Charmillion Sea Life Resort

Staff are very nice, kind, and welcoming. Room cleanliness and quality should be better they told us that this place will be upgraded. We had 2 issues in the beginning but the very helpful staff solved them for us. Our room reservation was sea view but the sea view is not a sea view in reality. First we had a room that was next to the theater which was extremely noisy and we didn’t see the sea at all. Then they changed the room to a beach front which made a huge difference. Second, one of the main reasons that encouraged me to book this hotel the heated pool but first, I was very disappointed because the pool was cold and I asked all the people around me and they all agreed that it was cold. When I complained the staff guide me to another pool that belongs to the same hotel but another building and that was very beautiful and heated. Then, finally we started enjoying our time and everything was excellent. One last thing, I wish if we were guided from the first day of all the facilities that are available in this place, for example we found out on our last night that they have 5 different restaurants not only the main one. I love this place and I recommend it.

the hotel is well maintained and the facilities are good, the bar staff were very helpful Mohammad and Omar are assets to the company offering good customer service and help when needed good advised highly recommend these two staff members, i feel the food options could be improved by having more options range for drinks and snack food for Europe clientele which i am sure most would be happy to pay the extra costs for for more personal preferences, but apart from that very nice hotel and holiday recommended by tony and ana

Temizlik kötü,havlu teslim aldığımız kişinin tavrı berbat,restaurant kısmında çalışanlar çok iyiydi o kadar.
