ジムがそれなりに広いのでゆっくり使えます。また、そこから中庭に出られて和風の綺麗な庭で寛げます。施設は古くなってきましたが手入れがされていて満足です。残念なのは送迎バスの時間が守られない事。10分以上遅れが出ていました。成田駅とイオンの巡回バスは他のホテルも回るのである程度仕方ないのですが、空港とホテルを結ぶバスも遅れが10分以上生じていたのは些か問題あると思います。今回は時間に余裕があったので良かったのですが、そうでない場合は大変かと思います。

The shuttle service was definitely needed, very far from the town. It was nice to have the shuttle to and from the airport and the train station. However it ran hourly so if you missed it you’d have to wait. Cafe had limited hours so was closed often. There’s a small store in the hotel with some packaged foods and souvenirs which was convenient.

I enjoyed both restaurants that they had on location. I enjoyed that they had transportation to JR station and to Mall. Service was good. tv stopped working and they replaced my tv within 20 mins . really good service.

The building is old, bathroom is old and the light is so dim that you can't see, air-conditional is not working had to borrow the portable fan for 2 nights stay. The room has smoking smell even though it is a non-smoking room. Found an old slipper under the bed and garbage bin is not empty first check-in. The 2 good points are the free hotel shuttle bus to the biggest Aeon shopping mall (runs limited schedule and full bus) and shuttle bus to the Airport terminals.

This hotel is so run down that I was afraid to sleep in the bed. The rooms are from the 90s. Everything looks tired and in desperate need of a refresh. The bed is so uncomfortable, it's like sleeping on a board. The lobby and carpeting look like a horror movie.

Rooms are quite dated. AC did not work, which if not working in summer would be a problem but it was probably turned off by the staff for the fall / winter. The in-room Wi-Fi did not work but we were provided with a pocket Wi-Fi which worked well in and out of the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was quite large for the price. The room was quiet. The transport from the airport and to / from town was punctual. Over all it was good value for the money.

Very handy for the airport, especially if you have an early flight out of Narita. You’ll need to book the Hotel to Airport bus ahead of time, but the Airport to Hotel bus is an easy hop on from the downstairs pickup area. Interior dated but reasonable for the price. Not a fan of the firm buckwheat pillows, no support. All in all, fine for what we needed

Very old and outdated rooms that are simply not competitive with other hotels in the area. Short staffing is obvious everywhere. Including the worse - at the breakfast buffet. When they run out of food, such as poached eggs, no staff would replenish it.. The ramen station would have no ramen for 30 minutes. The tuna sashimi station out of tuna for almost an hour. Staff would drop napkins during cleaning then just walk away as if they don't see it. Overall one of the worse breakfast buffet i have experienced in the entire Japan. Airport shuttle from hotel to airport is contracted to another company that you need to make reservations with .... adding significantly to travel stress. No staff i met seem to care about your stay. Most of the patrons seem to be with large tour groups. It does have a small koi pond with a BBQ restaurant on top of it. And that area takes great picture so that's usually what you see in reviews. They supply no deinking water but will give you one if you submit a review.

Probably one of the worst check in and hotel experiences ever. Surcharge of one extra person although the room clearly has two beds which reasonably is meant for TWO people. Staff appears to be nonchalant. Neither rude or friendly. Kudos to photoshop. Room looks nothing like the pictures online. Extremely old and dilapidated. More like a rundown motel inside. The only highlight is the little garden.

This hotel is a good choice and they have shuttle bus from and to airport. Front desk is open even after 8pm. You can check-out via key-drop box. No extra charges or hidden fees. No tips no free breakfast. Good quality and polite/ professional personnel.

The power plugs by the beds did not work. This was a known issue to the hotel. The plugs are a part of aged furniture that the hotel has not upgraded or thrown away. The staff was very helpful and gave us an extension cord (the lonhgest they have but too short tonreach the bedside)

Convenient if you really must stay in Narita. Aging but better than a biz hotel. The staff were nice and it’s perfectly fine for a night if you can get a good deal (otherwise stay next door at the ANA Crowne). Non Japanese people be careful when choosing this hotel. I love Japan and its people so this is constructive criticism, not just picking the not so good bits. The shuttle from the airport was a nice bus and exactly on time, so a good positive start. The hotel is large but is very isolated with a motorway on one side and bush on the other. There are no shops or restaurants close by so you have no choice but to stay at the hotel. Checkin was good but semi automated so a bit confusing. Our room was larger than normal, clean and tidy. As there was nowhere to eat away from the hotel we went to the hotel restaurant but it closed, open for breakfast only. The eating choice was to buy sandwiches or prepacked Japanese style food from the hotel's in house shop, or go to a small cafe within the hotel where a small variety of Japanese and western food was available to either take back to your room or eat in the small lounge beside the cafe, which we did. The food was satisfactory but not the quality you'd expect from a hotel. We paid for breakfast when booking the hotel as the reviews said it was amazing. It was mainly Japanese style with very little western food, was generally cold and tasted like it had been sitting awhile. Amazing it was not, satisfactory at best. Many reviews give this hotel 10 out of 10, which was one of the reasons we chose to stay here. Overall I rate the hotel 5 out of 10. The price makes up half of that rating. I guess you get what you pay for after all.

The hotel shuttle from the airport was prompt and easy to use. Check in was smooth although we were given one room key for two of us. There is a shuttle into town which is very convenient. It would be a 45-60 min walk into the town so the shuttle was great. Both shuttles are free. The hotel itself is older but clean and everything we needed. The beds are in the very firm category - no ultra plush mattress here - but comfortable. There was one extra blanket in the closet. The bathroom fan system isn’t great but the laundry spray says “for rooms!” On it so we have been using that as air freshener. We paid the add on price on Expedia for breakfast. It was about ¥3300 extra for two but considering the same breakfast purchased at the hotel was ¥4400 for two, it was definitely less expensive to purchase ahead on Expedia. The hotel is not really within walking distance of most restaurants so this was easy and convenient. The food is mostly Asian with some nods to foreign tastes: sausages, potato wedges, toast, croissants, yogurt, corn flakes. Also available: dumplings, sashimi, noodles, steamed vegetables and a wide variety of other Asian dishes. The gardens outside the breakfast buffet were beautiful.

My husband and I had a great time in this hotel after arriving to the Narita airport at late night. Shuttle bus came in time and took us to the hotel and we were able to grab some great snacks, drinks and food in a small convenient store located within the hotel operating late. The room was dated but very spacious, comfortable with a great view of a forest and came with separate bathtub and shower. Toilet came with bidet. But the highlight for us was the breakfast buffet ! So many choices, multiple miso soups, udon, rice, porridge, Japanese and Chinese side dishes, bread, sweets, yogurt.. you name it.. it even had a vegetable shabu shabu if you want really healthy. And it wasn’t just a show, it was all very well prepared and tasty. And multiple staff are helping and cleaning all the time. The dining room had a beautiful view of Japanese garden with koi pond. We had a package deal with the room and honestly it was one of the best breakfast buffet ever and what a great deal. We will be back.

They advertise two restaurants. Not so! 1 cafe open in the afternoons. Maybe. The other restaurant looks fabulous but out of the 5 days I was there, it was open only one time. And there isn’t any close restaurants to visit. So you have to eat at the gift shop store and go to the laundry room down stairs to warm up your meal!
