I don't know why it says check-in closes at 10 pm on here, that is false obviously. Had a late check-in and because most people arrive by the airport shuttle, guests arrive in big batches so there was the longest line I've ever seen in a hotel in Japan, yet it moved remarkably fast. Shuttle from the airport was great. Room was great, expectedly small but has under bed storage area which makes such a huge difference. Overhead rain showerhead in the ceiling was great. Heater worked, Wifi worked, everything just worked. Had 2 breakfasts because just as I sat down to eat they closed the breakfast in the Shinkan building while the one in the Honkan building goes until 9 am. Had such a close view of the airport I could not believe how quiet the room was. Definitely would consider staying here again if I need to stay near the airport.

Very convenient location with shuttle bus service provided. However, if you get a room near the elevator bank you will hear the elevator bell all night long. Overall I'm happy with the value because the rooms are reasonably priced. I will stay there again if I fly out of Narita International Airport

New self check in stalls have been installed. Lots of staff behind the counter but only pointed to use the machine. A bit difficult to get to an English screen so we could understand the steps to check in. Rooms are small but adequate and appropriate for the price. So it’s OK.

The bed was SOOOO hard and uncomfortable! The pillow-the SINGLE pillow was also hard! I’m not a princess by any means, but it was EXTREMELY difficult to sleep on such a hard bed. I was very sore the next day!!! As well, there was nowhere to eat! The restaurant was closed . Everyone had to eat at the ONLY convenience store.

Everything was easy and smooth, and good breakfast, and friendly staffs. However checking in on the machine was a little odd dor me as a first time using it. There was almost no people was waiting, someone could have helped me how to use it until I got the card keys or some could have helped on the counter it didn’t have to be on the machine. Please don’t act like every Custer knows how to use those machines or have used it before.

I loved the services, prices, and availability. The bed is very hard. Also, the dining was not available on Sunday. The hotel has the convenient store which covered our first night in Japan but restaurants are not available in walking distance. I'd recommend to have a meal at the airport before heading to the hotel if you are not sure if the hotel's restaurant is open.

This hotel stay was good for my needs. I was staying just one night. The room was very clean and had everything you needed. It was very small, just the space that you need, but for the price it was great. The bed and pillow were definitely lacking, but again, for the price it was fine for one night. Some highlights were how clean the hotel was, as well as a good, hot breakfast for free. The area that the hotel is in doesn't lend itself to many eating options. You're right next to the airport, but no eating places are within close and convenient walking distance, so most people staying at the hotel utilize the Lawson convenience store in the lobby to get food (they do offer lots of quick meal options).

This was a convenient stop over choice. I had no issues with the staff - check in and check out was completely automated. The room was very good for the price. I knew it would be small but the bed was great. A bit disappointed as the ‘breakfast included’ was gone by 8.05 am. There was just a plastic tray with 5 or 6 tired looking buns sitting in a small pile of crumbs.

Ran out of both rice and bread in the last 30 minutes of breakfast service. Very disappointing. Available food was mediocre. Salted saba and yogurt was ok. Ate that with cabbage. Had to buy food from convenience store for breakfast. :(

Hardly any of the staff spoke English very well, there was no closet, no safe, and I was given a blanket on my bed which was not placed in making the bed. The free breakfast was terrible only croissants, salad, rice, gravy, bread, and plain yogurt with juice , tea or coffee.
