This was our first night in Japan. We flew JAL and this hotel is also a JAL hotel. It’s conveniently located outside the airport, so we could rest from a long trip right away. I found high quality everywhere. The only thing missing was a gym. We thoroughly enjoyed the is hotel.

What a great surprises this quality Japanese hotel, some 20 minutes from T2: we got a super deal from Expedia for this overnight stopover for us. Super efficiency at every turn, from the free courtesy bus to and from Narita and the hotel, excellent breakfast downstairs and a really nice room. No complaints at all from us: this must rate a high 9.5/10. Large 650 room hotel: the staff were the best. Our opinion: if you can get this at around A$140, don’t waste your time looking elsewhere for a stopover hotel near Narita. Knowing the importance us and our fellow travellers place on honest reviews, we have shared our thoughts with you: we are a married couple, over 65, fit and looking for great travel experiences, as in this case. The perfect hotel for a layover or stay before your flight home… the pool was a welcome being the hottest day. Was nice to cool off and relax before a long flight home. The breakfast buffet was really good as well.. nice clean facility a little dated but was great! Definitely recommend staying here and nice and close to the airport with free shuttle

The shuttle service between the hotel and the airport and the town of Narita is excellent. The hotel is excellent. The breakfast is excellent. We would definitely recommend Hotel Nikko Narita to anyone.

The hotel is conveniently situated near the airport and has a wonderful shuttle service to the airport.The staff are very helpful and polite. You wouldn't know it was near the airport, it's very quiet. There is no room service but there restaurants, bars, a coffee shop and a very good convenience shop.

We reserved a family room and it was nicely updated from the last time we stayed there. Another thing that has changed is the shuttle bus that takes you to the mall and Narita Train station, very nice that the bus now is for only for Nikko Hotel, before it was shared with Art hotel and another it was always packed and a long trip back because of the multiple stops. We like Niiko because of the shuttle and usually spend a few hours at the mall but also easy to get to Naritasan temple and walk around as well.

Airport shuttle very convenient and free. Staff are very accommodating and happy to assist even with a language barrier. Luggage was forwarded to our next hotel with ease. Room was clean and quiet, even though it was close to elevators. Lawson's konbini in the hotel is convenient plus a laundry and vending machines on the floor. Overall an excellent stay.

Room is the dirtiest one we have ever experienced in Japan. We stayed at Hotel Nikko Osaka/kansai and it was great. Room is old and smelly. We arrived about 7pm and staffs told us no restaurant available for our family so we have to take the shuttle bus back to Narita to find something to eat.

The staff was fabulous. The room was clean. The airport transportation was perfect. The only problem was that the sound insulation between rooms isn't great, so I heard every word of my neighbor's phone conversations. Fortunately, he didn't stay up late. Also, it might be nice to have a bottle of water in the room.

Airport shuttle is great. So is the shuttle for main point pick up and drop offs to tour around. The restaurants, with the exception of the Chinese one are buffet, so limited for eating experiences. If you want a coffee, the convenient store is handy as the cafe does not open until 10 am. The rooms are clean, but old, smelly and extremely hot as they have no a/c or fans. We had to keep the window open for some fresh air.

Nice hotel close to Narita airport. Airport shuttle was easy to find and runs on a convenient time schedule. Staff were very polite and friendly. Check-in was a breeze. Our room was spacious and comfortable. A little bit outdated in decor but super clean. Breakfast at the main restaurant was a bit pricey for what you get but food we ate was tasty. Enjoyed the convenience of the Lawsons inside the hotel. Would stay here again.

Very nice first impression for Japan. The bus from the airport was on time and there were plenty of staff to welcome and checkin. Our room faced the airport but there was no noise. There are 3 restaurants and a very good convenience store. You can’t walk safely in the area because there are no sidewalks but it’s perfect for transiting through Narita.

Wonderful hotel with excellent customer service and staff. We had dinner at Chinese restaurant and it was delicious. The breakfast buffet did not have great options. We didn’t each much so it was hard to find things that appealed to us. The scrambled eggs were very undercooked and so was the bacon. Not edible. The breakfast was the only thing we didn’t like but we would still go back to Nikko because everything else was super. The shuttle to and from the airport was excellent. Very efficient and on time.
