JAZ Fayrouz

La struttura fa parte di un complesso con lo Sharm dream resort. È dotata di tutti i comfort. Il plus è senza dubbio il collegamento diretto alla spiaggia attrezzata. Peccato che quando giungevamo in spiaggia a prima mattina trovavamo la maggior parte dei lettini e ombrelloni occupati da teli mare (i possessori arrivavano molto dopo). Le camere e soprattutto i bagni necessitano di un restyling in quanto datate. Per il complesso è stata un'ottima struttura.

Easy access to pools, beach and dining. The room was only fair as the floor was dirty. The food was hit or miss.

Fayrouz is in the perfect location in Sharm. It has large rooms spread across a large site with lots of well-maintained gardens. It has several pools, one of which is heated. There is plenty of choice of food in the restaurant. The staff are truly excellent. They also responded to problems. Our safe didnt work, but they fixed it promptly. The shower had only a dribble, they made an improvement within the day. But it did not work perfectly. The AC in the children's room, next door, did not work and they fixed that before we returned. They came within an hour when the water from the AC dripped though the ceiling. The beach should be one of the best features. It is huge and the sea is gorgeous. Amongst the soft white sand there are two hundred umbrellas topped with old palm leaves. But there are not enough sun beds. All of them are occupied soon after 9.00 each morning. They need to buy one hundred new ones immediately and then another hundred each year to replace those which are ripped. The hotel needs money spending on it. However, we had a superb holiday and will go back to that resort even in its current condition.

Great hotel situated in well kept grounds next to the beach in the centre of Naama Bay. We had a middle bungalow in a block of four with a glimpse of the sea through the palm trees. The room was comfortable with tea and coffee and two bottles of water provided every day. The bathroom was modelled on an American motel with a counter the length of the room so plenty of space unlike many modern bathrooms! However, the bathroom was starting to show its age! The staff were friendly and very helpful. The food was good with plenty of choice.

The amazing staff and the beautiful, well-maintained resort. From the cleaners to the restaurant team, everyone was friendly, respectful, and helpful. The food was delicious with great variety at breakfast, and the beach was stunning. Also, our room was cleaned to a high standard every day, and we really appreciated the extra hour allowed at check-out. Despite the initial hiccup with the first room, the rest of the stay was fantastic!

La spiaggia ampia e con numerosi ombrelloni garantisce posto per tutti senza essere accalcati, uguale in mare tanto spazio diversamente da altre spiagge. Mare spettacolare con 4-5 metri di sabbia iniziale e poi la barriera corallina per fare snorkeling e osservare i pesci. Bar e ristorante sulla spiaggia. Stanze non nuovissime ma tenute bene e pulite giornalmente, molto ampie. Tanta scelta a colazione in stile internazionale, tanta scelta anche a cena ma con stile più egiziano. The resort sits on the very best beach in Naama Bay. Unfortunately it is old and looks very run down. Examples are the constant presence of ants in the bathroom and near the patio door, door locks that are broken and have been replaced with a make shift lock that still allows the door to open an inch. Internet is not routinely available in the rooms but in the reception area only. We were able to get internet in our room by insisting on it. The food in the buffet is very inconsistent. Some nights it was quite good while other nights it was poor. Breakfast buffets are always the same and become boring very quickly. We have come several times during the past 15 years and it is slowly deteriorated. It's a shame because it sits on a prime piece of beach. They should consider demolishing it and building a new resort that is modern and meets the expectations of most travelers.

Secondo me l'hotel è il migliore a Naama bay. Ha una bellissima spiaggia e la barriera corallina direttamente davanti. Il personale è estremamente cordiale e educato. Abbiamo preso all inclusive e ci siamo trovati bene con il buffet molto variegato, insalate, pesce, carne e griglia tutte le sere. Se dovessimo tornare a Sharm el Sheik, torneremo sicuramente qui.

Ottimo resort,gestito benissimo, pulito le camere vengono rifatte 2 volte al giorno, posizione strategica si trova al centro della baia di Naama Bay, con una bellissima barriera corallina a pochi passi dalla riva con una spiaggia fantastia l'unica con ombrelloni enormi e ben distanziati econ delle magnifiche palme che fanno da cornice, inoltre uscendo del resort si è praticamente al centro di Naama bay dove ci sono tantissimi negozi e locali, solo 2 consigli per la struttura la wifi per gli occidentali ormai è importante la danno solo alla reception non c'è in camera, materassi sui letti in spiaggia cosi sarebbe veramente perfetta

Abbiamo pernottato presso il resort per 7 notti a Febbraio del 2024.Organizzazione dell'hotel ottima,incluse le escursioni che é possibile fare con loro.Posizione ottima in quanto a due passi da Nama Bay e la passeggiata vicino al mare a cui si accede dal resort.Pulizia molto buona,forse le camere un po da rimettere.Cibo discreto, in quanto del posto e molto vario.Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo il barbecue la sera a cena .Unico resort con Spiaggia privata senza pontile per accedere in acqua.

This hotel was in a great location, just 5-10 minute walk to the most popular part of the town, but the rooms were pretty outdated and the wifi was very spotty. Nice manicured landscaping, decent pool and nice designated beach area. Standard buffet meals but notably dinner was also included. They did give 2 gallon jugs of water in our room each day. Staff was highly variable, some great and some not so great.

Rather outdated buildings, we had to chage a room just because our villa was looking broken (all was working, but not AC for example had only two setting - on and off. All inclusive is repeatitive, after four days is annoying. Had no lamb when I was anticipating it in Egypt. Very enjoyable stay, super friendly and helpful staff, very green facility. Great for 3-4 days stay.

1. Their is no Wi-Fi on the room and lobby only beside the restaurant and it’s very weak 2. I had to change rooms because of the AC 3. The key ring was weak (partly opened) i lost the key because of it and was charger 300EGR 4. Food is ok not great just ok 5. Old furniture 6. THEY WANT TO CHARGE YOU FOR EVERYTHING!!! 7. Don’t book partial sea view you can’t see anything from your room or balcony 8. I can lost more than 100 annoying things

Väldigt gott bemötande från all personal. En bra service och trevliga personal överallt. Lyhörda och de är väldigt måna att kunden ska trivas. En väldigt bra hotel som passar alla.

Otelin odaları maalesef biraz eski ama özellikle çalışanlar çok kaba , plajda size tur kiralayacak kişiler emin olun en kazık fiyatları veriyorlar bize maalesef öyle oldu, fotoğraflardan tabii ki farklı yanları var sosyal medya da görülen her şey maalesef güzel olmuyormuş

Worst place ever. It's too old they need to renew all the rooms because they are in bad condition. The staff are lazy you need to ask multiple times for anything. No Internet. I will not come to them again even if it’s free.

Food was very good,even some days repeat,quiet place ,near the beach 5 min,from reception called few times and asked if we need something and if everything ok.

This is my fave hotel in Sharm, the staff are always friendly and curtious, I have stayed there many times and will continue to do so, I know call them my friends..

Great place great location friendly staff

Stayed here in February after having our trip to Mauritius cancelled. This was our 4th stay at the Fayrouz previously staying here pre-pandemic times. The hotel is well-positioned on a lovely promenade that takes you into Naama Bay. The pool is clean & beach is lovely with amazing coral. The grounds are gorgeous. The staff work very hard and are what make this resort so welcoming! But, we really did struggle with the lack of food choice at all times of the day. If you are looking at somewhere that gives you a wide range of foods this is not it. Breakfast is basic, same at lunch and dinner. We also found the food always to be warm and never hot. Im a pescetarian and diabetic and after speaking to the Mohammed (Manager) he very kindly arranged to have meals cooked to cater for my dietary requirements which we were amazed and made me feel very special - I thank the whole team for making our experience something to remember! You can venture into Naama Bay where you can find markets, shops, and good steak (for you carnivores) and sea food restaurants on your doorstep but again if you are vegetarian you may struggle. The WIFI is a real issue at the hotel, very intermittent and the connection is only available poolside, restaurant or lobby. Not ideal if you fancy streaming Netflix or check emails in the room. It was lovely not to have to queue at meal times or to get a sunbed either at the pool or beach. The beach towels should be replaced in your room but it doesn't actually h
