The shuttle was always on time, close to the airport, the staff was very helpful, respectful and nice, there is a Family Mart located inside the hotel and high quality amenities such as soap, conditioners, skin care and many more. There is also a breakfast, luch and dinner buffet as well as A La Carte menu. The pool, gym and the tennis court are also very nice! This hotel has more than enough to make your stay very enjoyable. I highly recommend it!

Excellent facilities and customer service — would definitely return The hotel is a massive property with a lot to offer — excellent customer service, a 24/7 Family Mart on-site, two restaurants (Japanese and Chinese), a breakfast buffet, a tennis court, an indoor pool, and a sauna. They even have an onsen (hot spring) available for just $5. The staff were very attentive and helpful — a refreshing change compared to the often rushed service you might experience elsewhere in a busy city like Tokyo. Free shuttle from and to the airport and to the mall as well. A beautiful garden in the property, with a small waterfall and beautiful fishes. Our room was very spacious, with a bathtub and plenty of comfort. It was a bit warm even though the air conditioning was set to 15°C, but the hotel promptly provided a portable air conditioner, which helped a lot. Overall, despite a few minor inconveniences, the hotel’s great amenities and attentive service made it a wonderful stay. I would definitely recommend it and would happily come back!

Towel storage was very high for me to reach. There were signs of being a bit rundown, mildew in bathroom. Older tiles in pool and spa area. Worn out plastic chairs and lounges in pool area. The outside garden was lovely but overall very little thought to accessibility seemed evident, I. e. Low railings, on stairs and down the hills in the garden. Very high prices for the buffet as well. This Senior doesn’t eat $22 worth of breakfast!

Staff is friendly and helpful, family mart on the hotel lobby, has a gym and a couple restaurants. However, room smelled like smoke despite many signs saying no smoking allowed. Noisy neighbours, kept hearing a loud bang. Toilet wasn’t clean. Not convenient to walk, train station and bus is far.

Our room was disgusting, literally had a blood stain on the bed and despite calling the front desk I had to go downstairs in person and show them a photo to get it changed. The towel had a massive stain on it, the room was dated and overall felt unclean, the bathroom felt like an airplane bathroom. They spent all their renovation money on making the lobby and outside look nice and left the rooms behind.

Welcoming, caring, and informative staff for check-in. Very clean and well apportioned room with every amenity needed for your stay. You could literally show up without anything and be quite comfortable. Beds were great. Excellent breakfast buffet with multitude of choices. Would definitely return

Airport shuttle was excellent. Bus to Aeon mall filled up quickly both ways. Check in was fast and they let us check in almost an hour early which was nice because it was hard to get there from the other side of Tokyo. All buses ran on time. Temperature was a bit hot but we were able to secure fans. Also the beds were really stiff and uncomfortable so get ready for that.

Front desk staff were rude.I remember being in next in line and they would take the men next behind me as if I was invisible and not assist me. My room key was taken out of my room to keep my light on while I stepped out really quick so they could clean. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel did a have a shuttle bus that would take you around to the station and airport. But it was hourly.

I truly appreciate how prompt they were to change our rooms when we reported a broken AC. They were diligent and understanding, and gave us two rooms at no extra cost. July in Japan is very hot, so this was very appreciated! We were a party of 3, and we did not leave the hotel for one day, since they have pretty much everything you need there. Thank you!!

It was a very pleasant stay. We found the shuttle service and schedule to Narita airport particularly useful and convenient - we went to terminals 1 and 2 at different times for both quick, convenient shopping and restaurants, and also went to the airport to take the NEX express train to Tokyo - specifically Shibuya. Shibuya was crazy, in a positive way - highly recommended.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Narita. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable—just what I needed after a long flight. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the free airport shuttle made getting to and from the airport easy. One of the highlights was the small store inside the hotel—it was incredibly convenient and had everything you might need, plus some truly great souvenirs. While the hotel’s restaurants weren’t particularly impressive and there aren’t many food options nearby, the overall experience was still excellent. Stayed in the beautiful suite and totally enjoyed it. Great quality linen, spacious shower (although it smelt a little stale) and lovely grounds. Enjoyed walking around the little garden and the hotel with a view of the greenery everywhere. Buffet food was great variety but just ok in taste.

The restaurant only offers buffet was breakfast so even if you just want toast and coffee it’s over 2000 yen. When we were there on Monday the Japanese restaurant was closed. We got a latter check out for 2000 yen per hour as our flight wasn’t until latter in the day. I was like Ming forward to using the sauna on the morning of our late checkout however when I got to the area it was closed until 3. Disappointing. The pool and hot tub were very nice. Our room was clean and adequate. Nice shower head. The lobby area doesn’t offer any water or tea. The bus shuttle was awesome. Clean and on time.

Family with infant/ toddler. Due to our flight schedule, we arrive 1 hour early before the check in time. And our departure flight was late in the afternoon. Hotel offered no early check in or late check out without extra fees. Most importantly, amenities department staff are very irresponsible. Someone took my shoes while I was using the pool, and staff won't even help try to find my shoes. I had to walk bare feet to front desk and ask for help.
