We were given an entire suite, including a secluded outdoor area.This was much appreciated. Thank you also for the complimentary drinking water. The suite had a dishwasher and a washing machine that would have been very useful for a longer stay. The only problem is that the parking area was a long way from our room and we had to carry our bags along the corridor for quite a distance.

Always a good stay at the Belmore Apartments, my daughter and I enjoy it here and it’s always our favourite place in the area to stay. Clean, friendly staff, easily walkable into town or to public transport, the one bedroom apartment is large and has a kitchen and washing machine. We will be back in the future.

I have stayed at the apartments a number of times and it has always been very clean, has everything you need including now a washer/dryer unit. I always recommend to friends. The only negative I would have is that there is limited parking out the back and if you are late coming in on a Saturday parking is hard to find on the property.

Unfortunately it was very hot and a little smelly in the hallway, they were trying to air dry the carpet so obviously cleaning underway. The air conditioning had a lot of black spots fly out of it, sort of like clumped dirt from maybe a filter? And lastly the bed was squashed together, two mattresses which were easily felt. A mattress topper would have made it far more comfortable.

The balcony is quite large with a nice leafy outlook. Staff are friendly, efficient and helpful. Not short on action! When we arrived an ambulance was onsite with a paramedic team. Soon after check-in three Police vehicles turned up and as they couldn't access the building (reception operates limited hours) to speak to some occupants they knocked on our kids bedroom window and asked to access the property through our room. The property was clean but it is very dated and it wasn't cheap to stay there. Out of our holiday in Australia, this was our least favorite property and we were glad to leave to get some sleep (the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything going on around you). On the plus side the staff we did interact with were super friendly.

Spacious older style apartment with all conveniences, very helpful check-in staff. Only problem was noise during the night from the shared road, traffic to and from the car park, banging car doors etc. Bathroom door is warped and makes a loud noise to close.

This was an really spacious apartment with everything we needed. Plenty of room in the living area for a full sized table and modern kitchen appliances. Five minutes drive to the centre of Wollongong. Wished we could have stayed longer. My only complaint was the housekeeping staff member who knocked on our door at one minute past 10 to clean when my husband had a "Do not Disturb' sign on the door. She told him it was ten o'clock and was determined to start cleaning. She was quite rude when my husband told her we would be out in a minute.
