shopping street, and a 2-5 min walk to nearest supermarket.

Pros: friendly staff, decent breakfast, great location. Cons: small room with very little in it. No fridge made things interesting. Probably OK for a weekend, but not for a longer stay. Very loud at times with noise coming from all angles. One small window, the room felt dark. Housekeeping didn’t provide fresh linens. They just made the bed (six days in a row)! Can’t beat the location though.

Was a nice stay, good location, close to supermarket and restaurants. Room was compact but workable, bed was comfy, tv was good size. Breakfast was OK, not a huge selection but good quality, especially scrambled egg. For most part was comfortable climate despite the heat (35+ degrees) but sadly on the final night the air con seemed to not be working so was too warm for me, but aside from that was a good stay.

As with any Ibis, it's supposed to be budget-friendly, no frills but still meet a standard of comfort and cleanliness that makes it a safe bet. Overall the location is great, the service was good but the room was a bit off. I was travelling with 2 friends so we booked a single room with 3 x single beds but for some reason, these rooms are designed for people with disabilities. This wasn't mentioned anywhere when booking and whilst I appreciate the need to provide facilities for this, I dont think they are suitable or ideal for regular travellers and it made the stay somewhat uncomfortable. I also think that as a minimum, basic tea or coffee facilities should be made available and I was surprised that the only way to get a hot drink was to pay for an overpriced coffee at the lobby. Overall, I would stay again but only if the price is lower than some of the other hotels in the area.

Breakfast was OK, not a huge selection but good quality, especially scrambled egg. They were happy to give us ice for our water at the bar. Breakfast was very good and well worth the price. The only thing I can say that is a little negative is that I don't understand why Europe hotels do not have washcloths. I use a washcloth everyday of my life except in Europe where you can't get one in a hotel for some strange reason.
