Pool was good and busy bar sports area was great room was good but disabled room had no floor protection for a shower so I would check room again before unpacking.

Woke up at 5am to function room being set up and then spoken to very rudely by a member of staff. Not to mention the car park charge being added which was not mentioned at check in. Great facilities and hotel but staff need a lot of work.

My room had an awful smell from the bathroom and the TV channels kept freezing, I discussed with the staff the following day, they ensured housekeeping would see to it. Housekeeping did indeed attend my room only to throw the bedcovers back, empty the bin and leave it with no bag, left all the dirty cups and didn’t replace the tea and milk, and the smell was still there! I eventually told them I want a room change which they did, but this isn’t the first time I’ve stayed here and I’ve always found housekeeping to be useless and never makeup the rooms properly.
