Excellent hotel and very close to the airport with its own shuttle bus. Convenient to arrive late and depart early on a layover. Comfortable room inc a futon. Bar with great views and a varied menu for drinks. Swift and efficient check in and check out.

The hotel lobby was grand and really nice looking. It also had access to a vacuum seal machine for luggage, gift shop, and airport shuttle service that we utilized. However, the room seemed a little more dated. In addition, we were not made aware prior but the room was incredibly hot. We noticed an air conditioner unit and tried to use it but the room still wasn’t cooling down. When I went to the front desk, they said not to use the AC unit due to the cold season and it should cool down. However, there had been no prior signage indicating this. The room never cooled down - I ended up opening the window.

Not impressed. Booked a room with 3 twin beds. Got a room with 2 twin beds and a small couch. Guests also weren’t aloud to use the pool or hot tub, unless you paid extra. The hotel staff were very friendly and kind, shuttle drivers even better! A good stay if you aren’t planning on using any of the facilities or staying for very long.

Our room was very dirty. Bathroom had long hair in the bath and all around the plug, along the wall was dirty and the shower curtain was covered in stains. The air conditioner was not working and the sheet had a stain on it. The staff were very prompt at removing the hair and supplying a fan for our room to help with the stuffiness. Very disappointed as we used this hotel 2 weeks earlier and could not fault it.

Nice hotel my only issue is with the air conditioning. Very slow cooling and you can’t change temperature only high medium and low. Kept waking up sweating and then after taking off the covers I would get cold again.

A suitable hotel to stay at overnight before heading further afield in Japan. Room a good size with sufficient amenities for an overnight stay. Staff friendly and helpful. Restaurant good. Small shops on site a bonus. Room comfortable except beds a little to firm for my liking. Shuttle service to and from airport a bonus. They also provide shuttle service to near by shopping centre.

Likely the best airport hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Big rooms. Great breakfast. Great staff. Amazingly great value for money. Close to the airport and free shuttle. Ability to control the temperature in the room, all beds are pretty firm in Japan so that’s normal. But everything else is amazing.

Summary: clean, conveniently located with a free shuttle. Good option for overnight stays. I had booked a layover night at Narita Tobu Airport Hotel for the convenience of location, price and free shuttle. Airport shuttle was easy to locate, had plenty of space and not far from the terminal doorway. Hotel is less than 10mins away; however, traffic (4:30-5:30pm) can add another 5-8mins. This is eliminated on the return to the airport as the hotel is on the same side of the road and takes 4-6mins to reach Terminal 2. Hotel staff are polite; however, the check-in completed by 3 staff was very slow processing the passengers upon arrival. Hotel is in need of a renovation as it does look tried, with rooms being worn (laminated floor was peeling) and outdated. There’s a in-house convenience/souvenir store and a small pharmacy available. Restaurant: had a ok selection of cuisines and an option of the buffet, although that seemed a little pricy @ 6,000 yen. Room: No tea, coffee provided within the room. Just a kettle if you buy it at the in-house convenience store or happen bring your own.the room itself was a good size, clean and for the price I paid, not a bad deal overall.

Efficient check in. Note, beds are very low! Sitting area was tatami mat and required to be very nimble to use! We asked to be moved to another room with conventional western-style seating and a taller bed. Front desk staff was very accommodating and helpful.

Airport shuttle was great. Also, the hotel provided an excellent shuttle to shopping mall and JR station which was walking distance to the spectacular Naritisan Temple. The dinner buffet was expensive( even with senior's discount and 10 percent off coupon) and mediocre but the breakfast buffet was great.

Airport shuttle was located too far down the island from baggage collection. Bus was on time to and from airport. The food was poor quality. The area for dinner was noisy and had harsh lighting in a cafeteria like setting. The staff was not well trained and or understaffed. Dirty dishes piled up on an adjacent table. Bathroom outdated but clean. I would not choose this hotel in the future.

This hotel was exactly what we needed after a long 14 hour flight. After we got off the plane, there was a direct shuttle to this hotel which was awesome! The staff at hotel was fantastic. We got tricked by the buffet dinner service though!! It is extremely expensive and as foreigners who were exhausted, had just arrived and we're starving, we had the buffet dinner and it was 100,000 yen in total!! The buffet was delicious but not worth $100 for me and my husband. All around, the room was spacious enough for Japan style hotels, and we loved it
