Front desk helpful. Room was very hot on arrival: challenging to lower & maintain temperature. No elevator: thankfully although 76, I could easily handle stairs? Not do for others in my age ‘circle’. Poor breakfast selection and equipment - toasters - need replacing. The location, convenient to two days of meetings caused me to stay: would not return, negatives out weighed location.

The entrance area of the outside rooms was very dirty, my kids were even scared to touch the bars on the stair case. Filthy filthy not even worth the amount I paid. Worth 1 star

Breakfast was very weak, there was cereal but no milk, items were all running low or empty. The parking lot was very dark and the door going from my room to outside didn’t look very secure at all, I would have felt much more comfortable with a chain at the top of the door. I could hear the entire conversation from the room next door. The staff was very friendly, check in was quick and easy. The rooms were surprisingly modern and clean.

Le lit peu confortable, les oreillers pas confortable. Les draps et les couvertures étaient brûler par la cigarette. L'odeur de cigerette partout, on se croyait dans les années 1990. Frigo avec l'intérieur brisé La piscine fermée depuis 5 ans. Des personnes peu rassurante se promène entre le sous-sol, la porte principal et la table à déjeuner ( itinerant, santé mentale, toxicomanes). Et le déjeuner, 0 protéines , gauffre avec sirop dilué, pain de marque bon marché et que confiture au fraise et beurre arachide. 2 céréales sucré et que des bananes comme fruits. Heureusement il avait du café. Donc sejour très horrible.

The staff were okay. The room was not only neglected, it was terrible. The lamps were broken and dirty. The floorboards and walls were filthy. There was no remote for the TV. The blankets were thin, and smelly. The taps for the bath were both cold water labelled. The only electrical outlet in the bathroom didnt work. You had to hold the coffee pit vecause thats the only outlet it worked on. Just such a disappointment.

There were cockroaches in the room, the bathroom was dirty. For breakfast, there was bread, banana, tea, cheap coffee, and juice that looked like powder diluted in water. There was no place to sit and eat breakfast. The room was very small, and visitors walked over your plates.

The place was really old, you could tell by the smell as soon as you walked in and the staircases too. The washrooms were quite dirty and the bedding had hairs and stains on it. It felt more like a rundown motel than an actual hotel. The breakfast area was small and they only served waffles with no protein options. For the price, there are definitely better places to stay.

Tge staff are really friendly and they tended to our beeds immediately. The rooms were clean although the walls are pretty thin. Sound comes in and goes out really easily. We had some neighbors with kids and sometimes it was too noisy.

The door has a gap between the floors. The light is from the hallway. The drinks machine is very loud. The pillows probably remember the hotel's opening hours. Absolutely unusable. The lighting makes reading impossible. I understand it's eco-friendly, but let's not exaggerate. The breakfast was so-so. I've seen much better. In short, it was my first and last time.

I dont know about the other rooms. Room 103 is unsafe, noisy. Couldn't sleep at all. Noise ftom both adjacent rooms. Doors in-between the rooms are not safe.

There really isn’t anything special to highlight about this motel. The price is certainly way too high for what you’ll experience. I personally just wanted a clean room with a comfortable bed. I got the clean room but the bed has definitely seen better days. The mattress felt like what you get from a foldout couch. The pillows were very small and rigid; it felt like my head was on a bag of old tennis balls. The “free breakfast” is toast, jam, coffee, and make your own waffles. There is a basket with bananas and apples. I expected at least boiled or scrambled eggs in the mix but at least there was something to eat. I don’t know if these rates are normal for a rundown motel in Scarborough, but at $150 a night I expected a better bed and breakfast situation.

While the price is low, there were issues. The bathtub had great water pressure, but the shower head stole all that pressure leaving the shower being disappointing. The Internet connectivity was terrible and telling a guy who does this for a living that rebooting the router would have resolve the problem was the wrong answer.

The service was unacceptable i was called 4 diefferent times during my travels and was asked if im still coming to the hotel or if I cancelled my room. The last phone call i was told if im not there by a certain time they will cancel my room and will have to find another hotel somewhere else.I do not recomend this hotel at all

Overall, the experience was not too bad, except for the fact that our room (116) was right in front of the ice machine. People would come to get ice at 2 a.m., waking us up. Management should find a solution to ensure guests staying in rooms 114, 115, and 116 are not disturbed. Additionally, we requested a late check-out at 12 p.m., and the front desk said they would leave a note. However, room service came just after 11 a.m., knocked twice, and then entered the room, invading our privacy.

The room itself appeared clean (that's at least what I am trying to convince myself). The hotel itself was run down, either unclean or stinking of chemicals depending where you were. There was trash outiside all around the building. The worst thing was the smell. At ALL TIME day or night the corridors stink of cigarettes and/or weed. To the point we had to cover our faces to walk around. Breakfast was ok if you just want a quick piece of toast. They had a waffle maker which the kids seem to find fun. The area is also not great, doesnt feel very safe to be honest. And not a lot of palces to eat out. This was a stop to break down our journey in 2 parts. Had I known I would have just driven longer to our destination. The front desk people were polite and friendly enough, so I am sorry for them, but I can't recommand.

There was not enough parking while staying there, and the distance from my place was way too far, the location for this hotel was way too inside and near constructions place where no one could easily find. However, the price for the hotel was way too much as it was more like staying for motel. Didn't seem like staying at Wyndham. Would not rate the best at all.

Really poor workmanship in the room. Dirty carpets in the lobby. Age-stained furniture in the lobby and the room. Neither toasters worked properly-everybody struggling to get toast. No protein at breakfast, just carbs.
