Great hotel convenient to Narita airport. Especially great if you're arriving via Narita Airport in the evening or leaving early morning. Shuttle bus is super convenient. Even a bus to the local mall and station is available. Narita is quite far from Tokyo city so it's more of an airport convenience hotel rather than a place to base yourself from for your travelling. All the amenities were great, buffet breakfast etc.

If I could give this hotel negative stars I would. To put it quite frankly, it was disgusting. Don’t let the nicely edited listing photos and lobby fool you. Our hotel room was riddled in mold and dust from the AC vent to the TOILET! The minute you walk into the room you can smell it. It’s one thing for the AC to have mold, but a toilet bowl filled with mold tells me they don’t clean the rooms at all. I am extremely allergic to mold & have allergy induced asthma. Mold to this level could put me in the hospital. I immediately requested a new room and the front desk staff laughed at my request. Likely because she knew the entire hotel is filled with mold. The hotel’s AC system is centralized, so mold is pervasive throughout the entire building. To clean it they would have to shut the entire building down. The room we were moved to appeared to have less mold, but it was still noticeable in the smell of the room and some on the vents. Sadly it was so late in the day we could not change hotels and I had to deal with the cards I was dealt. I had to sleep with a tightly fitted face mask the entire night, and even that wasn’t enough. I periodically woke up to use my inhaler to keep myself from going into an asthma attack. Not only that, but the state of the room made me feel completely disgusted. The floors were dirty, and there was pink bacteria in the cracks of the shower. I don’t understand how this is considered a 4 star luxury hotel. It DOES NOT deserve that rating.
