We enjoyed our stay, our second at this hotel. The suite was very comfortable and in excellent condition. We also made good use of the fitness room and hot tub and enjoyed the view. One thought for the future is that it would be helpful to have a broader selection of equipment in the fitness room. We look forward to staying here again.

Room was very comfortable and everything was spotless. Staff throughout the hotel were helpful and said hello you even if only passing them in the hallway. I liked the underground parking which allowed unlimited in and out privileges without tickets and booths. Just go in and park and tell the hotel your plate number when you check in.

No complaints. Great location. Friendly staff. Loved the room though it did show some age. The restaurant was closed but there were plenty of nearby options. We will definitely check availability next time we're in Toronto. Great value.

Well appointed, large, comfortable suites close to the bustle of Yonge St, and just a short hop off the Gardener Expressway. Helpful and courteous staff with a good knowledge of the area. Convenient underground parking at extra cost, but well worth it. We would absolutely choose this location again.

Staff was great, very accommodating and pleasant. Parking was very convenient, was able to park before check in and was able to check in a little early, very much appreciated. Returned to the hotel late and it was great to see staff and security at the door checking that people coming in were registered guest. All in all a great stay, will return.

We have stayed here twice because it is a convenient location. The staff is generally friendly. The hotel is looking very dated and worn, our room was not in good condition with a hole in the bathroom wall, the vent in bathroom was filthy. We didnt trust the room was cleaned well before we arrived. And while we appreciate the idea of coffee and muffins in the morning, the baked goods are dry and the coffee is weak. We will look for a different hotel for our next visit to Toronto.

Room was clean but somewhat dated for tub, tub surround. Bathroom door hits your knees. If they made the kitchenette smaller they might be able to do a sliding door for the bathroom area. Fridge wasn't very cold and took a few minutes to figure out how to turn it up. Vents were closed so took us a little while to figure out why we weren't getting warm. For the price, it was what we expected. If you don't expect much, the hotel is good for staying at

Clean room but very dated. Needs a lot of TLC. Very spacious and the separate living area is great for more than a one night stay. Got it for a great price but would have been very upset if we had paid the full price. Great breakfast.

The temperature in the room Was not controllable. Too hot. Only choice was to turn off. When reaching front desk… they indicated it was governed by the building and if too hot they could provide a fan!!!

This was my first stay at this hotel and first ever trip to Toronto. Check in was quick and easy. Was given a bottle of wine for being an Expedia VIP member but declined(don’t drink)and was given 2 additional waters in place of it. I was travelling with just my daughter, we felt safe in the building and walking around the area. When we arrived late one evening after a concert, there was security checking everyone entering the hotel which made me feel very safe. Close to all kinds of public transportation, Many restaurants and shopping. The decor could be considered dated but it was clean and spacious, not a dealbreaker. Was very happy with the value of what I paid for our 3 night stay. My one and only complaint would be that someone from Housekeeping entered our room, unannounced an hour before check out. Didn’t love that. Would stay again.

This was our second stay at this hotel, and it was just as good as the first time! I love the quiet, clean rooms and the secure entrance for added safety. It's an easy walk to several restaurants and attractions so there's always something nearby to do. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I will absolutely stay here again!

We stayed in a lovely corner king suite, which was very clean and spacious. The staff were kind and helpful, and I liked the additional security overnight. We didn't love the area this hotel was situated in (financial district) because all the restaurants close by were obviously meant to cater to the working crowd as they were large, unoriginal and expensive, but it was a 20-30 minute walk to the arena and other sights and areas we wanted to see, which was great.

My stay at Cambridge Suites Toronto was great! Staff were professional, check in and check out were extremely easy, and the room was clean and very nice. Parking was very easy in the garage under the property. After 10pm, the hotel keycard is required the get into the hotel and a staff member at the door will verify you stay here, so I felt very safe. The hotel is nearby many convenience stores, the Eaton Centre mall, and streetcar stations for easy transportation. Would stay again!

This is our second stay and we have booked another for the end of November. The room is very clean and comfortable. The staff is excellent. The location can't be beat - We walked to various Mirvish theatres, to Chinatown, to St.Lawrence market and to CN tower area. Tim's and Rexall across the street. This will definitely be our regular choice when we are in Toronto.

The room set up was great, but our TV didn’t work properly and the maintenance person who came to fix it, didn’t. He said he would inquire about the problem and return, but he didn’t so we had no tv option the night we stayed. Additionally, upon booking we were to have a complimentary bottle of wine in our room, which we didn’t have and had to request. The hotel had us go to the front desk to prove that this was part of our booking, which seemed like a cop out for us to go and collect the wine verses someone bringing it to our room. Finally, breakfast was not good. We had to wait for about 20 minutes in line to even get into the dining room. The scrambled eggs were runny, the French toast was dry and there was no bacon left when we arrived and it was not replenished while we were there. Additionally, there was no water available and I had to ask and wait for quite a while for that to be replenished. Overall, I don’t know if I’d stay again.

They said breakfast on Saturday was until 10am. Went down at 9:15, no eggs left, no bacon left, no coffee. Asked and they said another 5 minutes. Left breakfast area at 9:46, still no replenishment. Had toast and a yogurt. Disappointing.

For the price, this property was hard to beat. We were in the financial area which made it quiet on the weekend but also not as charming as another neighborhood. We appreciated the room size and the extra living area. It was a no frills property meaning everything was clean but also felt a little dated- better than it being dirty. Also, their restaurant is closed so there was no onsite dining if that is your jam.
