The room was quite adequate, the hotel is in a good location to the airport, the shuttle service was very good and on time, and the staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. On the downside the free breakfast wasn't very good. Overall though, I would book here again

This hotel only offered shuttle service every hour. If you requested a taxi because you need to get to airport and cannot wait, they call the "internal taxi" and you have to pay 20$ to the hotel directly. When I started questioning this, the person at the desk admitted that the shuttle driver is also the "internal taxi" driver. So the driver does a ten minute run to airport then uses an SUV to bring other guests who have paid 20$ to the hotel to the airport. What a scam. I watched it happen a few times while I waited 50 minutes for the shuttle....same driver using different vehicles.

Overall clean, and comfortable stay but the elevator is very old and slow, the flooring in the bathroom was chipped and the bathtub was really dirty around the drain. Again I wasn't concerned about my safety with the cleanliness, management came to clean the bathtub and the room was comfortable but it was what you pay for in terms of quality and outdated furnishings, decor, and the elevators.

Upkeep of hotel needs work, gym is outdated, no water or towels in gym, bathroom in hotel room had a few things broken

It's a convenient area to stay in if you're flying out of Pearson airport. The staff is friendly and the shuttle is effective. The hotel is nice and the beds are very comfortable. The breakfast is included and you have a lot of choices. The only complaint was the details of cleanliness to the room. There were sticky marks on the tv stand and night stand that could be removed with my fingernail, so that shouldn't happen. When i addressed it at front desk, the response was an apology and that they would take care of it and i am confident they will. I would stay here again.

Directions to get a free shuttle from the airport werent available. After 45 minutes, i took a taxi that was $36

I had to pay 35 dollars taxi fair from the airport to the hotel as the shuttle wasn't running and the hotel refused to reimburse me

Hotel was clean with a reasonable breakfast. (Eggs, Sausage, Breakfast Potatoes, and unlimited Drinks and Carbs). If you are planning to bring food to the hotel, note that they only have 1 microwave located at the lobby near the reception. Would’ve been nice if they kept at least one on each floor where the ice room is. Nothing the ice room. The ice machine on our floor was also out of service which was quite a hassle. Reception was nice and gave us a free early check-in after a certain time.

The property is fine for what it is. We specifically booked this property for the long term parking and airport shuttle. Between booking and our departure, the hotel changed their shuttle policy to very restrictive hours. This meant the shuttle was not available to us. We didn't hear about this change until we called to reserve the shuttle even though we'd booked the long term parking. Not a pleasant experience.

Dirty

Carpet was dirty. Stained furniture. Dirty elevator and floors.

Fair. Filthy carpet. Not sure about bedding and presence or absence of bugs, since I woke up itching and scratching. Hot water takes a while to flow into pipe.

Very clean and comfortable

The room was dirty, dont think the carpet has seen a vacuum cleaner in a while. The bathroom was dirty, the bottle of hair conditioner was half full, dirty surfaces in the room. The breakfast had no taste, poorly cooked. There was no value for money, will not return.

Blankets and sheets were dirty.. hair everywhere inbetween blankets and sheets.. big stains on the floor.. we only slept there for the night after a concert so I did not want to make a big deal of it and left immediately when we woke up. When we got home everything went straight to the washer even the clean clothes

Property in need of serious upgrades. Old carpeting and furniture. There was bad smell as soon as we entered and throughout the building. Bathrooms are really dirty and not kept very clean. Not good value either.

The staff were lovely and check-in was a breeze. Our room however had a broken towel rod, and mold all around the caulking in the shower. The room was clean but definitely in disrepair and in need of some updating.

Modern touches and well-thought-of design from the tiles, wallpaper, color choices, light fixtures etc. The check-in clerk could have been more friendly. The gym is 24hrs, no card access needed. The king room has a decent size sitting area, almost the same size with the bed area. The choice of window shade was really good as we can have the light in and still have enough privacy. Room is very clean and the bed comfortable. The shower door is glass and only goes half way across so water can splash out, but with the bath mat on the floor, it isn't bad. I had no issues with that. It took a while for the water temperature to adjust in the shower so my shower was mostly on the hot side. If you're not careful, the bathroom door will hit the glass shower door. My suggestion is for the hotel to put a 3-inch door stopper on the door so that the door handle will not hit the glass shower door. There was no Wi-Fi signal in the room once for about 10 minutes. Ample seating for breakfast. Breakfast was just okay. Hot water was not very hot so my tea was only warm. Tip: empty the liquid waste container frequently (had a few fruit flies) and add one add more variety of fruits, pastries and hot food. The ATM on the main floor and the ice machine on the third floor were out of order. There's limited parking at front but much more on the side and back. Location is in an industrial area, very close to the airport and casino. Went to Montana's to eat...I recommend. I'm happy with my one-night sta

My stay was pleasant however you can hear what’s happening in the other room. This could be attributed to the occupants but I also think the walls are thin.

Beautifully decorated hotel and very clean. Breakfast area is poorly laid out and food was cold even though it was in warmers.

It was okay for a night , did room did not have a microwave and the direction to the room was pure laziness as the hotel desk clerk was half on the phone, half talking to me. Real professional.

Room was drafty through the ac / heating unit, might be because it was pretty windy out. Otherwise not out of the ordinary, but nothing spectacular either.

Waited 45 minutes to check out because there was no staff present. Bed in my room was very hard but at the same time felt as if the springs were popping out. Breakfast is the same lackluster medley of dry muffins thick undercooked eggs dry home fries and undercooked breakfast sausages. The elevator door was not closing properly and it was faster to take the stairs sometimes. The room was clean but dark inside even with the lights on.

The A/C system sounds like a plane is coming through the room

Decent Stay, but Poor Interaction with Manager/ Owner The location was convenient—close to Toronto airport with only 1 and 1/2 hr drive to Niagara Falls view. Rooms were average; our bathroom door had no lock or clothes hook. Most staff were friendly and helpful. However, the older man at reception (who claimed to be the owner) was rude and dismissive. We booked through Hotels.com because the listing offered a free crib. Staff confirmed this at check-in, but he later tried to charge us $15CAD and argued even when we showed it was listed as free. Eventually, the crib was provided without charge, and another staff member confirmed they never charge for it. Overall, the stay was fine, but this manager’s attitude left a bad impression. He was not only arguing and rude with us but was also with other guests. Very nasty and has 0 customer service.

Excellent service

This is my second time staying here. The first time wasn’t great and I was hoping this time would be better. Unfortunately it was much worse. The front desk staff were incredibly rude and offered no hospitality. When I asked a question that they didn’t like the room keys were thrown at me, there was no information given regarding my question and the staff were yelling at me to the level that my friend heard them while she was in the bathroom (which is down the hall and around a corner). Would never recommend this place to anyone

Staff was great, check in went smoothly as did check out. Quick stay so did not have time to examine the facilities.

Coworker arrived late to the hotel, went to the front desk to get a key to the hotel room. Staff working the front desk said he’d be right back and then didn’t return at all. My coworker stood there for 25 minutes until ultimately having to leave and book another hotel. We’re now out an additional $200 for the staff not being accessible. Will not be staying here again.

Not easy to get airport shuttle, you will be stranded in the airport if you don't call the hotel. I was almost stranded at the airport until i called my son,who has a canada phone number to call the hotel on my behalf. Other hotels have scheduled shuttle buses that arrives every 10-15 minutes,but not this hotel.YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO TAKE "even a cup of water/tea out of the dining room. The hotel manager, will always stand at the dining door, embarrassing and challenging guest to drop whatever they carry in their hands. This is so disgusting.

I waited five minutes while the clerk was not present when he showed up he smelled like pot it was very overwhelming

It is very close to Pearson, which is very convenient for a short stay or layover. If you plan to go to the city often and rent or own a car, there's plenty of parking space.

This hotel was nice. My room was very clean and comfy and I did not experience any of the problems other reviewers here mentioned. My main complaint is that there were no walkable restaurants or anywhere to get food. If you don’t have a car, you’ll be relying on Uber a lot. The bus doesn’t run frequently not at rush hour. The hotel clearly had a restaurant at one point so it would be nice if that was brought back. The airport shuttle also doesn’t run at check in time or check out time, so be prepared to check in late/check out early unless you want to pay for an Uber. Overall, the hotel was nice but not sure I would stay again knowing how inconvenient the location is.

We arrived to check in around 5pm and had to wait 10 minutes for our room to be ready. And the toilet paper holder was broken. But those were our only complaints. Otherwise the room was clean. The hotel is in a quiet area that felt like the middle of nowhere (which we liked) and approx 10 km from Downsview Park subway station. But no restaurants near by and no restaurant in the hotel.

I called for a shuttle and it came right away. Staff was helpful and friendly. The room wasn't super clean but good enough. There are not restaurants or shopping within walking distance.

The room was clean but the breakfast was close to disgustingly dirty! There was food on the floor, none of the stations were kept clean or replenished properly, and worst of all I found a long black hair in the hashbrown potato chaffer. We decided we had lost our appetite. Frankly, if the buffet was that unkept we can only image what the kitchen looked like.

Breakfast wasn’t great. A young lady was tending it, but she didn’t do a good job keeping the already limited menu stocked. The sausages were old and burnt, and the only fruit option was tiny apples that looked like they came from a bargain fruit stand or maybe even a back alley. Sorry that I have to be honest.

Staff very pleasant. Breakfast very good but the area was not kept clean so food was spilled all over counters and not cleaned up.

The hotel was somewhat clean, room needs some minor upgrades. The receptionist was really rude about checking in. Breakfast was horrible. It tasted like its been reheated after a few days.
