Nice hotel - decent breakfast - everyone was friendly but I would’ve liked some proper instructions upon check in.. I had no idea of where everything was, the amenities, and got lost finding my room

The flowers were beautiful Everything really cleaned All the pools were excellant The beach area and snorkeling amazing So close to the shore so many colourful fish the food was ok could have been tastier being from canada gor us The food

Absolutely perfect! I honestly couldn’t fault a single thing about Savoy Sharm. From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless- the staff were friendly and attentive, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the facilities were top-notch. The food was delicious, and the overall atmosphere was so relaxing. Every detail was taken care of, making our stay truly memorable. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a flawless holiday experience!

The room I booked was supposed to have “sea view” however the room I got was pool view! When I complained they said there is a “partial” sea view but that was not right! Because you could only see the sea from left side of balcony which was useless and also when you book the room it does not say anything about “partial” view! Also when I complained few times about this issue they offered me another room which also had no view to the sea! So it was useless to change the room which I refused anyway! I paid extra money for something that I did Not get! Very disappointed about Savoy and their Services!

The room needs renovation; however, everything else is super great. Excellent food, friendly staff, neat outlets, pool, and beach. the reception team is helpful and professional.
